It's been my 5th time in El Cotillo and this has been the best property I stayed in so far. The property is very clean, has a lovely decor, comfy best and pretty much everything you need for a short and long stay in El Cotillo. Location is perfect and the views from both terraces are stunning. I'm hoping to be back next year and that the property will be available to rent.

Happy holidays

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay, very well equipped and comfortable beds. The roof terrace was particularly special with fantastic views & star gazing in the evening. Weve been staying in El Cotillo for 5 year's but this was our first stay here and we will definitely be returning. The communication made it totally stress free. 100% recommend!

Very nice apartment, felt like a proper home

Spacious apartment, very well equiped and conveniently located. Lovely top terrace with good views, perfect for a sundowner. Only slight complaint, despite checking before booking that we would be provided with a change of bedlinen half way through our 12 night stay, that didn't happen. However, as there is a washing machine and good drying facilities, this wasn't an issue as we could wash the sheets and towels as and when it suited us.

Change happens

The apartment is fabulous and is well equipped. I can find no fault with it. We’ve been coming for several years to El Carmen complex but felt on this occasion the area outside the apartment was in need of some smartening up.

Brilliant apartment, very secure, well presented and decorated. Patrick the host was very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The information sent prior to our stay was comprehensive and accurate. This location in El Cotillo is perfect. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a easy 10-20 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Super Villa

Very spacious wonderfully clean and well equipped villa (our second stay). In addition to normal stuff large selection dvds and xbox. Excellent communication with Patrick. Lovely views of hills and coast from both terraces and even from kitchen window. Very secure property - locked gate at bottom of entrance steps, then door into lower terrace and finally door into actual property. Quiet location, 2 minutes walk to Hyperdino, and 5 minutes to centre/old harbour. Plenty of bars/cafes/restaurants to choose from. Bit of a walk to main calm water Concha beach, but not issue for us as not into sitting on beach all day. Large surfing beach 5 minutes walk from apartment. Will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Cotillo. Adrian & Jacquie (uk)
