Cette unité Kima a un beau condo recherché avant 2 chambres 2 salles de bains golfe. Profitez de la vue sur le golfe et de la télévision à écran plat depuis Madeira Beach en Floride. Le maßtre a un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain complÚte privée avec cabine de douche. Avoir accÚs au balcon qui a une vue sur la plage avec des chaises longues et une table. Les couchers de soleil de l'unité sont tout simplement magnifiques. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux et une télévision. Juste à cÎté de la deuxiÚme chambre se trouve une salle de bain complÚte. Profitez d'une cuisine entiÚrement meublée avec vue sur l'océan. Il y a une buanderie hors de la cuisine et la cuisine est ouverte sur la salle à manger. Condos Kima a certaines des meilleures vues sur la plage. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces et d'un canapé en cuir avec deux autres chaises. Des couleurs pastel et un décor de plage complÚtent l'ensemble. Le wifi et une place de parking réservée ne font qu'ajouter aux commodités de cette unité.
Le bùtiment propose l'utilisation d'une piscine chauffée toute l'année. Il y a des chaises longues disponibles avec plusieurs tables de pique-nique. Une douche extérieure est disponible pour laver le sable avant de profiter de la piscine. Un avantage pour Kima est la piscine et le patio qui offrent une vue sur l'océan et les couchers de soleil tous les soirs.
Le village de John's Pass n'est qu'à quelques pas. Vous trouverez des magasins, des restaurants et de nombreux magasins de location de sports nautiques à 1,6 km du Gulf Boulevard. Vous pouvez descendre à John's Pass du cÎté de la plage et profiter d'un dßner ou d'un verre dans l'un des nombreux restaurants et ramener Uber au condo, c'est amusant! Il y a tellement d'autres choses à faire dans la région ou tout simplement se détendre sur la plage.

Beach Vacation

Overall we had a great experience. The beach is wonderful, clear water, and not that crowded. Had daily sightings of dolphins and manatees! Condo is a little outdated, but it had everything we needed. Suggest you supply more silverware and maybe a streaming device for the main television.

Pleasant stay with breathtaking views

Overall our stay was pleasant. The owner was responsive to our needs and the views from the corner unit were breathtaking. As has been already stated, the condo could use some updating, but we understand that the price reflects this. Cleanliness was average but not excellent. Some linens need replacing. If you are looking for a beautiful beach with sunsets to match and your expectations are in line with the price, this place is for you.

Condo was conveniently located with a great view of the beach and had everything we needed including beautiful weather for our weeks stay. Only annoyance was the person who kept parking in our assigned spot. Will be returning.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. I give it 5 stars for location
 right on the beach, 1 mile from Johns Pass, restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic balcony to watch the sunsets & hear the waves. We hope to stay here again next year.

Best vacation ever!!!

Property manager/owner(Charles) was very easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs. The unit was amazing and views were impeccable. We had absolutely no issues or complaints whatsoever. The most beautiful sunset ever seen and able to see dolphins almost every morning from the balcony. The pool was properly maintained and quite warm. The complex itself was well maintained and secured. The beach was beautiful and also well maintained and clean with white sand. The location was perfect too, close to restaurants, grocery and convenience stores as well as speciality shops and entertainment. Within walking distance to Caddy’s restaurant/bar directly on the beach and John’s Pass which had all the tourist type amenities and perfect vibe for vacationers. Would return to same condo/area again without a doubt!!! Will definitely check in with Charles first for availability before going through another manger/owner. Thanks again Charles for the best vacation ever!!!

Great location, right on the beach.

The location of the Condo is great and the View is Amazing!! Everything about the location is great with John's Pass being right down the road. However....The property owner does not communicate with his renters at all!! This was our first time ever doing anything like this and we did not know how to do everything. There is no lobby or desk person to ask questions. All we had was the property owner..who NEVER answered my call or text about how to get in. We stood outside for quite a while before another condo renter came around and was able to explain how they got in. There was another family that was there and waited days for Charles to get back with them about a question they had. SO we were not the only ones with that issue. The condo did not have a fully furnished kitchen. The floors were filthy. My feet turned black from walking on them. The counters were not clean. I took a lysol wipe to them and it came out black!! My family and I will be back to Florida...just not renting anything through this gentleman again.

Wish it was longer!

Great location... Corner top Condo with large lanai and beautiful view of beach. Walking distance to John's Pass. Well maintained private beach.. Owner is courteous and responds quickly. Definitely recommend this property! :-)

The Perfect Week

We had never stayed in Madeira before and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a modern, updated condo you will not find it here but it was perfect for our needs. There were enough utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots, etc...The balcony was nice to sit on as it gave stellar views. Parking space is under the building. The pool is small but refreshing after sitting on the beach all day. Just as everyone else has said, chairs and umbrellas can be rented daily if you are flying in and don't want to haul everything with you. Walmart/ Publix very conveniently located to pick up any groceries for the week. Another thing we loved is that right where we parked are doors/units where you can store your stuff all week. We loved it because we could hose everything off, put it in front of the storage unit and not have to take anything up to the room and get it all sandy. For the price and location, you can't beat this condo!

Excellent View and Location!!!!

We loved this condo the second we pulled up to it. 501 a corner unit is on the 5th floor. The balcony is huge with 2 tables and 4 chairs. You can see for miles! Saw Dolphins almost every morning!!! There is a patio door in living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is large and everything is there you need. Refrigerator has ice maker which was great to put in cooler for beach. Large dining room table w/5 chairs. Washer and dryer was a lifesaver. The view from every room in this condo was breathtaking!! Master bedroom was huge with a king size bedroom and a master bath with double mirrors and walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Closet full of liens and beach toys and coolers!! We bought some beach toys and also left there for next family to use! The Beach is amazing with white sand and crystal clear water. You can rent 2 beach chairs and umbrella for 25 a day!! Very short walk to beach!!!! Beach was not crowded in front of condo!!! Tons of restaurants and shops near by!! John’s Pass is a mile away! Lobby and Elevator was cleaned everyday!!! Pool was a good size and clean. We would definitely stay here again at Madeira Beach!!

Million Dollar View

This condo did not disappoint! The view is priceless. The large balcony was relaxing to watch the dolphins swim by every day. The condo is clean and spacious. It's located on the top floor, corner unit, so it's very quiet. Madeira beach is a beautiful beach and you can walk for miles. The pool is refreshing to go for a dip after a long walk. There are many restaurants you can easily walk to or go for a short drive to find other local eateries. The parking spot is under the covered building, so your car doesn't get stifling hot from sitting in the sun. There are beach chairs and umbrellas right outside the condo that can be rented for $16 for 2 chairs or $25 for 2 chairs and umbrella for the day (the guy will come around and collect). Highly recommend this condo!

Kima Condos is a 30 unit building, just 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The Gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, great for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. We will try to honor your request for a specific unit but we can not guarantee it. All Kima Condos face the gulf/beach and are 2BD/2BTH with the same floor plan and amenities. The pool has a gated entrance and many lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
