1925 Restored Beach Cottage 100 étapes de la plage parfait pour les familles!

Chalet de plage 1925 récemment rénové à 100 pas de la plage. Pink Dolphin Cottage comprend des appareils Samsung Smart en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit avec des armoires en pin blanc perlé. Les familles apprécient ces jolies petites maisons depuis les années 1920. L'arrière-cour de style Old Florida Key West a une terrasse de fête en bois, un kiosque de toit en étain, un barbecue Weber et est amusant et génial. Pink Dolphin Cottage a une terrasse en bois au large de la cuisine qui donne sur l'arrière-cour. Clôturé pour que les enfants et les animaux domestiques puissent courir. Cette maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes avec un lit queen dans un lit de maître privé, un canapé-lit dans le salon, un lit escamotable Murphy dans une très petite pièce de la cuisine et un lit jumeau dans une petite pièce de porche. Idéal pour les familles avec beaucoup d'enfants, mais non recommandé pour 7 adultes. Superficie habitable climatisée de 900 pieds carrés.
Les réservations de moins d'une semaine doivent être le lendemain d'un départ réservé ou les locations journalières acceptées la veille de l'enregistrement, mais pas un ou deux jours en milieu de semaine. Veuillez vous renseigner pour les réservations quotidiennes.

Dog friendly and extremely close to dog friendly beach right on the gulf! Location was absolutely fantastic too for walking down the street a few blocks to the restaurants and shops. The Dolphin side was a cozy little house with enough beds to sleep 7 total (perfect for ma & pa and 3 teenagers). Would highly recommend!

I understand this is an older beach property and cheaper than other options in the area. That being said, the property is in no shape to be rented out. The electrical is unsafe, the property was not clean (chairs/couch/throw pillows need thrown out), the murphy bed is propped up by a brick.

Dear Ashley: I am happy you understand that is is an older beach property and cheaper than other options like the condos across the street that are 3 X the price with a one week minimum and no pets. Thank you,You should have chosen one of them as we could not meet your lofty expectations and if you wanted new you would have to pay for that. The electric was updated with new Fuse Panel Boxes at $3500 each as required by our insurance company so no worries the electrical is fine. The last guest broke one leg on the Murphy Bed which you did not use. If this was really a one star property you would not have stayed, but you had nothing nice to say, like wow the beach was just 100 steps away, or the house keeper stopped by and was so nice I've learned in life that if you have nothing nice to say it's really a reflection of the person, not the situation. The positive points of your very disingenuous review is as follows. The past guest who checked out the day you checked in gave the Pink Dolphin Cottage a 10/10 star review and all positive comments. and the overall rating from 100 s of happy guests is close to the top reviews of properties Happy Travels, Capt Al

This place was an oasis that was steps from the beach! The owners are extremely attentative, theres a bunch of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc to borrow. Tables to eat outside in back and a big clean kitchen! I will definitely reach out to them again!

The owner & cleaner were very nice and accommodating. The actual place was more run down and appeared to be smaller than the listing shows. The proximity to the beach is excellent and they do have beach accessories that you can take to the beach which was very helpful.

Easy check-in. Everything was just as the explanation on VRBO. Beds were comfortable. The cottage was an original from the 20s or 30s so it had old charm. You don’t find much of that these days. super convenient walk to the shops and beach. Would definitely come back and stay!

Was not expecting perfection, but this place was a health hazard. Sewage in sink, brown stinky stale water in a bucket under the sink, smoke alarm was never replaced, grip handle in tub was rotted out and the tub was very slippery. The furniture and pillow covers were very dirty. Many things were broken including the fan and air conditioner. Bad smells. Could not even get the murphy bed out of the wall. Big gap in front door. So many other issues (at least a page full). Dollar store purchased worn out towels and wash cloths, used dollar store body wash, filthy salt and pepper shakers, etc. Cockroaches. I realize cockroaches can show up in clean homes too, but honestly, I was very concerned about bed bugs. I was so anxious by the living conditions I cut my vacation short by a week. VRBO let us down for sure! The whole experience in this VRBO home was awful.

Dear Dixie It is unfortunate that the Pink Dolphin Cottage did not meet your lofty expectations however your review is as disingenuous as your many calls and reports to VRBO so lets look at the facts. Yes we do offer free soap and shampoo and it is from discount suppliers as we are not a five star hotel. Our rates are about half of what you pay at the condos directly across the street. Same beach. When you reported the smoke alarm beeping I went off island got a new one and put it at your door as you were not home. The clog in the sink was plunged and fixed. There are 4 window air conditions so if one fails three others will keep you cool. Yes a roach got in as they do in all FLorida homes but here was no bed bugs. Your were wanting a higher end property but did not want to spend twice the price. After you stayed an entire week, you did not want to stay another week but wanted a refund for the entire stayi. After I offered you a full refund if you wished leave for the week after the first week you made up even more complaints to VRBO to get a full refund. If you got a refund we would not have got this bad review. The good news is we are Superhosts and have over 4000 Five Star reviews and past 5 reviews were 5 star for this house. you did not cut your vacation short and have a hard time telling the truth If you were nice, I would have given you some discount, but your were not. What you put out into the Universe is what you shall receive The Secret. Capt Al

Easter Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the property and enjoyed all of the walking distance attractions. You are so close to the beach and dozens of restaurants and bars. The cottage was a perfect home base for exploring Clearwater Beach. We’ll definitely be returning, this place is a gem!

Located in the Old Florida District, the Pink Dolphin Cottage is one of the last real beach cottages left on the beach side of Mandalay Ave. You can walk around and enjoy the Old Florida feel of Clearwater, before all the historic hotels were torn down for the new High Rise Hotels. This house is just 100 steps from the beach with other cute little houses . Here you can enjoy your own little beach house just steps from the beach. Clearwater Cottages District has been designated Old Florida District .

Less than a minute from the sand, you and the kids can walk back and forth to the beach all day with no streets to cross, no elevators to waste time in, and you won't need to dress up to go through the hotel lobby. And you wont have to walk down to the parking garage , punch the time ticket meter. You park right in front in front of your Cottage with free parking.
