Seule location sur la riviÚre avec un trou de baignade et une pelouse !! Votre propre espace, non partagé.

Apportez votre bateau et / ou vos jet-skis et tirez jusqu'Ă  cette maison de trois chambres et deux salles de bain sur le fleuve Colorado. Nous avons un quai privĂ© et 2 quais de jet-ski et un trou de baignade. Vous sĂ©journerez dans une maison de trois chambres rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e avec deux lits king, un lit queen et un jumeau. Cuisine spacieuse, vues incroyables, rien de mieux. La rampe de Harry paresseux et du bateau Ă  quelques portes plus loin. Les animaux domestiques sont autorisĂ©s pour 50 $ par animal / par sĂ©jour. La maison est amĂ©nagĂ©e pour 7 occupants. Si vous en avez plus de 7 Ă  tout moment, c'est 50 $ par nuit et par personne, jusqu'Ă  10 personnes. Vous devrez apporter la literie pour les personnes supplĂ©mentaires. Absolument aucune fĂȘte !! Nous avons un locataire en dessous de la maison qui n'est lĂ  que deux jours par semaine pour travailler. Le quai et la cour sont vos espaces, ce n'est pas un espace partagĂ©. Vous ne verrez probablement mĂȘme pas notre locataire.

Beautiful home, all the amenities, full kitchen with all utensils. Fabulous master shower and jacuzzi jet tub. TV in every bedroom was a definite plus for our family

This house was perfect for the 7 of us. Plenty of space both indoors and out! Caleb was extremely responsive and accommodating with all of our requests. The downstairs neighbor was friendly and great to chat with. It was a quick trip but I would love to stay again next time we come into town.

Very enjoyable stay on the river

We had a great time staying on the riverfront. The home is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It was also quiet. Not anything like the "Parker" version of the river (good!). Communication with the owners was clear and easy. The home is spacious, beds comfortable and A/C was a relief after a day in the heat. We always appreciate pet-friendly places. Parking is in the driveway (off street) with plenty of room for a vehicle and trailer. There are outdoor stairs from the home level to the lower level patio/grassy area and a few more to the dock/river. None of this was a problem for us as we expected multi-level based on the description. Another review mentioned gnats. Yes, there are gnats. You're situated on a large body of water so there will be gnats. No big deal. In the rental description and home instructions from the owner, they flag the fluctuation in river water levels. Take this seriously if you're planning to launch and/or dock watercraft. The owners don't control the water levels but are considerate to provide renters with a resource to check what those levels will be daily. There is a sandbar out front that is exposed at times and underwater at other times. The dock will float sometimes and sit on mud other times. The levels also affect whether you can launch at the Veterans Memorial ramp (literally around the corner; an inlet where water may be too low to float) or if you should go further down to Bullhead City Rotary Park launch (.5 mil drive). Would stay again.

River getaway

Upon entering the house it was cool and clean. After going through we noticed a lot of dead gnats that I had to clean up. They were EVERYWHERE ! Then we noticed the downstairs grass was covered with dog feces and it was high . We wanted to sit down there but we were not able to reach anyone to come and clean it. Access to the water required you to walk down a flight of stairs. The water did not seem clean so we just skipped it.

Great Vibe

Thank you so much Caleb for making sure our families stay was perfect! Walking in the front door it felt like home, everything was set up to make your stay perfect. The kitchen was set up from two to seven people. The view in the patio was wonderful and so relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and my husband wants the name of the mattress since we forgot to check. The neighbors on the left ( close to the boat launch) were so nice. The gentleman Billy who is living in the unit below was so nice to talk to and never came in our area unless we asked. we definitely will stay again because it was a perfect fit for our family.

Very nicely decorated, very clean, great view. There is a tenant below we didn’t know about. But he is quiet and barely saw him. Very kind and helpful when we saw him outside. The only negative was the water level changes abruptly and can leave your boat in the mud. The accommodations were very nice though.and we enjoyed our stay.

