Oceanfront Home à South Mission Beach

La maison de plage en bord de mer parfaite avec des vues spectaculaires. Cour avant incroyable sur la promenade! La maison de vacances est de 1500 pieds carrés située au deuxième étage supérieur d'un duplex de deux unités. Situé au sud de la foule et du parc historique de Belmont, tout en étant suffisamment proche pour vous amuser.

Le salon spacieux et meublé possède des plafonds voûtés et une cheminée à bois. De grandes portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent pour remplir toute la maison avec une vue spectaculaire sur le sable, l'océan, le canal de Mission Bay, Point Loma et les couchers de soleil avec la brise fraîche de l'océan qui afflue!

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size en mousse gel (face à la plage), d'une télévision à écran plat HD et de son propre foyer au gaz pour ces nuits fraîches et calmes. Une deuxième chambre du milieu a deux lits en mousse de gel pleine taille et une télévision HD à écran plat. Une troisième chambre a un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat HD. Toutes les pièces de la maison disposent d'un éclairage d'ambiance télécommandé avec des ventilateurs de plafond.

La place de stationnement disponible est suffisamment grande pour accueillir un gros VUS / camion ou deux voitures de taille moyenne ou des VUS plus petits.

La télévision par câble avec chaînes de cinéma et la connexion Internet sans fil sécurisée par câble la plus rapide sont fournies pour améliorer votre divertissement.

Mission Beach Gem

Location is the best on the Beach! Had everything (and more) than we needed for the beach, bike riding, etc. The host, Bill, was the best! Can’t wait to return, and when we do, this is where we will stay!!

Beachfront delight

Being across from the beachfront and the volleyball courts was fantastic!!! Great breezes as you overlook the beach. Big table outside was great for family dinners and relaxing with friends. Bill was a friendly host that made sure we had a great time.

Wonderful stay at the Asbury House

The house was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Hosted Thanksgiving dinner for my family there. Location is great-easy walk to Belmont but away from the noise of the bars. The view is spectacular can see the waves all day and beautiful sunsets each evening. Thanks Bill!

What a wonderful place! ...

What a wonderful place! We loved every minute of our stay! The house is fully equipped, even down to bicycles, boogie boards, and beach games. Didn't even need to bring our beach towels or chairs! Watching the professional volleyball players out the window made it even better!

The property is in good condition. It's right on the beach. There are a lot of volleyball courts. Unfortunately, the property is right below the San Diego Intl'l Airport departure path.

Finally took a vacation

This was the first time that I had been on vacation with my 2 adult daughters/spouse and my grandkids since my wife, their mom and nana died 4 years ago. It was the perfect location away from the desert heat. Perfect SD weather all week. Great beach location for kids and adults to stay active or just relax and people watch from the front yard. Parking for our 3 vehicles on the property. Bill the manager/owner was very accommodating at all times, while never getting into our business if not asked. We will go back to this same place someday!

Christmas at the beach

Our family spent Christmas 2018 at this property. It was clean, comfortable and very enjoyable. Our host Bill was extremely friendly and helpful. We would not think twice about staying there again. The location and accommodations we're perfect for us. The kitchen was well-stocked & allowed us to make a full Christmas dinner. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings are in very nice condition. The cable TV allows you to watch a huge variety of movie channels and Netflix. 5 stars!

Perfect Family Spot!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Bill was so lovely and helpful, everything worked well and was clean and fresh, and the location can't be beat! Bill had also prepped a bunch of outdoor items (games, bikes, chairs, a grill, etc.) and that is a huge money saver. We stayed here for our family holiday gathering and loved playing games while watching waves, being able to walk on the boardwalk anytime, and the close location to free public parking in addition to the onsite parking. Oh! And the outdoor fire table was so awesome! We will very likely stay here again and we haven't had an experience positive enough to stay repeatedly before, so it's a big win to find a larger place to have the whole family come stay :)

Our Favorite Vacation

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Everything was provided as listed and the property itself is spectacular. Right on the ocean walk with memorable views. Sunsets were beautiful as was the outdoor patio to play games, visit, and eat meals. It was comfortable, clean, and close to so many great places to eat, shop, and explore. Since it was July, we could watch the fireworks on the bay every night. Safe and secure with many amenities. Parking is convenient and fit both our vehicles easily. Our family took Bird scooters, bikes provided, or walked to many places. Beach chairs, umbrellas, games and boogie boards were on hand and well cared for, as was the entire property. It was the perfect stay with a most attentive and kind host. We look forward to making more memories here in the future as a family. Thank you, Bill, we appreciate you!

If we had it to do again ....

