Views are beautiful. Amenities were fine. Beds were comfortable. No window shades in one bedroom or on the big windows. Sun coming in the windows in the afternoon is blinding.

My husband, our two young children, and my mother spent a few nights here over Thanksgiving. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay- the view was absolutely beautiful, by far the crown jewel of this rental. Watching the sunsets every evening and soaking in the hot tub overlooking the ocean were highlights. The house was spacious, plenty of room for our group- with the huge couch, love seat, large dining area, a second table, and bar. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a small Thanksgiving meal. The house heated up great, the bedrooms and bathrooms fit all of our needs. The kids were also thrilled by the games in the garage. All of that said, we were a little disappointed by the level of cleanliness- many dishes and glasses from the cupboards were not clean, with lipstick marks or food on them. We also discovered mouse droppings in some of the low kitchen cupboards (so definitely felt compelled to wash all pots and pans before use) and behind a few beds. It certainly did not spoil our stay, but something that could be addressed. Thanks!

Easy check-in. House was beautiful. Worked out great for our 8 people. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Views are unbelievable. Would definitely go back again. The room with the billard and ping pong tables were a hit with everyone. Nice bedrooms, living area was very comfortable with a bar included

Excellent accommodations and views. The garage has been converted into a laundry and game room which has a pool table, ping pong, foosball and air hockey.the owner and property manager were very responsive when there was a PG&E outage of a couple of hours.Highly recommended.

Cousins Weekend

We come from different places to spend a weekend eating and playing cards, walking and hiking, smoking cigars and this was the perfect place for us. The games in the garage and the hot tub were great additions. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious as was the house. Everything went well and we had a memorable time together.

Views can’t be beat!

Very nice property a bit dated but functional. One bedroom had no blinds/curtains. Views spectacular. We cooked each night, the kitchen could really use some sharp knives. Check in/out easy. Property managers responded to a couple of questions very quickly! Neighborhood beautiful.

Great views

Lovely, clean house with everything we needed, including a well-appointed kitchen, games, hot tub and smart tv. Easy to keep warm with many zones for heat. Winter sun is quite bright, so bring your sunglasses!

Amazing views!

From the moment my husband,our son and daughter in law and I stepped in the house we knew we were in for a treat. The house was clean and well stocked. The wildlife of seeing a deer family graze and the hawks and seeing and hearing the ocean was the icing on the cake. This house is truly deserving of more than 5 stars. Amazing experience.

The property was extremely clean and offered great views. There was abundant wildlife on the surrounding areas. There were a few deferred maintenance items that should be addressed but overall the property was in good condition.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. House had fantastic views, and great proximity to the beach. Easy check in and good overall house. Some things were a little old and dirty, and the deck was smaller than the pictures made it seem, but overall we had a nice time.

MIXED Bag

I visited this VRBO 2 months in a row. Loved the stunning views and very comfortable beds.Clean and attractive decor, though some areas are a bit worn. On my first visit, I was there with six women. They found very inconvenient things like master bedroom shower leaking excessively, guest room bath sink very slow to drain and only one dishwasher pod allotted for 3 days of cooking and cleaning. There were dishes and glasses that were chipped, some possibly dangerous if used by children. I set those items out on the counter and let the property manager, Linda, know by message that these areas were of concern. On my second trip last weekend with a different group of five ladies, we found that the manager completely ignored concerns about chipped and cracked dishes by putting them back in the kitchen cabinet ....see photo. We cooked quite a bit and were very surprised to see that there was no pepper in the kitchen. We did not think to bring something so basic to a high-end VRBO. The master bath shower still leaked and the guest bathroom drain still backed up and was slow to drain. The master bath toilet requires that you hold the handle down until all the contents leave the bowl. Yuck. We wanted to use the TV, but found no instructions to help us navigate three remotes and several devices. Our impression was that they didn't want us to use the TV. I travel extensively and have stayed in VRBO all over the world, but have never felt so unimportant and unwelcome.
