Rustique Moderne 1BR à Sunny Seabright

Notre lieu est un duplex de style unique avec cette unité de 1 chambre (633 pieds carrés) située au niveau de la rue, tandis que l’autre unité est située au-dessus et comprend 3 chambres. Les deux avec entrée séparée. C'est un plan d'étage ouvert avec une cuisine récemment rénovée qui s'ouvre sur le salon. Le salon dispose d'un fauteuil inclinable motorisé et de nouveaux canapés confortables, dont un lit queen-size avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. Nouvelle salle de bain et baignoire avec barres d'appui installées. La chambre à coucher avec un lit king size se trouve à l’autre extrémité de l’espace, près de la salle de bain mais n’est pas connectée à celle-ci. Notre plage est dans notre famille depuis plus de 50 ans et bien que nous l’ayons toujours trouvée confortable, une rénovation récente apporte un surcroît de luminosité et de confort, très agréable. Nous adorons entendre le rugissement des montagnes russes Big Dipper, les cris des coureurs, les aboiements des otaries et les vagues qui se brisent à l'occasion. Marcher également à la plage et à la promenade et à nos restaurants préférés.

This was our 2nd stay at Susan’s place in Seabright and we, again, had a wonderful time. The location is walkable to so many things and the unit is so well appointed, with everything you would need and nice extras like a bottle of wine and snacks for the kids. Susan is easy to get ahold of and very quick to respond. We can’t wait to stay again and hope to make it a tradition. Thank you Susan for sharing your family’s wonderful house!

Ping should be a 5 star guest.  She was very nice on the phone when I called before her arrival.    But 5 stars means that our place was left tidy, and the guests followed our few requests upon check out.  Pings group did not.  In her defense there is a language barrier.  They probably could not read the instructions which would explain the state they left the apartment. I would invite her back since nothing was broken and I truly feel that she would not leave a mess if she had a better understanding of the difference between staying in a host's place vs a hotel.

This place is absolutely perfect in every way. I can’t stress enough how great the location was 8 minute walk to the boardwalk, 10 to Seabright beach. Everything we needed was there. Beach chairs, sand toys, parking. The bbq and outdoor area is amazing. We will be back!

This adorable cottage is well appointed and super clean. Nice king sized bed was comfortable. The location was great within walking distance to the boardwalk and other local attractions. It was the perfect place for our long weekend.

Great Condo, perfect location

We really enjoyed this condo and its location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and there are good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The check in and out process was easy. We will be looking to stay here again.

Perfect Location

Had the family stay here for a quick weekend getaway to Santa Cruz. Great communication with host prior to arrival. Perfect location of the small cozy apartment as it’s a few min. walk to the boardwalk and nearby walking distance to food spots. Definitely will be returning.

Pristine, cozy and beautiful house

It is a very beautiful cozy house, we loved our 2 day stay and wished we could have booked a longer stay. The property owner was very easy to communicate, she sent emails about the details about the property, check in details and everything regarding other rules. I will definitely recommend this place.

Great location in Santa Cruz

What a fun little place with an easy walk to the Boardwalk! Our teen slept on the pull-out and the two adults had the king bed. Great accommodations and I enjoyed sipping coffee on the outdoor patio. Our host was quick to respond during our stay and the listing is clean with cool modern decor. For the area, a covered carport was a bonus too.

A just about perfect little apartment. Snug, but very comfortable for two—and big enough to accommodate a half dozen relatives who swung by for a couple of hours and a bite to eat. Full of thoughtful and excellent extras. Very quiet neighborhood, very convenient to the main town and boardwalk.

Excellent little space in SC

We had a great stay. Myself, Husband and 4 year old really enjoyed the space. Has all the amenities you could need and there was complimentary snacks. Perfect location, walking distance to the Boardwalk or a few shops , cafe and corner store. Great communication and check in / check outs. I have nothing but positive things to say.

I am the one of the 2nd generation of family vacationing in Santa Cruz. First my grandparents who immigrated from Italy came here for their vacations bringing my father and his siblings. Though my grandparents and father are no longer here, the tradition lives on in our children and theirs. We enjoy the place being near the Boardwalk and walking down to Seabright beach. The biggest change in the neighborhood is the addition of some amazing restaurants, Tramonte's, the Brewery,
(now the Seabright Social) Betty's Burgers, Enfar Pizza and La Posta. As a child those did not exist, only Days Market and a hot dog place. (Days is still there!!!) As a teen, my friends who had families that vacationed on the beach in Aptos would always stay at our place because of the easy access to all that the Boardwalk has to offer and because often in the summer there was sunshine in Seabright.

Those who have been staying at our place over the years say that they love it because of the location and comfort. They like walking to the various interest points, (wharf, harbor, light houses) restaurants, bars, or getting around on a bike is really fun. They enjoy sitting out on the patio or relaxing inside. The neighborhood is usually pretty quiet unless it is the summer and people are there to vacation then there is a lot of fun energy. We love that we are close to the Boardwalk but not right down next to it. Crossing the newly remodeled train trestle over the San Lorenzo river is a short distance. You can still hear the Big Dipper Roller Coaster, barking of sea lions from the wharf, and when the surf is right, the crashing of the waves.

The keyless entry is nice so that you don't have to worry about sharing keys, losing keys. You can park a car off the street or in the carport. Of course again, the location is great being so close to everything fun in Santa Cruz. Since our family also enjoys the place, we try and keep a variety of amenities available that are for your use as well. Our place has been completely remodeled to make it aesthetically pleasing as well as comfortable, with all new furniture, lighting, kitchen, bathroom, flooring.
