Good location

We had a good time. The location was great. The only complaint I have is there was something molded on top the washer and dryer.

My 50th Birthday

Was a beautiful stay right on the beach. Clean and had a fantastic view. Beach was just a few seconds away. Restaurants were walking distance.

For the price they could of provided more than one roll of toilet paper. The room was not very clean. Other than that the location and view was perfect.

Beautiful views and convenience

It was a nice stay. The check-in process had a few hiccups. I could not find my parking email and the guest relations just stared at me, until finally she checked me in. I was charged fifty dollars to park, just an FYI for anyone checking in. I have never had to pay to park at an rental. The place was nice and the views were wonderful. Someone had jammed two lint traps in dryer and it wouldn't start. I did ask for maintenance and after a day and towels hanging off of the deck (which you aren't supposed to do, but we had no dry towels) I finally realized the dryer had two lint traps shoved in and that is why the dryer would not turn on. Overall, nice stay and very clean.

Great views!

Had a great time staying here! Amazing views and easy beach access. Also easy walking distance to the main beach and restaurants. Check in was very simple and easy. The condo was clean, nice furniture on the balcony. The couch was very uncomfortable but we didn’t spend a ton of time inside the condo, so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. The bed was firm and bouncy, which was uncomfortable for me, may be ok for others. (Keep in mind I’m 6 months pregnant so nothing is comfortable to me haha) We didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t speak for how well stocked it is. Keep in mind, as the description states, you only get one roll of TP and one roll of paper towels. We only stayed two nights so it was fine, but if your stay is longer, be prepared. One last thing, this condo is right off the elevators, great for loading and unloading stuff, not great for sleeping. It wasn’t too loud on our nights, but the potential is there for a lot of disturbances. There is also a light right outside the window that keeps the room fairly lit up even with the blinds closed. So bring a sleep mask. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Unit needs update!!

Unit was not as advertised in photos. Unit very small and outdated. Needs updates. Not worth the cost. Location was good. Close to beach.

If Only

We chose this condo for the views, and we were not disappointed! It's beautiful! The condo is clean, quaint, and ocean waves can be seen and heard. WARNING: However, enjoying our view has been hindered by the fact that although our unit is non-smoking, the one right beside us isn't, and we continue to have to leave the balcony and/or close the door to escape the cigarette smoke and it's effects on my husband's allergies. Sadly, that will keep us from returning. If you don't mind cigarette smoke, it's a perfect place.
