Nous recommandons fortement une assurance voyage pour vos imprévus. Presque en bord de mer, condo bien équipé idéalement situé à White Sands Village sur Alii Dr - à seulement 4 miles de Kona Village Center- 2ème étage w / accès ascenseur juste à l'extérieur de l'unité -sleeps jusqu'à 6 personnes, avec un lit queen dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux ou 1 lit dans la chambre d'hôtes. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit. Il y a deux téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat, câble et Wi-Fi. La cuisine est bien équipée pour la cuisine / salle à manger et a appareils de taille complète. Leur est laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. La grande véranda offre une vue sur la mer et la montagne avec une table pour manger en plein air et chaise longue. Les ventilateurs de plafond et la climatisation centrale vous garder au frais. parking couvert réservé est directement en dessous de l'unité.

Traverser la rue et vous aurez vos orteils dans le sable chaud à White Sandbeach, également connu sous le Magic Sands Beach. Dorez au soleil, aller bodyboard dans les vagues, ou tout simplement se détendre et profiter du soleil sur cette plage populaire. La plage dispose d'un stand dotés en personnel de secours, douche extérieure, toilettes et un terrain de beach volley. Juste un mile sur la route est la célèbre plage protégée de plongée Kahalu'u - avec des tonnes de poissons tropicaux multicolores et tortues vertes - idéal pour les débutants et les experts. Nous avons des chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, glacières, et boogie boards pour votre usage. Également à proximité sont de grands domaines paddle embarquement, le kayak et le surf.

Le complexe dispose de villégiature comme commodités: piscine et bain à remous, des courts de tennis, une table de billard et cuisine extérieure / grillades / salle à manger.

Le complexe est à seulement 4 miles au sud du village de Kona avec ses nombreux restaurants, boutiques, boutiques de cadeaux, massages, tatouages ​​au henné, et un marché fermier. Le centre de la jetée est un excellent point de départ pour une pagaie ou une baignade en eau libre avec les dauphins le long du parcours IronMan World Triathlon marqué. Un tour sur le plein air Alli Trolley est une façon amusante de se rendre à la ville.

The apartment had everything we needed for a perfect vacation stay. I stayed with my mom, dad, and my two kids, and it was ideal for our extended family. Beautiful location

Overall comfortable stay, literally across the beach, beach was beautiful with calm, would definitely stay again, the coffee was very much appreciated, wish there was a toaster but they did have a toaster oven and maybe one extra roll of paper towel. Condo had everything for a nice family vacation, costco and walmart 20 min drive. Hope to come back again

Thoroughly enjoy our time here. So close to the beach. I saw 5 turtles in 3 days snorkelling directly across from the apartment.

Out of the busy noise of Kona, this location is easy access with a great pool for kids and adults alike.We love the lanai for evening drinks or morning coffee, and the beds are VERY comfortable.The owner always responsive and helpful, not issues whatsoever. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Treva and Gary's place for the Ironman race! The location is incredible, you can literally walk right across Ali'i to one of the most popular beaches in Kona. My husband and I stayed with our 13 and 8 year old daughters, who thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo complex is very well maintained; the pool and hot tub were sparkling clean (and we would see someone cleaning every morning because the unit overlooks the pool). The unit itself is a bit dated, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved having a washer/dryer to cut down on packing. We enjoyed many meals out on the large lanai! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location!

Our family enjoyed our stay at White Sands Village. The condo is in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach and the excellent restaurant, Magics Beach Grill, was a nice surprise. We were also very close to a beach area known for its snorkeling and it was convenient to shopping and the grocery store. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the patio was spacious and a great place for evening drinks and relaxing. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items and all you need for a fun day at the beach. We would highly recommend this condo for your big island trip.

Perfect location and great amenities

We stayed for a week in March/April and had a really wonderful time. The location was so perfect - magic sands beach across the street was a constant fun-filled beach with body surfable waves and sea turtles every single day. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely when we needed a break from the crowd. We really appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach chairs that were at the apartment and used them most days. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. We highly recommend!

Kona Fun

The Condo was as advertised, we also took advantage to enjoy the pool, BBQ gills, and hot tub on the property. It was just the right size for our family of 4. We were very happy with the directions and instructions sent by the owners. Having the trolly/bus was a big advantage as it costs to park everywhere. A great location with several of the bays/public beaches withing a short walk or quick drive.

The condo is regularly and throughly cleaned. This guest seemed to have a automysophobia to some degree related to cleanliness and bugs. The unit had just been fumigated prior to their arrival. We have never had complaints about the cleanliness of the condo. As to its decor and condition: as seen in the pics it is decorated in a more traditional tropical/island style and the furniture/appliances are all in good condition. It indeed does not have a "Modern" feel or look from the Mainland- it is all Hawaii!

Nice spot on the ocean

This was a very comfortable place to stay on the big island. This VRBO was probably the best equipped apartment we’ve ever stayed in. I really appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. We use one of these at home and love the five star coffee it makes. The exterior services of pool hot tub grills were all very good. In the evening, we could walk a mere 500 steps to the shoreline to see the sunsets. The beds and bedding were comfortable, and the showers were very good as well. Lots of cooking utensils we would stay here again.

Good Holiday Trip

There were lots of pluses to the unit. Nice being right by the elevator and close to pool entrance. The shades on the lanai were great as the sun this time of year shines right in. Everything was neat and clean except prior guests left dishes and silverware not quite clean so we washed them by hand to get the residue off. It was wonderful having a regular coffee maker as well as Keurig as we don't use the pods. Beds were very comfy and we love the location and have stayed at the complex before. We will definitely be going back again.

Was supposed to be 4 adults, ended up with 2. Home was clean and comfy, though outdated and could use some refreshing. Location across from the beach was great. Had everything needed. Owner response was fast. Pool and hot tub sign up req'd currently due to COVID, but wasn't a big issue. Overall, a pretty nice stay!

Best place so far

Loved being right across from the beach. Also near free trolley stop. The pool right down stairs was wonderful with hot tub attached. Lanai was spacious with beach chairs and noodles available to use. Lots of nice people and were respectful to each other. Not close to shops but we didn’t need that except groceries. Highly recommend it. Not noisy either, even though close to road.

Perfect Kona Location

Our family of 4 stayed here and had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is really nice. Two bedrooms and two baths. A living area and kitchen and a huge balcony. The place was well stocked with all we needed for cooking breakfasts and the occasional dinner meal. The hosts provided handy things like beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc that made spending a day at the beach so easy and comfortable. The beach immediately across the street was very nice and convenient. Parking was easy and convenient. The hosts were great to deal with. We just had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we get back to the big island.

Great location

Property was in a great location, with a clear view of the ocean and right across the street from a beach. This part of the beach was, unfortunately, under construction but I’m sure it is beautiful otherwise. There is a free trolley that can take you downtown and to a nearby shopping center and it runs hourly. You can also walk to nearby food and a market place. The island itself is unimaginably beautiful. We are already planning a return trip.

Glad you enjoyed your trip. While the parking area of Magic Sands Beach ( Loaloa) is closed, the beach itself is still accesible and there are temporary facilities inplace during the construction. A mile South is the best snorkling beach in Kona. Hurry back!

Good stay, just not perfect.

Apartment was just as it is listed. Our only issue was that the dishes were dirty in the cupboards. We had to hand wash everything before using. The beach is 3-4 minute walk away and very convenient. You can hear the noise from the pool but it wasn't a big deal. We had an inconvenience that the vehicle we had rented was too large for the parking spot, but the manager quickly arranged parking in visitor spots which was greatly appreciated. Would we stay again? Absolutely.