I want to give a terrible review so no one else stays here (making it available for us anytime we want!) But it was of course, if you read all of the other reviews, a wonderful place to stay. Bill is the best of hosts and the property was a true home away from home. Be sure to read all of the other reviews for their hints and tips, but here are the ones we'll add: 1) Bring your own shampoo, soap, dish rag, dryer sheets, bike helmets (there's only 1), and surfboard. Other than that, there's not much missing. There was even a kiddy bike on property! 2) If you are a light sleeper, or want to sleep in or go to bed early, I suggest earplugs, earbuds, or some sort of white noise machine. There are 14 sand volleyball courts spread in front of the property, and those people love their volleyball! They start at 6AM and go until 10PM every day. And if you're not used to being in an airport fly zone (which we are), the airplanes follow similar hours. At times they are literally flying right over that part of the beach every minute. 3) Take advantage of the wonderful refrigerator, grill, and laundry room. At this writing, they were basically all brand new. We brought enough food for most of our meals - which probably saved us $1000+ for the week. The restaurants nearby were OK, but super expensive, crowded, and not very healthy. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We will be returning to this property our next trip back. Thank you, Bill!

Great experience!

We loved Bill's place on Mission Beach. It was clean and roomy for 5 adults. We appreciated having a dedicated parking space, functioning beach chairs and umbrellas. There was a whole garage full of chairs, bikes, games, wagon - nearly anything you would need for the beach. Also nice to have access to nice beach towels. Bill met us at check-in and showed us around. We had his cell phone number in case we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again. Just to note that the beach is very wide and it is a trek to the ocean. We used the wagon daily. Also takes a little time to get used to the noise from planes flying over, fortunately they stop at night. Overall one of the best places we have stayed.

Our go to rental in SD

This was just an amazing stay. We visit SD every year and finally we have found the place we want to call our home every year. The space is amazing. Bill is the best property “manager” with all the knowledge and flexibility for our needs. He truly goes above for his tenets. We all enjoyed ourselves and will again next year. Beach Home

My family and I had a great experience booking with Bill. He was so nice and a pleasure to meet. The house is as listed it was clean and has amazing views! He also has beach essentials for you as well, volleyball, basketball, bikes, towels the things you might forget. The walk to the ocean is a little bit of a walk through the sand however it was doable and kept up at a distance from the hustle of the noise at night. Our family very much enjoyed staying at Bill’s home and netting him. 10/10!

Loved this place!

This facility has everything for your vacation: bicycles, games, puzzles, sand, surf, happy noise and activity of watching beach volleyball and pedestrians out the livingroom windows, but quiet enough to sleep comfortably. Parking space was big enough to hold my 2019 Subaru Forester and my sister's 2016 Prius. Stairs were ok in spite of old hips. Could have used a folding stepstool because most kitchen shelves too high for 5'2" person. Good thing we had a 6 foot son! Beds very comfy! Can walk to Belmont Park easily. Bill was very kind and accommodating when we couldn't figure out how to work the TV and DVD player. Otherwise we never saw him. Kitchen well equipped with spices, paper goods, utensils, coffee filters, good knives, serving bowls, but you may want to bring your own non-stick frying pan (so it doesn't stick). No " tent cities" anywhere in sight. It's a friendly area, and not far from all the local attractions. We look forward to staying here again sometime!

Great stay at the beach

Our family (4 adults a 2 young kids) had a great stay at the property. It was so nice to have plenty of space for everyone. Proximity to the beach and bay was a big plus. Parking spot right outside unit. Bill was very responsive via text which made communication easy.

Best of the Boardwalk

Senior Year Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay here on Mission Beach. It was a great location. Close enough to walk to some restaurants plus everyone enjoyed trying out their volleyball skills. The unit had everything we needed. Everything was as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. Having air conditioning was a bonus since there was a heat wave the week were there. We would definitely stay there again or recommend it to anyone considering it.

The BEST

The location of this house is really perfect. You can see the ocean and there are beaches for miles, it's close to extra parking, close to restaurants and fun activities, but far away from traffic. There is a tv in each bedroom and lots of storage space as well as extras like games, bikes and beach toys. Billie is easily accessible for any question. Definitely recommend!

We rented the home for two fabulous weeks of fun and relaxation. The owner lived on the property, and was extremely responsive and helpful. The home was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We hope to return someday.

Great family trip

We spent 9 nights at Bills place & were sad to leave! I could’ve stayed forever waking up to the ocean out front, sound of voices and volleyball games on the beach, and the cool sea breeze rocking me to sleep every night. Great value. Excellent, exclusive feeling beachfront location. We body boarded just about every day, and our bodies were dogged by the epic waves. Plenty of TVs for when you’re inside. Bill has a number of higher end features and appliances. The keurig coffee maker & the fridge were a couple of those. The washer & dryer were awesome too. All of clothes were clean when we left. We went to Disney while we were there. Did the San Diego safari park. We went all over ocean beach and pacific beach and to La Jolla and more. Trip of a lifetime.
