Excellent place to stay

I had an excellent 4 night stay in this condo! Though in town for work, I had time to relax, enjoy the pool and also an excellent view of Sunday night fireworks! Super location close to the busy Northside Park yet extremely quiet at night time when I went to sleep! All facilities were in good working order and I had no problems during my stay! Owner was accessible on my arrival, returned my call immediately and answered my questions! Thank you!

Perfect one bedroom with great location

Ken's place was very neat and clean. Perfect for my wife and 1 year old daughter. Great view of the dock on the bayside and couple blocks from the beach. Ken was very responsive and helpful during the entire process. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very comfortable condo

Ken was very responsive and helpful and communicative with us. The place was clean and had nice homey feel too it. Well stocked with basics and everything you need for a weekend get away. Huge plus having washer an dryer. Balcony was great and the community is very low key and safe. This is a great place to stay and we appreciated our weekend getaway.

Peaceful and loving

Loved everything execpt not having a toaster. We were able to see fireworks off the blacony eat and just watch the boats come in and out. The place was lovely coyldnt ask for a better place to stay during our vacation.

Great family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Even before our arrival I had a couple questions and the owner was very easy to contact and replied very promptly. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and had all the amenities a home would have. It was perfect for the 3 of us with my son sleeping on the very comfortable sofa bed. We really enjoyed the view from the top balcony as well. Very easy walk to the beach and it was so nice to be able to relax at the pool after a day at the beach. If we vacation in ocmd in the future we would definitely stay here again.

Before school getaway

The property was perfect for my husband and I along with our college daughter. We enjoyed the space. Walk to the beach was quick. Pool was nice and never anyone there. The condo was clean and furniture was nice. We didn’t cook except for toasting something in the morning or heating up leftovers! Location was spot on! Will be back.

beautiful canal front condo

This condo was perfect. The décor, the kitchen had everything we needed and a very comfortable bed. The owner was great to deal with, he responded right away. When we were supposed to leave, we would have been driving south right into hurricane Florence. I contacted Ken to see if we could stay a few extra days and he made it happen. This is the only place that we will ever stay in when we come to Ocean City MD.

Perfect location

I stayed here with my daughter for a softball tournament a few weeks ago. This location was perfect and close to food, groceries, gas, beach, and entertainment. The condo is quiet yet close to all of the action and only a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk. The condo is clean, and has everything in it that you need including a washer and dryer. Communication with the owner Ken was great and if I had any questions he responded quickly. If our team plays again in ocean city next year I will absolutely be staying in this condo again!

Condo not cleaned after prior tenant, rude owner.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the condo had not been cleaned; bed slept in, shower and toilet soiled, soiled towels in kitchen, and zero toilet paper. When I called the owner, he did not apologize or offer to send the maid to clean the condo. He stated that “this was not a hotel, and we had to supply our own TP”. We have rented several other VRBO’s around the country and have never been treated so poorly. Unfortunately, he already had all our money, and we had no recourse. These are the facts. I would never rent from him again.

CUSSED ME OUT FOR NO TOILET PAPER !! The tenants were by far the rudest people I have ever encountered . My apology for not having toilet paper was no where near enough the gentleman (and I use that term very loosely) cussed me out using the most serious profanity.Told me it must be a east coast thing . As you can see from the other 30 Reviews I do everything in my power to ensure you enjoy your stay some people are just bad people angry at the world . I have been staying in Ocean City since I was a child with my parents the first thing we did was stop and pick up food and necessities for our stay at a Condo I would never expect a Condo to have everything or certainly not Cuss someone out for not having toilet paper. I had my cleaning person go back to the condo and bring them toilet paper.

Anniversary get away

The unit was clean and located in a nice, quiet area. We did not realize that it was a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. If you have healthy knees (which we do not) then it should not be a problem. The unit does need some upgrades but nothing that effected our stay or comfort.

Wonderful property!

We loved our stay here. The room was very clean & it was nice having sheets & towels that we could use. The complex was very quiet & safe, & being close to the Northside Park is a plus with young children. We would definitely stay here again!
