This brand new townhome provides everything you need from local accommodations (gigabit internet, cable, washer dryer etc) in one of the hottest destinations for nightlife in Phoenix Metro in downtown GIlbert with one-of-a-kind dining and unique entertainment.

Essential supplies and toiletries are available in the home. However, if those run out during the stay, the guest will have to provide for themselves if they need more.

The pool may be heated from March through November AS LONG AS the temperature is warm enough. It has to be CONSISTENTLY ABOVE 80 degrees.

This townhouse is an exceptional VRBO rental. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The place is in an excellent location that is walkable to downtown Gilbert with lots and fun bars and restaurants. The place had everything anyone would need during their stay, including things like pool towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap and all the utensils any would need. If we are ever in the Phoenix area we would absolutely look to see if this place is available.

The place was nice. The furniture was sparse and the lighting wasn’t great. I didn’t like the location of this unit as much as the other one we’ve stayed at. That one was by the pool. Very nice townhomes though! Safe, gated community. Great location!

The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and even more if needed. Great access to downtown Gilbert with great food and nightlife. Walking trail access was awesome, early morning jog was a nice way to start the morning. We will definitely be staying here again.
