Family vacation

Location is great. Short walk to the beach. Near grocery store and shops. Me and my two children stayed comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils.

Annual family summer vacation

This was our second time staying at Paul and Jerri’s. We love the location of their property as it is a very short walk to the beach. We hope to be back again next year!

Summer vacation

We had a great vacation! This is our second stay at Paul and jerri’s and we love it! It’s just a few doors down from the beach so we could walk there. We highly recommend.

Great home base for Long Beach days

Compact apartment, excellent as a home base for us and our 9/11 year olds on Long Beach days. Close enough that they could run back from the sand to use the bathroom on their own! Owners left a beach cart in the closet that was super helpful - we left our beach gear in our trunk instead of carrying it up two flights and it worked out perfect. There is an open outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off in the carport. We easily found street parking for our second car just across from the house. The pull out in the living room was comfy enough for kids once we put the support pad in but I would not plan on putting an adult on it. The washer and dryer were a helpful convenience! We would rent again for sure!

Perfect location near the beach!

I stayed here with my family for a week. It was the perfect location, walking distance to the beach and close to many walkable stores, restaurants and things to do with my young kids. I love to cook and we ate most of our meals at the condo. The kitchen was equipped with most utensils - however, I was not able to locate a colander and potato peeler. It was nice to have the dishwasher. One hiccup - the lights shut off in the bathroom during a rain storm. We thought we needed to change the light bulb. It was not the light bulb. We had to reset the breaker box. Paul and Jerri were quick to respond. A few downsides - the queen size pull out bed mattress was not in great shape. So both my kids slept on the couches, which was fine. If we had another couple with us it would not have been a comfortable nights sleep for the adults. My husband had to work all week and had a lot of zoom calls - the internet was very slow. The washer and dryer are located in the bedroom. I did a load of laundry before bed and it was very loud. I would suggest doing laundry during the day or while you are out and about. All these were minor issues and it would not stop us from staying here again. Overall, we had a great time. Paul and Jerri were great hosts and responded to all my questions very quickly. Thank you for letting us use your condo! We had a great time!

Glad you had a great time! So sorry for the few minor issues and will correct them! We have been bugging Verizon for 5G speed; however, they don’t offer it in our neighborhood yet. Hopefully 🤞 soon!

A Beachin’ good time!!

Paul & Jerri were delightful! They had a little hiccup with the hvac unit and asked me to simply empty out the condensation pan. They immediately had it repaired, and kept me informed the entire time. The repair did not effect me at all (the AC was not effected). Paul shared his history of the building and you can tell how much they love their condo. It felt like home. The updated kitchen counters were beautiful and the new bed was very comfortable. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful stay very near the beach

I stayed at this apartment for a week with my two children. The location is terrific, very near the beach. The mattress in the bedroom could be replaced as there is a depression (from use?) on one side, and the internet could be faster (we experienced very slow connection). But these were minor issue for us as we were focused on enjoying our time at the beach! Great hosts, and great place - I would definitely stay here again.

Loved my vacation

I didn't ever want to leave!! The space isn't perfect. But, close enough for me. Needs a new bed. I wanna go back. Nice new washer and dryer in the unit is lovely.

Clean, beautiful, homie little condo

The place was beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and very homie. As the property description says, it is only 4 buildings from the beach, but you can actually see the ocean from the porch, which is wonderful. Paul and Jerri were very kind. They offered to give us suggestions on restaurants, bars, etc. near the place. You can't beat the experience, the price, or the hosts. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. The only downside I would like to mention is that the internet is good enough to run Netflix and other shows on the smart TV; however, when I tried to use it on my laptop and other devices it was incredibly slow, which was a bit of a hassle since I had some work to do over the weekend. Nonetheless, 5 stars! Thanks Paul and Jerri!

Close to the beach!

10 Atlantic Dunes is the prefect get away for a couple of friends. The house in is a great location and close to so many top rated restaurants, bars and shops. The house is clean, easy to access from the major road and so close to the beach. The view from the balcony was my favorite part. The wine rack was well stocked.

Jerri and I are childhood sweethearts marrying over 3 decades ago and live comfortably in Centreville, VA, as I run a CPA practice. We have two grown children, Amanda, 26, lives in Denver, and Philip, 30, is a photojournalist in New York City.

It was just perfect for our family. We wanted to be in OC, but not in the crazily busy section of town. 90th street is out of the way, we're so close to the beach, no busy streets to cross and awesome restaurants and bars so walkable.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Great for a family of four, with a pullout couch for the kids. Park underneath building when you get there and from then on, you can walk everywhere! We never drive all weekend!
