Peaceful coastal stay

Our overall trip to Santa Cruz was one for the books, and our stay up in the mountains was quite pleasant. Nice and close to town, ocean views from the porch, and tons of wildlife. Easy peasy stay, definitely recommend.

Lots of communication, easy check in. Quiet, beautiful views. Comfortable, great for a couple, slept really well on the king bed. We enjoyed Happy the friendly dog’s visits! Would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay here up in the trees. The unit was clean, stocked with towels and the check in was easy. Views from both decks were beautiful and relaxing, we will definitely be returning!

Such a beautiful location with stunnng ocean views!! Private and so cozy!! Close to downtown

We had a wonderful time in this cozy cottage on the hillside with fabulous ocean views! Highly recommend staying here. Very clean with all the comforts of home, a well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom and a very comfortable king size bed!! All this nestled in the wooded private area with a great little deck to admire the view!

What a gem of a vacation rental in the hills of Santa Cruz!Expertly appointed with everything one could need, exceptional views of the ocean and redwoods, surrounding decks, super comfy bed, beautiful decor and artwork, light and breeze filled windows make this home a place you won’t want to leave. Elegant and comfortable hillside retreat

My husband and I spent the weekend enjoying trees, tranquility, and ocean air while staying in this lovely rental. The hosts were welcoming and communicative. The Shakespeare festival, downtown Santa Cruz, and Henry Cowell state park were the other ingredients in a fabulous getaway weekend.

We had a wonderful time at this charming hilltop property overlooking treetops and the ocean. Even though there was a heatwave, we didn't need air conditioning because the home is built in such a way that the cross ventilation provides a natural AC. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. This is a great spot for a couple's getaway with no kids. It's only a 10 minute drive from town but you feel like you're secluded in the woods. We even saw hummingbirds come up to the hummingbird feeder by the window every morning!

Great space, great location

I go to Santa Cruz every year to visit my son and daughter who live nearby. This house was in a beautiful, private location only 15 minutes from town. House has everything you need, managed well and available if you need them. I’d absolutely go back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Had really great views. Perfect location being just outside of the city with much to do! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Tom was very responsive to any questions. "Buddy" the next door dog was also great plus when he came to visit.

Love This Place!
