Bienvenue dans votre escapade de rĂȘve Ă  Bethany Beach! Cette magnifique maison pleine de meubles neufs est Ă  seulement 14 minutes Ă  pied de l'ocĂ©an et de la rue principale de Bethany. Cette maison est au fond d'une rue trĂšs calme avec un terrain vacant d'un cĂŽtĂ© et un terrain boisĂ© de l'autre. La caractĂ©ristique la plus notable est peut-ĂȘtre nos QUATRE ponts, dont l'un est un porche blindĂ©. Mid-June through the end of August we only do 7 day rentals, Friday to Friday. Do not instant book if you are not doing this.
We only rent to families for family vacations. We occasionally allow exceptions, but you'll need to contact us to discuss first.
We do not rent the house out for any sort of high school or college "beach week".

Our stay with family could not have worked out better. The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Even better. Just a five minute drive to the beach. If you have children, there are so many toys and games available. Plus everything you could possibly need for the beach in terms of toys and chairs and boogie boards. Beds were very comfortable. House was very clean. We all agreed that we would return.

This is a beautiful home that is obviously well loved and cared for. The owner has gone above and beyond to provide for his guests. This was our second year renting here and we hope for many more. Five stars!

Decked Out is wonderfully located and meticulously maintained. Owner Ryan has thought of everything and is so gracious and generous in ensuring we have a wonderful time while here. We especially appreciate the linens and towels included, so many supplies here, the thoughtful charging stations, the kids fun and the house is always spotless.

We loved this place! Great location, quiet cul de sac, loved the decks, the speakers, lots of room and the tvs and xbox set ups are great for families with kids and teens! Will stay here again!!

We loved the house. The layout was terrific, great lighting. Screened in porch gave us places to eat outside. The Xbox was wonderfully entertaining for the kids. The beach chairs, umbrella and toys were handy. We loved being able to walk or take the trolley to the beach.

Fabulous Vacay!

Decked out is, indeed, decked out - in multiple ways. We've never stayed in a rental that was as well equipped as this lovely home. This is a home that is clearly loved by a thoughtful owner. Although the week was not prime for the beach (Hurricane Debby) being housebound here was not disappointing as we were in a beautiful setting with multiple options for both fun and relaxation. 5 stars!

Awesome rental property

The rental property was beyond our expectations. We loved the 4 decks and sound system and how well it was stocked. We loved it so much we have already booked it again for next year.

A wonderful place to stay in Bethany Beach

We had a delightful long weekend with some of our family! We enjoyed this property’s close proximity to the beach. We walked there once or twice each day(I believe that it was about one mile away)! This house was furnished better than any house that we have stayed in. They truly thought of everything that might be needed! The host was very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed gathering as a family inside in the living areas as well as on their various decks(one was screened-in and a great place to play games at night.) We prepared several meals at the house and the kitchen had every utensil and pan that we needed. The game cabinet was stocked with games and puzzles for all ages and at least one game was brand new. The house and furnishings are all rather new. Everything was well cared for. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Bethany Beach.

Well provisioned home

Had a group of seven friends staying for an annual beach trip weekend. This was by far the best equipped home we have stayed in. Kitchen was fully outfitted. Paper products, k-cups, toiletries, etc. we’re provided. Location is quiet and walkable to the beach although it is a longer walk along a busy road. But the trolley is also an option. Would stay again.

Family Vacation

Beautiful house furnished with not only great spaces, sound system, fully equipped kitchen but also bathroom and kitchen disposables. Enjoyed borrowing the cornhole and beach items as well! Parking passes a must as beach is too long of a walk with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Enjoyed the layout as allowed people different areas to spread out and give each other space. We had a new house under construction next door to us and host provided white noise machines to help with the sound but we didn’t need them although thought that was an awesome gesture!

Just what we needed

This home was beautiful and well stocked. It was a wonderful home away from home. The location was close to everything we needed- the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would recommend to others.

Excellent Beach House

My family really enjoyed our three night getaway right after Christmas. The home has two en-suite master bedrooms (one ground floor King bed and one second floor Queen bed). Two other bedrooms have a twin over double bunk bed with trundle and one with a Queen and separate twin. Our 7 person family had plenty of room and the two living rooms are comfortable for large gatherings. There is a wonderful variety of DVD’s and games. The kitchen is very well equipped. A laundry room/powder room is right off the kitchen which was super convenient. I highly recommend this home for a beach vacation!

Wonderful beach getaway

What a lovely place to stay! Both the common areas and the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and appealing. The kitchen had everything you would want in a home away from home, and Ryan was a great and helpful host. We were looking for a place that was a little out of the hustle and bustle, so we didn't at all mind the 15 minute walk to the beach, and Ryan provides a beach parking pass which makes it easy to park. We can't wait to return!

A True Vacation

House was spacious, well appointed and had lots of windows, nice and bright.. ❀ Two living room areas made it nice for people who had to work while on vacation and for others who were on a true vacation and just having fun. Loved the 3 decks and screened in porch. Grill too. The owner thought of every amenity. He also answered any questions we had within minutes. Made our stay at Bethany Beach really enjoyable. Thank you for being so thoughtful.

Perfect!

The property was beyond our expectations. Our host provided everything and anything we could need, including toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries if you forgot yours. The technology in the house was outstanding, with chargers in every room, nice TVs, and even gaming. The house is beautiful well appointed

Great house

This is the second year that we stayed here. It is just right for our family group. It is bright, spacious and beach-looking. It has all of the conveniences you want in a vacation rental!
