Lovely apartment in a beautiful location, couldn’t get enough of the views. Very well equipped and lovely big bathroom. Only one slight negative, air conditioning would have been a bonus but we copedUrsula and James were great hosts!!

Beautiful apartment with amazing views from the balcony.Clean and spacious, well designed and had everything we needed for the week.Drying area for beach stuff/ wetsuit etc.Perfect location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, beach, pool etc.Pool was clean and usually v quiet even though we visited in school holidays.Communication and check in all good.

Fabulous apartment

Everything about our stay was excellent. We stayed in Marfolin 16 which is by far the best of the various Marfolin apartments we’ve stayed in. It’s very well appointed and in an excellent position We had a very happy holiday

Wonderful Stay

Brilliant from the start! Ursula was waiting for us and was so lovely explaining everything. The apartment is very clean, quiet and well equipped. Loved the communal pool and a great choice of eateries at the bottom of the complex. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone :)

Everything we were looking for

The apartment is perfectly placed, right next to the beach and close to many good restaurants. It is spacious, well equipped and obviously well maintained. Views from all rooms and the balcony are stunning. In a word, perfect.

Lovely apartment with stunning views and position

We loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and very well equipped. But it is the position overlooking the beaches that makes it special. Time spent sitting on the terrace, or on the bed, looking at the ever changing seascapes was the best bit of th holiday.

Excellent location for beach holiday with bonus pool

Marfolin 16 was an excellent choice for our holiday, the beach is literally on your doorstep. The apartment was well equipped in a wonderful location (we will recommend to our family and friends and will stay again). There is a number of bars and restaurants catering to all tastes within the apartment complex. Would suggest a car hire if wanting to get out and about.

Great Apartment

Our first visit to Fuetaventura, so wasn't sure what area to stay in. So glad we chose this apartment in El Cotillo. Excellent apartment in a very good position overlooking the beach. The area may be too quiet for some but was just what we were looking for. Communication with owner and property manager was good. We hope to stay here again.

Very nice appartment with wounderful terrace

The only criticism is (sometimes) loud music from "Leo´s Bar" and the noise when the bars opens or closes. Apart from that we loved it.

Fantastic !

Another great time in El Cotillo ! Splendid appartment for 2 persons. Waking up with a stunning beach view from the bedroom, benefitting from the fully-equipped appartment and enjoying the large terrace, watching the sunsets. A huge 'ThankYou' to our lovely hosts, Ursula and James !!! We'll be back.

Great Location in El Cotillo

This is a large one bedroomed apartment looking out onto the first lagoon beach in El Cotillo. This is a sunny and prime location, absolute beachfront, but with easy walking distance to the centre and harbour with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes etc., unfortunately there is now a lot of building work going on in this once small and pretty fishing village, but hey, they say that is progress. Whether for the best remains to be seen! However, ongoing works did not unduly disturb us in this beach location with fantastic views up the coastal lagoons and of course, the setting sun. A great location which we can thoroughly recommend to others. Thanks to the owners and the local contact for a truly wonderful holiday.

Superb location and views

A beautiful apartment with everything provided ..(.more spacioys than photos suggested..).cool bag beach chairs and umbrellas! Well equiped kitchen confy beds SUPERB bathroom ...Too sit on that terrace watching the beach life was great and the added bonus if a pool too ...best of both worlds !! Ursula and James are delightful people who where so helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips for places to see and restaurants etc. My only one negative ( and its not the aoartments fault ) was the noise of the extractor fan from restaurant below ( but not heard on terrace ) and the noise from them when setting up and closing down ...but no nouse overnight so pleaceful sleep .so hence the 4 stars not 5 overall

This is a lovely large one bedroomed apartment with a wonderful corner balcony overlooking the first lagoon beach in El Cotillo and the swimming pool. It had everything we needed - a fully equipped kitchen, fabulous bathroom, comfortable spacious lounge and lovely bedroom with separate dressing room (and beach views from every window)! This is prime sunny location, right on the beach but also within easy walking distance to the centre and harbour with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes etc. El Cotillo is a charming fishing village with a very chilled vibe and fantastic sandy beaches with crystal clear water. Of course like most places it is gradually getting more built up and there was some building work going on in the village. Sometimes we could hear a repetitive hammering sound when we were on the balcony during the day but it wasn’t very loud and it didn’t unduly disturb us. Otherwise the apartment complex was very quiet - we stayed in mid February and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves! We thoroughly enjoyed this beach location with fantastic views up the coastal lagoons and of course the amazing sunsets, which we enjoyed watching from the balcony. A great location which we can thoroughly recommend to others. Thanks to the owners and the local contacts Ursula and James for a really lovely stay.

Vue exceptionnelle!

Appartement tres confortable avec une vue dont nous avons profité a tout moment : depuis la terrasse, la salle de bain la chambre et le dressing. Belle plage au pied de l'immeuble et village pittoresque plein de charme offrant de bons rstaurants.

Une vue superbe !

Appartement idéalement placé avec une vue magnifique sur la plage d'El Cotillo. Proche du village, restaurants au rez-de-chaussée, supermarché à 100 m, un endroit parfait pour une semaine relaxante. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, résidence agréable avec une très belle piscine.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Das Appartement war groß, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet – und der Blick über den Strand einfach unglaublich. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass man sogar aus dem Bad direkt aufs Meer schauen konnte – das war jedes Mal ein Highlight.Die Lage direkt am Strand von El Cotillo ist ideal, ruhig und trotzdem nah an allem, was man braucht. Auch die Anlage selbst ist sehr angenehm und wirkt ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen!

Super Lage

Es war bereits das dritte Mal, dass ich meinen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht habe. Die Lage könnte nicht optimaler sein, und der Grundriss ist sehr gut durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Terrasse. Leider war das Sofa, das sich in einer geschützten Ecke der Terrasse befand, nicht mehr vorhanden, weshalb ich meine Abende nicht mehr draußen verbringen konnte – das war wirklich schade. Die Essecke war neu möbliert, ließ sich jedoch im Sitzen nicht mehr nutzen. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel würde ich die Wohnung dennoch wieder buchen, in der Hoffnung, dass die Einrichtung wieder auf den vorherigen Stand gebracht werden kann.
