This home is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked. The only thing we couldn’t fine were pot holders to get things out of the oven. I highly recommend this home if you have a big family or are planning a trip for friends. And we even got to see a few bears this trip.

Great location. Lots of bears in the area! Property was accurately listed, clean, great communication. My family of 30 loved it, especially the open main floor so we could eat and all gather together.

One of the showers didn't work. A bedroom door wouldn't latch shut. People's feet were black from being barefoot in the house. A bedroom in the lower level smelled of cigarette smoke at check in. A bed was broken in a different room. No bathmat in our bathroom and only 1 towel for 2 people. The outdoor rocking chairs all need repair. Large nails sticking out of the porch floors. Where it's nice to have a door in the bedroom out to the porches. The green glowing exit sign at night isn't great.

We had 25 family members in this house- everyone had a bed to sleep in, and plenty of bathrooms. So this was great!One of the bedrooms had broken beds, so the mattresses had to be moved to the floor to sleep. This bedroom also had a broken toilet seatAnother bathroom had pink mold in the shower and on the shower headThere weren’t any cutting boards in the kitchen, and only 1 pizza pan/cookie sheet which means we had to use tinfoil to bake our garlic breadWe were there for 4 nights- The garbage barrels were full after 2 daysAnd I was disappointed that we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and salt and pepper

Beautiful Location

We had a great time exploring the beautiful Smoky Mountains during our family reunion at this wonderful cabin. It easily accommodated the many family members we had.

Senior Trip

We have stayed at this property two consecutive years for our senior class trip. Location is great to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The lodge was clean and as described. We will stay here again.

family vacation

we had a great stay at Pine Tree lodge. Internet is not the best and parking is limited but any questions or concerns we had was addressed immediately and everything possible was done to make our stay the best. I highly recommend the lodge for your large group. we host a family dinner for 42 and had plenty sitting and table space for them all.

Beautiful House and Location (But some things broken)

Location and place was amazing. Only critic is one of the hottubs was very slow to heat up and the entertainment floor had broken seats and game setups.

This was a perfect location for our high school soccer team. 5 minutes from everything it seemed! Great space and plenty to do!

For the most part we had everything we needed. There were a few things we had to clean when we first arrived but it wasn’t crazy. The only improvement I can think of is knowing where to put the trash once the cans available are full.

Youth conference

Everything was as it was advertised. We received information in a timely manner. The rules were reasonable. The rooms with two sets of bunks (queen size) were perfect for all of our teen girls. Overall, we had a really good experience.

Spacious cabin in Gatlinburg

Our youth group rented this cabin for a Monday-Friday trip. The bedrooms are spacious and the upstairs rooms with 2 queen size bunk beds in each room was great! We cooked almost every meal on site and the kitchen was suitable for this. The only thing we had to do was buy our own ice as the two ice machines in the refrigerators couldn't keep up with the demand for 33 people. It's about a 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge which isn't too bad of a drive. If you're a large group, you'll enjoy this cabin.

October 2023 vacation

The property was very clean. We enjoyed the size of the house because we have a large family. We were disappointed that one of the hot tubs did not work. Also one of the refrigerators was not as cold as it should be. One of the toasters did not work properly and the showers for 2 of the upstairs bathrooms did not have hot water. We still had a good vacation and enjoyed the property.

It was a very nice and spacious cabin

My family and I loved our stay at the Pine Tree Lodge! It was a very nice cabin. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because one of the bathrooms tub needs to be fixed it has a patch in the tub. Mattress in master room is thin and uncomfortable and housekeeping need to do more than the bare minimum need to dust and clean toilets more efficiently. Wish we had a better view of mountains but it does say wooded view so oh well. Other than that cabin was just like pictures and we loved how spacious it was. Would definitely come back again to stay!

Need Attention

House was beautiful but the cleaniness wasn’t so good, several of my family members got rashes and what appeared to be bed bug bites from bedding which made the stay very uncomfortable. We were literally ready to leave at that point. Staff was attentive to our concerns but the damage was already done. Would not stay at this place again

This is our second year in a row staying with our with travel ball family. I wish we could say our stay was great but it wasn’t. We were without A/C in the upstairs for over 24 hours. We notified the property manager within 30 minutes of checking in and the problem was not fixed until late Friday evening (we checked in on a Thursday). It is in the dead of summer and the majority of the beds are in the upstairs and thermostat was reading 84 degrees. It was very hot and miserable. I’d verify that everything is functioning before renting.

Review of Cabin at 809 Spirit Loop Way

Very Misleading information promoting the cabin. The Hot Tubs were broken. One hot tub in particular would not heat up even with attempts for over 24 hours. The stair railing very unsafe in the basement, as the railing along the stairs is very loose. Light bulbs missing from lamps.
