Charmant loft de plage rénové

Loft rénové confortable avec 2 chambres. Master a queen, twin, futon, douche et baignoire. La deuxième chambre privée a 1 lits jumeaux et pleins, fenêtre, lumineuse et aérée avec climatisation centrale et chauffage. Côté plage de Mandalay Ave, à seulement 5 pâtés de maisons au nord du Pier 60. Douche ouverte en verre de style français, sépare les lits jumeaux de la reine. Romantique et confortable pour couple ou 5 célibataires. Les plafonds voûtés diminuent jusqu'à 4 pieds, donc pas pour les grands, vous vous promenez dans le bâtiment par les escaliers extérieurs en bois couverts, puis votre loft privé a un petit escalier climatisé, où vous avez une intimité totale. Il y a une vue teaser du golfe du Mexique depuis la fenêtre.
Fini dans tous les murs et plafonds en pin blanc perlé, sols en pin blanc vieilli et décor côtier de la Floride. Vous vous sentirez comme à la plage dans le Fun Baywatch Loft.

The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of room. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the rooms. One flight outside and one inside. The TV in the main room worked, but the one in the other bedroom did not and was ready to fall off the wall. It was nice the manager stays onsite and is there to help, if you need. Great value for the money!! Walking distance to everything

The location was great. Right on the beach and Just a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants and only 20 min walk to the pier. If you don’t need a kitchen the cottage was perfect with 2 rooms and 4 beds and communication was great Captain Al was always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy spot in the perfect location! This place is ideal for a laid back beach vaca. Kids loved it, felt very safe and everything we needed was in walking distance. Great community outdoor space with hot tub and dining area. Captain Al is a fantastic host! Thank you!!

Baywatch Loft

Great rental space for a last minute trip to Clearwater. Had everything needed and space for everyone to sleep. Good location to the beach and just over a half mile walk to the pier. Nice to have access to chairs, beach toys, hot tub, and bikes.

Place was really good. Rooms were as described in post. Loved that was on the beach! Plenty of space for a family of 5. Captain Al was responsive and quick to greet us. Overall amenities are good. As a scuba diver I have been to most Carribean Islands, have hiked through most South American countries, and have Jet Skied most all waterways in Florida. Now I enjoy taking my guests out on my run about boat and enjoying the beauty of the islands off the coast of Clearwater Beach. This loft is a new renovation in a 1948 building, cool, cozy, and affordable .
