Edgewater 900 a été complètement révisé! Notre unité est idéalement située, près des ascenseurs du magnifique complexe Edgewater. L'unité dispose d'une télévision de 55 pouces dans le salon et une grande télévision dans la chambre principale.

La cuisine et les salles de bains ont été entièrement modernisées et améliorées. Les armoires ont été fabriquées sur mesure par un artisan amish de l'Ohio et sont recouvertes de granit magnifique. Les électroménagers, toutes les finitions et tous les meubles sont neufs depuis mai 2015!

L'unité a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur et l'accès à la plage est privé à Edgewater. Le complexe est fermé.

Beautiful stay

Loved the gated resort. Beautiful grounds and the condo was everything it was advertised to be. Guest services was very quick to respond to any need. Shower head broke and it was fixed the next morning. This was our first time staying at Edgewater but we will definitely be back!

Beautiful views, excellent host!

The views were absolutely beautiful from the balcony. Property was comfortable and fit a family of 7 without being crowded! Everything u need for cooking in! Close to a lot of family Friendly adventures and lots of good eateries near by. Fantastic location.

Beautiful property!

This property is beautiful and perfect location for families. We brought our bikes and biked in the morning straight from the condo. Everything was in the condo that we needed. The pools, shuffleboard and playground were nice pluses. Will stay again!

Condo Review

The condo was in excellent updated condition and perfect for our family of 5. They had all of the cookware/ necessities needed to stay for the week. The owner was amazing and was readily available for any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back!

Great week with our kids

We had a great vacation with our young kids and felt at home in this condo. There is a grocery store across the street, parking was always available in the garage and the pools were never overcrowded. Cindy was easily accessible and more than willing to help with anything we needed. If we return to the Destin area I would definitely consider staying here again.

Family Vacation

Room was great and the listing was accurate. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My kids loved the Tiki Hut. Only half of the elevators were working during our stay so that was frustrating, but not anything the owner could do about it! I grew up going to Edgewater and loved taking my kids back to such a wonderful place!

Loni: I am so glad you and your kids were able to enjoy Edgewater again. The elevators are being replaced and I understand it is a big challenge to accomplish that while the complex is occupied. This property was very nice! We did have some air conditioning and internet issues, but they were resolved by the property manager. Overall we had a great time!

Fantastic unit and location

The condo was clean, included most everything we needed, very nice furniture, and the balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean. The resort has two pools and a hot tub for shared use, as well as a pool side grill. It was an easy walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. I really can’t think of anything negative to say, we had an amazing vacation.

Nice condo

The location of this condo is amazing! The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated. We did not have any problems checking in or during our stay. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade the quality of the sheets and mattress.

Destin vacation

Have come here a few times for family vacations from Colorado. We’ve stayed in different condos at the gated Edgewater. It’s just feet to the 2 pools and beach without the hassle of your car. This owner in 900 was specifically responsive when I reached out and very friendly and genuine. I plan to return and stay at same place. You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome trip

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The condo was just like the pictures the beach was great and the mall is across the the street. The only down side to our vacation was if you wanted to bring a chair and sit at the beach to watch you kids play in the ocean you had to sit behind all the rentable umbrellas. So unless you paid $30 a day per umbrella you couldn’t sit and watch you family.

I am so sorry about this beach chair issue. . .this is the first year anyone has every mentioned a problem with bringing your own chairs. I hope that you were able to move slightly down the beach from where beach service is set up to enjoy your own chairs. I will certainly look into this issue further and I appreciate your letting me know. I keep my rate lower to account for beach service and if a guest wants to save the fees, at least they are not paying for the "free beach service" that some others promote. Please reach out if you would like to stay with us again and I will do my best to discount your stay. (Please also see my explanation of beach service in my response to prior review. . ) Thank you for NOT ranking our condo lower because of the beach service issues. I am truly appreciative. AMAZING UNIT!!! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

To wake up from your master bedroom with the most beautiful views was AMAZING! The kitchen was beautiful and updated!! Cindy, the owner, was always available when I needed ANYTHING!! Unit well stocked with everything we needed! You will really want to stay here longer than 7 days!! We honestly did not want to go back home! Weather was perfect for us too! So blessed!! Again, I can't thank Cindy enough for all her help!!

Edgewater was awesome… again! We rented5 condos for a family retirement vacation and it was BEAUTIFULLL!The condos were all clean and nice! The only suggestion for this condo is getting drapes for the family room area?? The light in the morning was ok but in the evening there was not much privacy with that area open.. also we had a WIFI problems all week! We were not in our rooms all day or anything but with little kids break-time from the beach/pool is often a movie or something on tv… Also letting future renter know that the beach fee is NOT included for VRBO renters and letting them know the prices would be helpful. We had 2 Edgewater condos and 2 VRBO… the Edgewater condos had that included in the rental… I had to purchase 2additional umbrellas and 4 additional chairs for the week … it was fine but good info to have…!Other than that the week was AWESOME!!!Beautiful grounds! Very clean and well maintained ! Centrally located to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores! We will be back soon … hopefully!!

2 week stay

overall nice unit, well stocked , great view. i have stayed in this building several times over the last few years, some things i would point out in this unit is master bath is on the small side and shower while upgraded is awkward to turn on without getting blasted with cold water, needs some light in the out door entrance way. light is there just think bulb is out. if you have any unit in this block you are next to the trash chute so you get constant noise of that and you are next to elevators so you have that noise also.those items are not a big enough issue that i would not stay in this room again though. what might turn me off from staying again is the last two times i have been there the fire alarms go off at least once a day and several times multiple times a day asking you to evacuate. they are always false alarms but very annoying and one of these times it might not be a false alarm and nobody is going to leave the building because of it. also they constantly have sheets posted about keeping children out of the hot tub but never do anything to enforce it. their solution was to post sheets in the elevator that it had to be drained because of elevated urine levels, not very appealing, same day young kids in it still / again. either have the security guy walk by and enforce it or put a camera out there with a speaker and when you see kids in there say something, otherwise you aren't accomplishing anything.

I will be sure to address the lightbulb issue and I am sorry that you found the shower to be awkward. My condo is clearly listed as 1060 square feet, so the size should not have been a surprise and the photos are not enhanced in anyway. I hope you had a nice stay otherwise. Cindy

Perfect for families

The space was perfect for adults and kids. Lots of things to do within a 10 minute drive. Beach was great and it was nice to have the choice of both pools for the kids when finished at the ocean.

We purchased this property in November of 2014. We are a military family, with the United States Air Force. Wes was raised about an hour north of this gorgeous beach. We visit his family and enjoy staying in the Destin area. After, annually, looking for a place to stay at the beach for over 6 years, we stumbled upon Edgewater Beach. We walked into the complex and immediately fell in love. I knew that this place would be one that we would enjoy coming back to again and again and again. . .so we decided to go for it. . .and we made Edgewater our beach vacation home!
