Appartement rénové en juillet 2019. Totalement nouveau. Situé dans un ancien bâtiment catalogué, au bout de Ramblas, face à la mer. Devant le monument de Christophe Colomb. Le meilleur endroit touristique. Le Barrio Gotico et La Rambla offrent aux touristes un emplacement privilégié pour visiter tous les points d'intérêt. Vous aurez la station de métro Dressanes à 20 mètres. C'est un nouvel appartement dans la vieille ville et maintient le charme de la maison méditerranéenne typique avec un design moderne et confortable.

We had an amazing stay here for our bachelor party, and everything was absolutely perfect! The place was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.The communication with the host was excellent, very friendly, helpful, and easy throughout the whole stay.We had an unforgettable time in Barcelona and this place was a big part of it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great, layout worked perfectly for a family of 6. It was quiet even though we had easy access to everything we could want. The cafe downstairs was wonderful for an easy access option. Stephy was wonderful with communication.

The rental experience started months before we arrived in Barcelona. The host was great with communication from the start. As we got closer to the stay, she provided helpful tips about the apartment and getting around Barcelona including some great restaurant recommendations. The check-in process was smooth and we got a tour of the place from the host upon arrival. The bedrooms were spacious especially for European standards with comfotable bedding. The kitchen was well-stocked. The location was amazing based on our chosen sights and activities. The air conditioning was great as it gave us a cool respite for the summer heat. All in all a fantastic stay in Barcelona!

This was a beautiful apartment right on Las Ramblas near the port. All the rooms had balconies with stunning views in every direction. The host was accommodating and responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking and the apartment was clean and spacious. The washer and dryer was also a great addition to do laundry in between stops on our journey. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This was an amazing apartment for our group of six; 2 adults and 4 older teenagers. The apartment was clean, spacious and nicely air conditioned. Having multiple balconies to sit outside morning and evening was lovely. It was perfectly located with walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the metro/busses. Stephy communicated wonderfully with us throughout our entire stay gave us many recommendations for things to do around Barcelona. I would absolutely recommend this apartment. Great 4 night stay near the port of Barcelona

Great location, big showers with plenty of water pressure, near metro station, clean accommodations, and great communications with the property manager. highly recommend!

We’ve had a lovely stay in the Colonial! From start to finish everything was easy. The apartment itself had very generous bedrooms, comfortable beds, all necessary amenities, and the location was ideal. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The BEST Location! Incredible Place!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you want to be in the middle of everything, and especially for a pre-cruise visit like ours, this stunning place off of La Rambla is it. We felt like VIPs walking in to the building each day, and there isn't a better spot to walk to so many different things in town. Amenities inside were great. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Perfect Barcelona Spot

We stayed for several days in early March. The location was perfect for touring Barcelona the apartment was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 5. Although there is no elevator, the stairs were easily manageable, and the host was host, Alessandro, was so helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice flat in great location

Plenty of space, period building with high ceilings, well fitted out, new bathrooms and kitchen, nice balconies, AC, we positioned flat ideal to see all the sites, there was some street construction works going on, but were out all day, so didn't really bother us, thank you to Alex, great stay.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location is outstanding. We were able to walk to everything. I would highly recommend this property if you want to be close to all the historic sites, restaurants, and night life.FYI: There are no elevators, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. However, it is posted in the VRBO description.

Winter trip with family

We are a family of 5 with children ages 18-24. We had plenty of space. The owner was very responsive and the apartment is clean with 2 full bathrooms and great showers. The washer and dryer were a wonderful bonus. Location was safe and walkable to sites and metro. Excellent!
