Great cottage close to everything. The jacuzzi was wonderful after long days traveling around the bay. Nice quiet neighborhood with a great local store around the corner. A quick walk down the street brings you right to the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets.

The house was cute, clean and very close to the beach. We loved having the hot tub to enjoy in the evening as well. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything was just as described. Although we didn't take pets it would be perfect for them. We walked to the beach almost daily. Walked to great dinning places but the kitchen is very well equiped to eat in. Plenty of places to enjoy sitting outside in the fully fenced yard. The neighborhood was VERY quiet. Parking was perfect right in front. Communication with our host could not have been better. If I am ever in Santa Cruz again I will want to stay here again.

This place was so awesome that I had the urge to gate keep so I can rent it again in the future! It was even better than the photos, perfect for our small family. I love the outdoor area and the indoor was beautifully decorated with all of the necessary appliances, towels, pillows…everything. It was an easy walk to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful too. Might be my favorite vacation rental ever! The hosts were very responsive to every question as well. SO GOOD.

Eileen & Jason are super responsive and proactive in their communications. The cottage is adorable and so very peaceful. We found it very clean. There is a coffee/sandwich place a block away, a bar/restaurant a short walk away, and the beach, along with another restaurant and coffee/breakfast place a ten minute walk away. So convenient! Check in/out was super easy. If we return to Santa Cruz we’ll be sure to stay here again.

Adorable 1930s home. Decorated perfectly. Great hot tub. Great host communication. So clean! Kitchen had coffee and easy to get to supplies. We loved the backyard. Amazing location! Beach, Cute Café and restaurants. Little adorable market. Easy walk to the harbor. Everything was perfect. We totally want to return. !!!

very clean and neat. Well equipped galley style kitchen. The outside living space was beautiful and very private. It is an older home but well maintained. Good location with good resturants within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.