MUST STAY!!!

My husband and I booked this property with ease, and had such an amazing time we continued to stay two additional nights! Caleb was awesome during our stay, he was very responsive and exceeded every request. The house is so spacious and clean, sits right on the water with jetski dock, so convenient. There’s a wonderful closed in yard we enjoyed with our dog and a swimming cove right in front which is rare. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are so comfortable and the master shower is heaven. The dinning room pool table is so neat and fun addition! If you need to launch you’re so close to the boat ramp you can walk there. Wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! Thank you so much, Caleb!!

Nice House, NOT GREAT for docking boat

To start, I did a full review of the property&loved the idea of the house boat dock. This is why I booked it. The pics were excellent. I did note the owner had plenty of responses on his reviews about checking the water release levels daily. And I did, BUT if you are not from there, you really have no clue what those water levels mean. I get it is a way to push the accountability onto the boat owner but it is also very unfair & it does not give an accurate depiction of what that means for the house dock. We got there at 2pm (we were granted an early check in). There were boats/sea doos up & down the river. The house is a nice size, good amenities, the only complaints were the large clump of hair in the shower of the guest bathroom, couple of broken chairs & the floors were sandy. But I got an early check in so you forgo a few cleaning mishaps. The dock looked good. We were going to drop our boat at the launch next door but were warned against it due to mud & weeds. We dropped it at Veterans Park, 5 mins away around 3pm & tied it to the house's boat dock. Saturday, woke up& the boat was completely stuck in mud. The water level dropped so low there was no way to get the boat out. We waited past 2p but even then the level was so low (3ft) that we got a rock stuck in the propeller, overheated the engines & when we called emergency tow, they couldn't come out due to low levels. SO if you want a place where you can dock your boat to the house, take it out regardless of water tide release/levels, find another. This is not the spot. I know it is advertised as such but it really is NOT. A truthful message from the owner on the reality of the situation would have been appreciated. I specifically asked & was told it would be ok. I did my due diligence but you don't know unless you live there. Even locals said this was not a place to dock a boat. Put it in a slip north of the dam, so you can get out early & have a full day on the water. Honest talk about the mud dock would have saved us from losing a full day on the water, a rock in the propellor & overheated engines. I own my share of responsibility but this dock is not advertised accurately w the current water situation. Don't chance it. I took pics of the dock the days I was there, so email me if you want to see them, then you can decide what's best for you, candicecobarrubias@outlook.com. I'm about smart choices, know before you go. I don't want this to happen to you.

Nice stay, couple notes

Beautiful house, very clean. Less than desirable neighborhood. Lazy Harry’s is not open and boarded up and it’s parking lot seems to be the local homeless drinking spot. My children and dogs loved the water and swimming access! View from the upper patio is beautiful. Bring extra toilet paper as only 2 rolls were supplied. BBQ propane ran out mid way through cooking and no combination was given for the spare tank. Overall I would stay here again! Property owner answered all phone calls promptly. House is very nice, view is beautiful, and the water access was wonderful!

Absolute Relaxation Location

House is beautiful. Furniture probably the most comfortable we have ever had in a VRBO. Enjoying the wonderful river from the top patio was breathtaking. However, access to the lower patio - which looks so inviting from the site ads is very difficult. Only 1 of our party of 4 made the trek. If there is a drawback, cleanliness of bathrooms left much to be desired and both kitchen and bathroom towels were inadequate. 3 kitchen towels were provided. A total of 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels were there on our arrival. I found dirty towels in the laundry room and washed them. That gave us a total of 4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels. This for a house that advertises it accommodates 7 people.

This property is amazing! Incredible river views at one of the widest parts of the river. 60' of river frontage. A boat dock and 2 ski jet-ski docks AND a swimming area.
There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Our cleaners are COVID certified to provide an ultra clean rental for your stay.
