We stay at a lot of VRBOS, and I have to say this is one of my favorites!! Why? First of all, the home is just a nice layout
views of the water from every room!Secondly it was one of the cleanest homes I’ve been 
 kitchen cabinets well-organized and well equipped, complete set of flatware, plenty of pots and pans, etc. We mostly had rain, but the outdoor space would be perfect in good weather.Then the book with info about the rental had really interesting information on the history of the area. (Thank you!)My only need
directions for the TV! Couldn’t figure it out, but no worries
could access Netflix, etc. Wonderful stay!

A great place for a peaceful post-Thanksgiving getaway. Clean, well-equipped & comfortable. Beautiful hillside ocean views and dark night skies. Also really enjoyed seeing deer and rabbits wandering the area. And as always, the beach is great, esp for a dog who loves the off-leash running & socializing.

My boyfriend is already bugging me to book this location again!

We have stayed in Dillon Beach before. Our three previous visits were to the resort. This was our first time ‘up the hill.’ Aside from two minor issues with the property-certain outdoor lighting was not functional, we had to reset the refrigerator due to an ice making malfunction-this trip was magical. Every previous visit to Dillon Beach-wherein we stayed at the resort-was wonderful, this trip was magical. My boyfriend snores like crazy and there were multiple bedrooms in which he could sleep and not bother me and my dog. There is an abundance of wildlife present up in those hills. With a plexiglass barrier around the deck greater than 6 feet tall we were able to enjoy wonderful views, lovely interactions with animals, and our dogs were unable to bother the local fauna. Each morning we had hare, quail, deer, and California towhee visit us. If there was wind, we did not feel it. The Plex last barrier was truly transformative. I could go on and on about the amenities of the house, I could tell you all of the various board games and family, friendly activities that are located within the garage and my boyfriend could expound upon the benefits of watching the Ozzy Osbourne final live performance live stream. But we will not. I will simply tell you that this is a magical location with extraordinarily friendly people in and around the neighborhood. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking dogs, there were very few fireworks, incredible sunset views, and comfy beds.

Quiet and relaxing

Wonderful time relaxing with ocean views and an abundance of wildlife. House was perfectly arranged. A great variety of cooking utensils to make any kind of meal for large group. Love the one story too!

Views from point Reyes to bodega head.

Lovely. Peaceful. Sip your tea or coffee every am to deer grazing, jackrabbits- birds of all types. Home well appointed. Not modern glam. Just comfortable. Small steps. Single floor Good for elderly. Bring a book place. Don’t miss the Dillion restaurant clam chowder very good.

Dillon Beach Getaway

This property had good sleeping arrangements with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had every appliance and accessories you could ever imagine. The neighborhood is quiet and abundant in deer! The deck has a nice view of the bay.

Just as advertised

Linda's property high above the mouth of Tomales Bay overlooking Dillon Beach and the Pacific Ocean was just as advertised. The views were exquisite and the property was clean and well-prepared. Linda even responded mid-trip with a special request for an electric extension cord that we needed. We very much appreciate her service. And we very much enjoyed our stay at the coast! Jim...

Views and more views

Deer and bunnies for Easter. And a spectacular view from bodega head to point Reyes and down to clam beds. Wonderful. Radiant Heater not working - came in to an ice box but portables did the trick to take off morning chill. House well appointed.

Beach house

We return to this house at least once a year. It has an enclosed plexiglass patio which shelters us from the wind and is secure for our little dog. From the patio, the view of Dillon Beach is lovely. The house is well appointed and comfortable.

Great Getaway

Awesome spot for relaxation. Amazing view and quiet neighborhood. We used the ping pong table in the garage, lots of fun. Sat out on the deck and really felt one with nature. So many deers and rabbits. Did some day trips to Bodega Bay, Valley Ford and Marshall. This was a great home base. We hope to be back :)
