Very clean, close to a nice beach, well stocked with lots of towels, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent. The lanai had a nice view and was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

This condo was more than expected. You fall in love with the comfort of this well taken care of and appointed condo the second you walk in. The location and area are perfect to walk across to the beautiful Magic Sand beach, you forget yo bring something down to the beach, no problem it’s a 1 minute walk back to the condo. The building is well built and very soundproof, we never heard anything from all sides, top to bottom. The owners were great to deal with and quick to respond. We will put this on our favourite list and come back for sure.

Great communication with this host. Very easy check-in process with a keyless entry - this was good for us as we arrived at 10 at night. Super location within an easy walk to the Magic Sands Beach and just a little south of downtown Kona which is nice to get away from the crowds. The lanai faces a pretty area of vegetation with lots of birds and a you can see a small sliver of ocean, which was a bonus as we weren't expecting any ocean view. Lots of beach gear on the lanai, thick beach towels in the condo, even some sunscreen available. They have ice bricks in the freezer and a water filter pitcher in the fridge. Everything was spotless and clean and in excellent condition. The beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and a brand new washer & dryer. This property is very well cared for and loved - and it shows. We appreciated all the little touches and extras - of the 7 properties we stayed at during our trip, this one was our favorite. :-) I have absolutely nothing negative to say!

Nice and safe very convenient nice view Ocean view 2 minutes walk to beach, great to have kitchen have everything can cook anytime if get tired of food from restaurants I could cook any food for family. Just 10 minutes to Kona Town. Very convenient for family two bedrooms, two bathrooms king side bed, and Cal king bed condo townhome , keep in mind of room number. We would love to come back and stay same unit again perfectly. Have all stuff for beach and snorkeling. Well kitchen. We were stayed 4 nights. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Check in was easy. The condo was immaculate. It was filled with all the necessities needed for a great vacation. There were beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and so much more. Although they have beach shoes in assorted sizes, it’s wise to bring your own. The condo is quiet and has air conditioning and ceiling fans if you need them. It is situated across the street from a great beach. It’s close to everything but far enough away so not overwhelmed with tourists! With two king size beds and two bathrooms, it is a perfect unit for two couples or a family with children. We would definitely stay here again. The communication with owners was excellent.

Perfect spring break getaway with the teen kids. The best beach just a five minute walk away and we took advantage of the many beach necessities. Kids were able to do a digital detox and had plenty of games for the whole family. No complaints!

What a great stay by the beach!

We so enjoyed our stay in White Sands. The condo was comfortable and had every amenity possible. The location is perfect for going all directions on the island. We would highly recommend this property to any family wanting relaxation with good access to the beach, snorkeling and restaurants.

Perfect spot for a Kona family vacation!

This condo is perfectly located within the White Sands Village just a few hundred feet from Magic Sands Beach. The owners have taken great care of this property which made for an amazing family experience on the Big Island. More than enough amenities are here for you to enjoy - Bring your swim wear, grab your rental car and groceries and you’re all set with everything you need. Will stay here each and every time we return, if possible! Can’t recommend enough!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Kona. It was fully stocked for everything we needed
Lots of beach gear, stocked kitchen and fridge for cooking and a large lanai with a beautiful view. We had an issue with the screen door and Dawneeta was available right away to troubleshoot.

We most appreciate the perfect temperatures for outdoor activity 360 days a year, and that our home is in the perfect location for all kinds of travelers!

We are so happy to have our own condo as an oasis, and to introduce others to this wonderful spot! We have been visiting Kona since our Honeymoon, years ago. We love the Island and the Aloha spirit in this wonderful community and are excited to share it with others. When we rented at White Sands Village for the 1st time, we immediately felt at home. Such a fabulous property! Safe, near shopping, close to town, and just across the street from a beautiful beach, the most accessible, fun beach volleyball in the area, great boogie boarding waves, and a restaurant w/ a bar, plus a day-time beach-shack! We were thrilled when this unit came open! We particularly enjoy its location towards the back, for its privacy and nature-filled surroundings. It is one of the most prized units at the complex, for those of us that want a true "get-away". We have also enjoyed visiting Puerta Vallarta, getting to know the people there, until the pandemic made travel to Mexico less appealing. After using VRBO for years, both personally, and for annual family gatherings from different states, we knew it would be an easy, straightforward, and reliable way for our guests to make travel arrangements.

We LOVE the privacy and tropical, garden view that our condo offers, with the lush landscape separating any nearby buildings. see video of our place:

It is tucked away from the noise from the busy road, beach, parties, BBQ and pool area. It is also especially important to remember this is a strictly, entirely non-smoking property, with quiet hours from 10pm-8am, however. Having stayed at the complex in other units and buildings, we know you will enjoy the privacy and quiet that we, our neighbors, and our guests most desire after long days playing in the ocean, lounging in the sun, playing pickleball or tennis, touring the island, or shopping! Our condo also provides a fully stocked kitchen, with effort to include more than the basics. We tend to continue to cook our own meals while on vacation, more-so than going out, so the kitchen is ready for either of your preferences!
