We are a small quiet "Ma & Pa" apartment building on the north end of beautiful Clearwater Beach. Right on the intercoastal with a great view of the water. Watch dolphins and
manatees play right from our dock. You can park your car and not get back in it from our location as we are walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, the beach, Pier 60, and the marina where all the entertainment is. Family owned and operated since 1986!

Booking was easy. Communication was easy. Check in was easy. The 2 minutes from beach was amazing. The apartment is older but that was part of the charm. Updates could certainly help but if we ever come back - we will stay here for sure!

Everything was close by (Restaurants and shops) no need to drive . Beaches and Pier 60 within walking distance. Apt was clean and a/c cool . Would stay again .

Memorial Day Weekend stay in Clearwater

This property is in a great location on the North side of Clearwater beach and away from the business. Definitely more quiet and more open beach (only 2 blocks away!). For the price, this was an excellent place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Location

Had everything we needed, Definitely Older vibe and decor, but had outside space to be and right on the water! Only 2 blocks from Ocean and a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and Pier.

The owner was very nice, responsive, and very helpful! She was very accommodating to any needs that I had! The 2 bedroom apartment was sufficient and we stayed for 1 week. Very close to the beach as my wife and I walked 2 1/2 minutes to the beach!!

Stayed for 4 nights recently. Each morning there was evidence of mice from the night before. Sealed food that was left on the counter the first night was ripped into and eaten. The following nights there were countless large droppings all over the kitchen and counter tops and garbage was on the floor that was ripped out of the can. Host was responsive but could not correct the issue prior to the end of the stay.

Air conditioning was very good. View from the balcony was of the harbor with beautiful sun rises & entertaining via the jet ski business. The white sandy beach was 2blocks away and very nice. shopping was within walking distance with several nice shops. The trolly runs about every hour with a stop on the corner where our apartment was. This property would benefit from a professional maintenance and cleaning and pest control crew. We spent time treating for tiny ants and termites in different levels of development. The host was pleasant and receptive at first. When we called the 2nd time to report the termite activity, we were referred to a can of Raid in the laundry room. Over all the price was reasonable.We would not return.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as expected. The apartment was very dusty and had a noticeable insect problem, which made our time there uncomfortable. Many of the furnishings were quite old, and some items were unusable due to wear and damage. We also noticed some broken furniture, and even the clean towels were stained, which was disappointing.On the positive side, communication was excellent — the host always responded quickly and kindly, which we really appreciated. However, the condition of the apartment itself could benefit from a thorough cleaning and some updates.

It was a nice little apartment for a weekend get away with thr girls! Beautiful scenery and close to the beach! Plus thr owner is amazing and responds reasonably.

This property definitely hasn’t been renovated since before the Carter presidency. I am turning 50 this year and I’m quite confident that the stove and the oven are older than me. The Styrofoam in the windows are charming but when it’s windy, it sure makes an annoying sound all night long. If it wasn’t for proximity to the beach and closeness to restaurants, I would say don’t do it. Other than that the place was great. I enjoy being worried that the place around me may collapse sometime in the evening while I sleep.
