Veuillez noter que nous appliquons des rùgles trùs strictes pendant les vacances de printemps et que nous ne louons à aucune personne de moins de 25 ans. Nous avons besoin d’un adulte de plus de 25 ans pour deux personnes de moins de 25 ans. Nous ne prenons que des vacances en famille. Aucune exception!

Le spacieux, une chambre, deux salles de bains ont une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse et est chargĂ© avec toutes les commoditĂ©s dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances mĂ©morables sur la cĂŽte d’émeraude.

L'unité a un roi dans le maßtre et des couchettes que les enfants aimeraient. Cette unité est un favori des clients et offre une vue magnifique tout droit devant ainsi que des vues de la cÎte aussi!

We loved this place and next time we head that way we will go back to the same one if it’s available! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view was breathtaking, and it was an overall great experience!

Excellent location/area and great little condo!

Excellent location to both the beach and local restaurants. A big plus for us was how walkable this area is to restaurants bars, etc. Very clean condo; will stay here again!

Very nice apartment, convenient location, right in front of the beach, and amazing views. Super Comfortable for a family of 3 as ours. The resort also offers a very nice swimming pool to complement with the stunning beach of the Emerald Coast.Check in and check out process was super smooth. Nothing to complain about

Great location!

Great location! We stayed in the Miramar Beach area and avoided the traffic in Destin. The bed was comfortable and the condo was equipped with the basics needed to get started with our stay.

Fun for our family of 6

The place was clean and well stocked with dishes. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the very short walk to the beach. We liked that the resort was family oriented and hardly noticed the spring breakers . The washer and dryer were having it located within the apartment. Overall we had a superb stay and look forward to coming again with the exception of the 14 hour drive.

Complex was nice, surrounding area is nice and very clean. Pools were very nice. Security was great. Easy in and out process. Hated the wrist bands, but not a deal breaker. Our condo could have been better equipped with cooking utensils and was somewhat dated, however, it was enjoyable.

My stay at Majestic sun

I enjoyed my stay at Majestic Sun but the furniture needs an update. Looks old and the sofa has a bad smell. There's a mold smell too inside of condominium. But at the top of everything the view is breathless. The pool and hot tub are amazing too. Very nice building. I would stay again here but in a different unit. or in the same one but with new furniture.

Cleanliness not good. Couch worn out and uncomfortable

Sandy floors. Bed bugs. We were covered in bites. Cable was not working for the last day. We have used this condo complex several times in the past and never had anything like this .

Great location!

We came to Miramar Beach to celebrate our 35th Anniversary. The location was excellent, the view was perfect and the weather cooperated while we were there. The condo was clean, but there was a very strong sour smell when we entered the condo. My husband changed the air filter and we bought plug ins and air freshener which helped. It is pretty outdated, but the electronics are nice. On our last night to stay there, our code to the door did not work so we had to contact management. It was very quick response and was able to get it resolved immediately. Overall, we had a wonderful trip. This is the third time we have stayed at Majestic Sun.

The worst apartment so far for me


From the moment I entered the apartment, I felt a kind of depression!First of all, the room is too dark and the worst thing is that they don't have enough closets or drawers for clothes! I had nowhere to put all our clothes and I had to keep them in bags! They only had 4 hangers in the closet! I had to go buy hangers so I could at least put a few clothes in the closet! Then the bedding is terrible, thank God I always bring my own bedding with me because of things like this! They have some heavy winter quilt on the bed, as if it's winter there!Then they don't have some basic things in the kitchen, like a cutting board, and all the small pans, it's horrible!The furniture looks dirty and everything is old, you can't sleep on the sofa it's so uncomfortable!You get one garbage bag and that's it! The only positive thing that this apartment has is the balcony, which is the only place I sat!I've been going to Majestic Sun since 2017 and every apartment so far has been great, but this one was horrible and never again!

Everything at Majestic Sun was nice. Beautiful balcony views of the emerald water. Easy access to the clean beach. Plenty of good food options within walking distance.

Great!

This property was perfect for my family vacation! Great view off of the balcony of the ocean, close proximity to shopping and restaurants, and couldn’t be any closer to the beach! The resort pool could have been maintained better as there were some pavers around the pool that were missing or loose but otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location property feels dated.

Overall amazing property. Amazing location directly across from the beach.. close to restaurants and shopping as well. Wonderful indoor and outdoor pools and two hot tubs as well. We rented the one bedroom and it was ok. Full kitchen with great working appliances and plenty of cookware. We did have to reclean silverware and some pans. But mostly for our preference. The master bedroom furniture is dated and showing some wear. The bed was old but comfortable enough.. Overall would highly recommend.. would be better if they remodeled some to give a more up to date feel.

Very rough night sleep

This condo is rented out from a rental company and not an owner. I would say please update all of the mattresses in this condo. They all are very worn out, to speak to that, the king size bed was broke on arrival and not fixed until the following day. Once in contact with the rental company they did come out and fix the frame however doesn’t fix the worn out mattress issues. Also make sure to read the email, check in will not be allowed early.

My new favorite place to stay

This is a great location within a few steps to the beach, and the view is wonderful. Nicely furnished and easy check in and out. A very quiet building and parking deck is easily accessible. Also, constant security around the building and parking. We WILL go back!
