Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e sur Casey Key directement sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la baie avec accĂšs Ă  la plage juste en face. PĂȘchez sur nos quais, garez votre bateau sur place et marchez jusqu'Ă  la plage Ă  quelques pas de notre servitude de plage privĂ©e.

Nous sommes situĂ©s prĂšs du pont Albee Road, Ă  quelques pas des restaurants, de la plage de Nokomis, du port de plaisance de Gulf Harbour et de la pĂȘche de classe mondiale Ă  la jetĂ©e de Venise.

Tous les clients bénéficient d'un accÚs à la plage et de quais pour bateaux. Les appartements sont disponibles tous les jours et toutes les semaines.

Lovely place to stay and perfect for me an my two daughters. Really appreciated the amenities including beach chairs for use and laundry. Beach access is wonderful - just steps to beautiful Nokomis beach!

Overall clean..with one exception, nice location including walking distance to Pops. Not a big fan of YouTube TV as the cable option. When we checked in, the coffee maker was stored and not clean. Coffee grounds were still in the machine and mold was growing.

Perfect Setting in Nokomis

Excellent communication and plenty of space for our family to stay over the holidays! They have everything on-site to help you enjoy the beach and the inter-coastal waterway. We extended our visit because we enjoyed it so much!

Great Beach Vacation

The property is as described. We wanted beachy. Across the street to the beach, perfect. All beach toys/chairs/uimbrellas included. Weber grills available. Everything inside very complete. Extra towels, trash bags, detergent, cleaners on the property. Back dock a great place for an afternoon cocktail. We will definitely return. Thanks for a fun beach vacation.

Beach and relaxing canal

It is a great location. There is a party crowd across the canal on the weekends but, it was not too loud. The property has everything you need from relaxing beach chairs to laundry detergent. We enjoyed our stay. We got to explore St. Pete, Venice and Siesta Key Beach. Nokomis is a lot more quiet.

Nice property overlooking canal

Very nice property clean and nice had great view of canal. The lockbox should be repaired and suggest that soap be available in the unit. Overall FABULOUS property, neighborhood and property manager!

Quick walk to beach

This property is about 150 yards from the beach, so coming and going is a breeze, very convenient and away from the crowds of the nearby Nokomis Beach. The backside dock is nice, kayaks available at the unit, and the fishing is easy and good. Where else can you walk an easy few minutes to a nice beach or sit on the dock drinking coffee or a beer? We enjoyed the walkout patio on the second floor for breakfast as well. Since there is little description of the unit in the ad, I would not call this a "penthouse" by any measure. The only ding I have for it is that it is very dated and the floor slopes, old Florida for sure, so don't expect a high-rise type Florida condo where everything is shiny and new. But we're not picky, and everything you need for a stay is there and Ben by the way is an excellent host and communicator which is important if you've ever stayed at a place and had problems. Neighbors are friendly and outgoing, too, and obviously have a good relationship with Ben and Rachel. We would return.

Loved our stay!

We decided to try a new place this trip. We typically stay farther down on the key, but we are so glad we made the switch! We stayed in #3 and it was perfect. Just the right size, and the ability to have our boat right outside our door made it well worth it. The owners were very accommodating. Although they were not on site, they were always very responsive and very helpful. We will definitely be going back!

Vaca in Nokomis

Ben’s place was the perfect vacation spot for my family and me. Our kids are between 17 and 21.They loved it too. Very Quaint community and such a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning soon.

Perfect for what we needed

Needed a small two bedroom near the beach and near where family lives. This place was perfect. Cute two bedroom with a decent kitchen. Nice views and close to the beach.

Simply wonderful

Kitchen had just enough space for pantry items so we could eat in the apartment when we wanted. Also stocked with all basic necessities, even had coffee filters for the pot! Close walk to the beach and a cute ice cream shop! Will definitely stay here again - Ben was great and prompt with communication.

Really nice place in a great location.

Everything was fine with the stay. The AC was not working well so the apartment was hot. Other than that everything else was as listed. Check in and out was smooth.

Wonderful location!

Great location, right on the water and across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Best part was being able to walk our dog and let him enjoy the waves every morning, very dog friendly. We also took advantage of the yoga and hula hoop classes on the beach, really fun!!
