Ce condo Beach / Oceanfront de Breakers est un excellent emplacement pour les familles; À quelques pas de la piscine complexe avec la plage et l'océan juste au-delà. Idéalement situé en face de Coligny Plaza avec des restaurants, des magasins et une épicerie. Condo vient d'être mis à jour avec de nouveaux carreaux de céramique et de la peinture fraîche. Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à 5 ans; Une chambre avec un lit queen, un nouveau canapé-lit avec matelas à mousse à mémoire et un couloir placé une couchette inférieure pour un petit enfant. Les autres commodités incluent deux téléviseurs à écran plat (salon / chambre à coucher) avec câble, lecteur DVD, internet, cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière et micro-ondes / four à convection, poêle électrique, grill George Foreman et crockpot. Salle de bain complète avec laveuse / sécheuse attenante et balcon avec coin salon donnant sur la piscine. Entrée sans clé sûre sans clé. Le complexe possède une sécurité sur site. Ne pas fumer et pas d'animaux de compagnie.

Great Getaway

Really enjoyable, quiet location that is close to everything. The views are amazing and it’s a very simple layout. Everything you need is at this location. The host is an amazing person with great communication throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

Great Weekend Getaway

Awesome location, able to walk to anything you want or need. Beautiful view of ocean and pool. Place was spotless when we arrived. Excellent communication with owner. No issues whatsoever during our stay. Definitely a place we'd go back to!

Lovely stay!

Conference rooms at Sea Pines were sold out and we're so glad! Had a great 5 day stay at Breakers 230. Apartment was just the right size for the two of us. Perfect location and perfect host. Weather was also great for October. Conveniently located to beach, shops and restaurants. Piggly Wiggly right across the street!

Cute and clean condo with beach views and a great location!

Beautiful ocean views in the cute and clean 2nd floor beach condo! Perfect location on Hilton Head across the street from Coligny Plaza with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Kitchen was nicely equipped. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, worked well for our family of 2 adults and a 9 year old. Clean pool, easy walk out to the beach. Host was prompt and great to communicate with!

The condo was super nice, we had all the utensils or appliances we needed. We had two adults and two 18 year old kids and it was perfect for sleeping in and going and do things during the day. We communicated with the owner and he responded quickly. My husband and I discussed on the way home from our trip that we felt safe every where we went down there, our kids would go off during the day and in the evening and we never worried about them. We definitely would rent again.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay at HHI in this unit! The owner was so easy to work with and really made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The cheerfully decorated unit was nicely updated and really felt like the owners put extra thought into making the unit comfortable (plenty of hooks, very comfortable beds, including the pull out couch, an easy keyless entry and even had plenty of beach accessories and toys). Our view of the pool and beach exceeded my expectations and we loved how close we were to shops and restaurants.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. I am 6’ 6” and did not have much room in the bed. Other than that, the property was wonderful and the location was great.

Felt it was a little over priced for property. We had to buy pillows for the bed as the ones that were provided were so uncomfortable. Fitted sheet did not fit properly so was constantly trying to keep it on during the night. The dishwasher left the dishes dirtier than when we put them in. Beach was wonderful!

Thank you for the comments and the issues you identified. I am sorry the condo did not meet your expectations. The sheets and pillows will be replaced so future renters will better be able to enjoy the property. The dishwasher does need to have the correct type of soap used with it. Also the drain on the dishwasher needs to be cleaned and that will be addressed. Hope you would consider another visit at Breakers. Can I offer a refund for the pillows that were purchased?

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at Breakers 230. The location was perfect!! Beach access just steps away. Right next to Coligny Plaza. The condo was just right for my husband and I to get away for a few days. Bed comfort is a big deal for me as I had back surgery at the age of 15 and my back is full of metal. The bed was comfy and we both slept pretty well. The owner was very responsive, even letting me know that we could go on in earlier than check-in time if we arrive early. My one complaint is that the bathroom floor was not clean when we arrived. There was debris and someone’s earring left on the floor. And the bathroom rug was very full of sand. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Disappointing condo, great location

I would not recommend staying at this condo if you expect a clean place to stay. It needs a very thorough cleaning. I would have left if there were other options but it was a busy week and we were stuck. I wiped all counters, cabinets, walls, light switches, door knobs down right away. The drawers in the bedroom were filthy and even had dirty towels and blankets in them. There was a used diaper underneath the bed. It was just grimy and hard to relax in. Also, the owner had messaged me the code to get into the condo and accidentally also sent the message that he sent the guest before me. So I found out that he uses the same code for every guest. This made us very uncomfortable. I messaged the owner right away to let him know how dirty the condo was and how we felt unsafe with the door code not being changed between guests. He just said he would talk to his cleaning people, which did us no good for the week that we were there. He also said he doesn't change the code because there is a guard shack. The guard never asked us our name, just what unit we were staying in so anyone can get through. The only good thing about this condo is the location. There is a pool, a walkway to the beach and it is across from Coligny plaza with lots of restaurants and shops.

The comments were provided to my cleaner and the items identified in your review were addressed. I do change the door code. The security guard should have asked to see your reservation before letting you into the parking area. I will provide this feedback to the on site security company. I have had positive feedback from all of my previous renters and I am sorry this did not meet your expectations.
