Situé à quelques pas de Sunny Cove et d'autres plages d'East Cliff, cet appartement en dernier étage avec vue sur l'océan dispose de comptoirs en granit, d'armoires à expresso, d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et de parquet en stratifié. Le salon dispose d'une télévision intelligente LCD de 50 pouces avec le forfait Double Play de Xfinity en HD. Nous fournissons également Internet haute vitesse Xfinity WiFi Performance Pro.

La chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size, une télévision connectée avec écran LCD de 107 cm, un grand placard et une salle de bains privative avec douche / baignoire.

Wonderful stay!!! The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The condo was was very clean and set up. Then, best of all, being able to fall asleep listening to the ocean waves is the most relaxing thing in the world.

The upstairs unit was nice with a great ocean view from the kitchen and the bedroom was comfortable. Unfortunately, Labor Day morning, loud construction started on the unit below at 7:45 a.m. and we had to leave sooner than we would have if not for the noise (our instructions were quiet hours were 9:00 pm to 9:00 a.m.)

Great location and clean inside the apartment. Beautiful view! Communicative and helpful hosts. Small improvements could make this place a solid 5. Suggested improvements: Lighting on the outside at the step (currently it has to be triggered around the corner after the steps), a bed frame that is not on wheels (bed itself is comfortable), a solution for the ant problem, new carpet/paint in dank stairwell, and a bedside lamp/table on right side of the bed (I had to buy a clip light so we could both read). A clean up outside would be nice too (the beach chairs are dirty and worn). Everything else is great! We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay again.

Gorgeous location! - The view from the breakfast nook is a beautiful way to start each morning. -The neighbors around us were kind, the entire street was quiet. -The condo itself is maybe a 2 minute walk to the a cove and multiple beach entrances. The condo itself was clean and comfortable - including the bed. -The fans and heater were appreciated for the cool mornings and the one warm night we had. -The windows are operational. - Typical kitchen supplies is provided. Overall a lovely location with great host. We will definitely be back.

PERFECT! AMAZING! WHAT A VIEW!

My hubby & I plus our fur baby (our cat) enjoyed this wonderful, perfect amazing view of the ocean apartment. It absolutely perfect for 2 our four people. The pics are what you see when you arrive. Excellent communication with the host, plus our neighbors were just friendly & warm greetings:) The view of the ocean is how I would picture it to be. Our cat LOVED IT! Not too many places offer the welcome of cats. So much to do plus everything you need in walking distance. Had delicious bar b que from Cole's Bar B Que. We stayed for 2 nights during 4th of July weekend. The beach was not even far to walk to either. This place is a gem! So happy we found this on VRBO! Much appreciation to Diana for her wonderful communication we me through text. We are so looking forward to going back again.

Amazing location, lovely modern place

It has a lot of space, modern amenities and actually all the amenities I could want in the kitchen, including a toaster oven. The location is superb because it's around the corner from Sunny cove, which means it's close, but on a street with no beach goers-- So it's quiet. (The bedroom windows do look out onto the street so there are some noises.) The dining area window looks over the neighbors roof, to the ocean! The other part of that corner window looks out into an empty lot so there is perfect privacy. Note: You have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom so this is mostly ideal for a couple.

Short walk to the beach.

We liked our stay at the upstairs penthouse. It was a short walk to the dog beach. The morning view goes with your favorite coffee. We will come back next chance we get. If you're a party of two with a small pet. we definitely recommend.

Great Beach House

This beach house is excellent. Short walking distance to the beach. The view is great. The bed is very comfortable. There is a full kitchen that make it easy to plan your own meals.Bit the best part of this unit is its owner and how they go out of their way to make sure you have a great time! Thank You!

The location and check in process was great. The very displeased with the cleanliness. Underneath the paper towel holder, there was an infestation of ants and larva, which I ended up having to clean up initially there were ants in the bathroom in the tub. There were cobwebs everywhere like it had not been dusted in sometimes we were unable to use the pullout couch, as it would not open properly, I did message the owner. She sent someone over to do a clean and replace the paper towel holder. I also contacted her about how to use the couch. She said it should come right out, but it never did. For the price I was displeased with the cleanliness, and even though ants are a normal thing the larva and infestation underneath the towel rack was not normal.

Prep cleaning done while we were there. Microwave oven has a broken handle, making it almost impossible to use. Responsive host to cleaning issue. Located on a busy road.

Ocean view house

My son requested a beach vacation for his 5th birthday and this ocean view house was the perfect spot for us to stay just 10-12 minutes from the boardwalk. One bedroom and a pull out couch. Check in instructions were detailed and made the process very easy. Would stay here again
