Magnifique condo Bayside

Bienvenue au Harbor Club de Heron Harbor Isle, situé dans la magnifique ville de North Ocean City, Maryland. Notre condo, situé au bord de la rue 120th Street, est l'un des lieux de vacances les plus prestigieux et recherchés d'Ocean City. Ce complexe de copropriétés est niché dans un quartier calme de la baie, qui possède deux grandes piscines extérieures, ainsi qu'une piscine pour enfants et des courts de tennis. Il y a des rues latérales pour la marche ou le vélo. Ce condo d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain a un canapé-lit queen. Salle de bain récemment rénovée. Il a une cuisine entièrement équipée, micro-ondes, mixeur, etc., avec une laveuse / sécheuse. TV située dans le salon et la chambre. Matelas King nouvellement acheté, avec couettes et couvre-matelas sont sur le lit. Vous devrez apporter vos propres draps et serviettes car ils ne sont pas fournis. Ce condo est idéalement situé près des épiceries, des restaurants et des divertissements, du CVS, des soins urgents, etc., à 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage.

The unit was a pleasure to vacation at, very clean, warm and felt like a home even if it was for only a short time. The area was very well kept, quiet and close to the beach and many other activities. Enjoyed our stay.

The owner literally thought of everything to make the stay the most comfortable and accommodating stay as possible! I loved the convenience of the nearby pool, plenty of parking close by and a quiet retreat. Also loved the balcony space! Not sure if the bed mattress is old or just ultra cushiony. Beautiful area near the bay and a short walk to restaurants, shops and supermarket. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay

This is such a nice clean condo perfect for my husband and I. The location was cozy, quiet and an easy walk to the pool. Central to great restaurants and shopping if you want it. I’d book here again next year if it was available for our travel plans.

A very nice condo in a quiet area. The property is close to many of the usually needed stores. Linda was very helpful and prompt with any questions and issues. Will definitely look to stay here again.

I stayed at this condo with a friend and we had a good time. The condo was convenient to places near the condo and to Northside Park. Could be in need of new furniture, but it worked for the 3 nights were used the place.

We were a bit confused as to the exact location of the unit, but once we found it we were happy. The fact that there was keyless entery made everything very easy. Other pleasnt features help make the stay enjoyable.

Great home, close to the beach

Linda's condo is a great home-base for your beach trip! Clean, bright, with a great front balcony for your morning coffee or post-beach glass of wine. The king bed and sofa were quite comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and spices--everything we needed for our long weekend away. We'd definitely recommend this home to others who want the quieter experience in northern OC, as it is set back about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach but in a lovely community, right on the Bay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great Stay!

The property was in awesome condition. Really nice and quiet but close enough (walking distance) to get out an walk to the store, or just grab dinner. Perfect for a couple or (tops) 4 people. We had so much fun on vacation that we wanted to extend our stay a couple of days and texted the owner who responded immediately. It didn’t work out but that fast response speaks volumes. We got back last week and are already planning next season. Oh, the bed was super comfortable too.

Nice unit for older couple

This area is peaceful and in a nice location. Property as described. Not large but certainly roomy enough for a couple or small family. Bedroom is good size. Nicely decorated and the unit gets good light. Bathroom is small but adequate. Only complaint is that it should be disclosed that there is no cable TV connection. If you are unfamiliar with streaming it can be a challenge. This is the second time we have run into this. Luckily we could stream off our IPad and mirror to the TVs.

The property was clean, convenient and comfortable. My critique of the problem would be in the architecture and structure of the property. The number of stairs involved with climbing and getting to the actual living space equates to a 2nd or 3rd floor. Not easy in climbing and taking in luggage. Also, this is the first condo I have stayed in where you can hear the adults and children walking and running below you. Normally that noise is reserved for people above you. Also, construction workers arrived in the parking lot one morning with their vehicle sterio blasting at 150 db. I had to correct that issue. Good points were free wifi and free Netflix movies.

Overall, the property is average to above average for the price. Issues for me include the difficulty of maneuvering the stairs and loading and unloading luggage. The coffee table in the living room was missing. Outside entrance lights were not working. Balcony string lights were not working. Netflix in the bedroom not available. One major issue was the floor tile in the bathroom. It became very slick in areas where there was no carpeting. My partner slipped and fell hard on the floor after showering, cutting and injuring her knee. X-rays showed a fracture in the bone of her knee cap. Further diagnosis to include treatment not yet received from the doctor. Our observation is that the floor tile installed is actually wall tile, with a more gloss finish for ease of cleaning. Floor tile should have a slightly rough finish to prevent slippage. Recommend changing the floor tile to a more suitable structured surface.Tub is slippery also. Care must be taken not to fall when showering. Recommend including a mat in the tub.

Pretty condo. Good bones. Could use some updating. Screen door going out to balcony was torn. The lint screen from the dryer had a hole in it. Kitchen had no steak knives or cutting board Sink had no sponge or small towel to clean dishes. Living room lamp had no bulb T.V. did not work for us. A/C worked great. Had a Keypad which was really a timesaver. That was nice. Perhaps these are just small things that others care little about and i am being picky. It was a 'sweet' 1 bedroom. I think, as a rule, condos in Ocean City, MD are not kept up as well as they used to be, when my wife and i use to go there. So that is my context.
