Détendez-vous sur le balcon et profitez de l'une des plus belles vues du monde. C'est un si bel endroit que de nombreux mariages ont lieu juste en face, à Berwick Park. Profitez d'une promenade le long du chemin le long de l'océan. L'aquarium de Monterey et les magasins d'usine sont à cinq à dix minutes à pied. (Les vacances sont de 3 nuits minimum) J'ai une section "Beach Gear" dans la salle gurst la plus proche. J'ai des serviettes de plage, une planche de bodyboard, un seau et une pelle, un parasol, des sacs de plage, des couvertures de plage. Profites de la plage!

La Beach House est décorée par un architecte d'intérieur et offre une sensation de détente et de confort. Il a un thème nautique et plage. Il a de magnifiques serviettes égyptiennes épaisses et des draps et des draps de haute qualité. Le sèche-serviettes électrique est idéal, surtout pendant les mois d'hiver. La cheminée face à l'océan est un endroit idéal pour profiter d'un livre. C'est un véritable lieu de détente.

Il a une cuisine complète avec tous les derniers équipements. Si vous cuisinez, vous pouvez profiter des meilleures vues de Monterey ou si vous sortez, il y a de merveilleux restaurants à distance de marche de Cannery Row.

The location and view are fabulous. The condo shows signs of wear, but nothing that matters. This is my second stay here and I will stay again. Note, opening the lockbox is not obvious. Enter the code then pull the door (black flap) out to open.

The property is quite old. The kitchen sink faucet can really use a replacement. The clothes dryer doesn’t work well at all. Dining room seats are a little stained and don’t feel very clean. I honestly don’t think that the cleaning lady changed the sheets on the beds before our arrival…just didn’t smell very clean. The condo definitely has potential to be a very nice VRBO, but needs some love. Views were wonderful and proximity to the wharf are very good.

The view, location, parking and kitchen are great. The property and furnishings are nice in general. However, there were some issues. The BBQ does not work. The dryer does not work properly. Also, the windows in the bedrooms cannot be opened so the air in those rooms does not circulate. It would be an excellent improvement if the BBQ and dryer are replaced, and the windows in the bedrooms can be opened.

Yes where working on it my mother just passed away so we just got able to get the licenses and the bbq works just fine next time below you will see a propane tank you need to turn the tank on in order for the bbq to work the windows work fine all you do is push to open them very simple also I answer my phone all the time for guest so if you had a question you could of called the dryer works fine and we have 2!! Dryers so next time you should call the owner instead of putting a review about things that don’t work when they do …

Location was simply outstanding. Right across from a beautiful park and the ocean. Walking distance to the Monterey Aquarium as well as restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our visit very much.

Location was ideal, although on a busy road during the day, it is quiet at night. And right across street from the walking trail and gorgeous views. Unit does need some updating and a few things to make it more cozy. The shower tiles are stained with mold, too much furniture makes it hard to move around apartment. Adding throw blankets to Sit on sofa or on deck so you dont get cold, a hairdryer in the bathroom, blackout curtains - porch lights stay on all night and the sheer curtains make it hard for those that need darkness to sleep.

The location was wonderful across from the bay. We were surprised to find the large microwave was broken, the small countertop microwave was adequate but complicated lock system was challenging, the toaster was also not working. Taking into account we dealt with the son of the owner as his mother had unexpectedly passed away in January, thus he was unable to adequately address our issues. Nonetheless our stay was comfortable and parking was easy.

The location is really ideal and the view of the ocean is terrific.Unlike many of the vacation rentals we tried, this condo feels like a well-loved home that the owner’s share when they aren’t using it. It has a homey charm and everything needed for your stay.

Best of all worlds! Beautiful views from the living room, dining room and balcony. Very nicely decorated with comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Close to good restaurants, shopping, Cannery Row and the Aquarium. As a bonus, there are two passes to the Aquarium as well as movie passes. Sally is a great host and this is a great location to experience all of Monterey and the surrounding areas.

Great Location. The apt feels like staying in an older relative's home. A few things don't work, like windows don't open and curtain pulls are broken. There are lots of chachkas on all the surfaces that reflect the owner's taste and notes telling you not to move the items. That said, the place feels welcoming and we had a wonderful stay. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the water and the location couldn't be better.

Last time I was there -Sept. all blinds pulls were working. The only window that wasn’t working was the master bedroom one. The handle that you turn was broken off. I did have a tool set right by it that could be used to open it. It has been a constant problem because guests go up and start cranking away at window BEFORE UNLOCKING THE WINDOW. I have my handyman there every quarter getting new cranks. I have notes to unlock first but I guests don’t pay attention to them. When I’m there I don’t open the windows I open the French doors to the balcony and open the window on the backdoor ( it has a screen) I use a wood spoon to hold it open. The other owners choose to have a glass door there but preferred the original door with a window. This makes for a nice ocean cross breeze. breeze
