Ceci est une maison de ville de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain à quelques pas de la plage. 4 lits, ensemble de lits superposés, 2futons et 2 lits pliants. Il y a une télévision dans toute la chambre et une télévision de 65 pouces dans le salon avec deux canapés inclinables. Dans le garage il y a suffisamment de chaises longues pour 20 personnes. Aussi un certain nombre de tapis de plage et de jouets. Gril à gaz 3 brûleurs. La cuisine est remplie de verres, assiettes, tasses, casseroles et poêles pour cuisiner quoi que ce soit.

Pour votre sécurité, un extincteur à chaque étage ainsi que des détecteurs de fumée sortent de la maison. La maison est également câblée avec des alarmes directement au service d'incendie, qui est à moins d'un mile de distance. Il y a aussi une trousse de premiers soins dans la cuisine sur le dessus du réfrigérateur.

Il y a une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Planche et fer à repasser. Et du savon à lessive.

Kure Beach est très familial et cette maison est sans fumée.

This home was amazing. Me & my sister booked it for a combined family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone and more. It has everything you could possibly need. It has the perfect location where young teens can have the freedom to walk places without being too far away. Was also nice to be able to set in the balcony and hear the live music from one of the local places. We will be making this home a yearly stay.

Freddie our host was wonderful and a great communicator. My overall impression was a Very large home with a garage accommodating for our entire fury Family,Three flights of stairs with a wonderful ocean front view through out the home , Kitchen had all small appliances needed with very spacious bedrooms and living room!! Very busy T-intersection down the stairs and outside in front. locals and neighbors were very kind as well. Beach access is feet in front of us from our front door!! Perfect for easy quick access. Very pet friendly area! Thank you very much for all!!

Great spot for family gathering

VERY WELL equipped space in terms of furnishings and kitchen. VERY comfortable for myself and my 3 adult kids. Plenty of space to gather but also to have alone time! Definitely recommend and plan to return!!Fred does a great job communicating and checking in!

This property was amazing!! There was everything you would need for the beach. The kitchen was also stocked with good pots, pans and silverware. The amount of room this property had was more than enough. We will be back!!

Exceptional Week

The property was well suited for a large family across generations, withl literally everything we needed and more. Highly recommend, as the location was great, and the versatility of the space with four bedrooms, each with a full bath plus additional sleeping options was amazing. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, eating in, and eating out in a relaxed atmosphere. And Fred was an attentive and kind host!

Beautiful Beach Home

Mr. Green was awesome. He was very easy to get along with and very friendly. The house is awesome also. Very spacious and very clean. Beautiful scenery of the beach and pier. Mr Green had everything there at the house, such as Beach chairs, grille, silverware, toiletry, beach games. Etc. Could not ask for more. We will be back!!!!!!!

Hands down the best

Hands down this was the best property we have ever stayed at during our beach trips. There were plenty (a ton) of beach toys, chairs, etc… so we saved on space in not bringing any of our own. The rental was furnished with modern furnishings, BIG beds and BIG TV’s in every bedroom. We went bigger this year so more family could stay and it was well worth it. Communication with the host was very quick and easy if we had a question. As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for” and in this place, you get plenty plus WAY MORE.

Family fishing/beach trip

Loved staying here and love working with the owner. It has everything you need and more. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. I am just now writing my review cause I usually forget. We need a garage cause of having a place for fishing supplies. Fred even supplied cooler and other stuff. Plenty of beach chairs too. Love Kure Beach and love staying in his units. The pier and Resturant's are close by. Love sitting out listening to the waves and viewing the ocean with my cup of coffee. Even got out early enough to see sunrise one morning. Can't wait till this October for our next trip. I would recommend this unit to everyone. Thanks for letting this be our beach home for a week.

The pictures online do not show how wonderful this place is. It has clearly been updated in every room. They say that no place is perfect but this place is super close. We were not able to take full advantage of all the features and amenities that this place has to offer but the Marriott Courtyard just lost a long term customer. I will only be staying here when I come back to the area. The host Freddie was so friendly and accessible. The Condo was very clean and spacious. The surrounding restaurants were very good. There is so much that I could say but I would need to write a book. We came here for 5 night to escape due to the stress that life can bring. And it was truly just what we needed. There were a few little things here and there but the Pros super exceed the Cons. I will absolutely be recommending this property and location to all of my coworkers as well as my family as the perfect getaway spot to absolutely enjoy everything that the area has to offer.

10/10 two week vacation. Fred is excellent! Responds quickly. Condo was clean, very spacious, more than enough linens and had a very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas as stated in property description. Being one block from the pier and restaurants, coffee shop, convenient store was very nice. Great beach rental!

The Townhome was amazing. 2 decks, huge rooms. Large community room for us to gather and the kids to play. Everyone had plenty of space. 2 blocks away was a Sunday night concert and Wed. was a Mermaid & Tinker bell reading to the kids. I had several questions for Fred, our host, and he answered immediately. We definitely will be back again.

Fall Family Time

This is the second property of Freddie’s that we have stayed at. We absolutely love it. It is the best location on Kure Beach, Freddie has the home stocked with basically everything you will need and even more that you didn’t know you need. He is a wonderful host, very responsive and wants you to have a nice time while you are there. Hope to return again next year!

Beautiful home and everything new! We had all we needed there. It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Great view of the ocean and pier and a minute walk to beach. Short walk to restaurants convenience store bar boardwalk and pier. Short drive to amusement park and many other restaurants. House was beautifully decorated and kitchen was stocked with everything thing we could have asked for!! Beach chairs there and gas grill too. Our family enjoyed our stay. Would give it a 5 star!!
