This property can house a large group comfortably. The location is as good as you can get without being on the beach directly. Loved that the golf cart and 2 chairs and umbrella were included with stay.

Once reported, our Guest Services Team and Property Managers promptly scheduled the pool vendor, who completed a full cleaning following the storm, and pest control was also sent to treat the home as a precaution. The debris in the pool was caused by heavy rain and water runoff, though we understand how inconvenient this must have been during your visit. Your feedback is invaluable. We are so happy that you found the house to be beautiful. The owner just completed an extensive remodel that includes custom ocean, themed artwork, spa-like bathrooms, and all new furniture, including the patio and all the living rooms. Additionally, the pool and pool deck were recently remodeled. You also told us that you love the fact that the home came with a golf cart and beach service, so you didn’t have to spend a minute standing in line to get these amenities. The whole process is easy and the owners communicated very well and also texted throughout the stay. The house is very much well for 30 guest. I will definitely be booking there again. Great view like a 3 minute walk to the beach. I love this stay definitely recommended 10/10.

Fun Getaway

We were in town for a high school baseball tournament and just decided to rent a house with a few families for the week. The location was perfect for the guys who were focused on playing golf every day. When the girls weren’t playing basketball, we were right where they wanted to be——close to the shopping! A short walk led us to the beach on our off day and the weather was perfect! The older guys (19) enjoyed having their own space to hang out in thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Retreat and Family Gift

This may have been the easiest rental process of anything I have dealt with. Check-in and check-out was very clear and concise. Being new to VRBO, they answered all my questions throughout and were even very helpful in resolving forgotten items. Just a great and VERY affordable getaway at a beautiful property and a beautiful location. Will def definitely return!!! Thank you!!!

Perfect for our large group!!

We visited for a family reunion. We had a very large and mixed group traveling with us including a mix of everything from a toddler and younger kids, teenagers and young adults, to my 67 year old mother in law and her 89 year old father and this house perfectly accommodated all of us. It was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space while still being together. Everything was just as described. The location was great. Unless you count having to leave, I had no complaints and as far as I know neither did anyone else in the group which is almost unheard of with all of us! 😁

Come together

The house is just as, if not more beautiful than the pictures. We had very few minor kinks during our stay in which Southern Vacation Rentals were on point to rectify within minutes. I love the option of being able to text a non-urgent issue or being able to call for a more important issue. The property manager, Leroy, was such a pleasure to work with. He responded within minutes when we realized our propane tank was empty and he even greeted us shortly after our arrival to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend this rental or any rental that is maintained by Southern Vacation Rentals! Ask to find out if Leroy is the property manager and you’ll definitely be taken care of!

Great location for families

The house is a short walk to the beach and the Crab Trap which was amazing! The pool was on the smaller side, but overall it was great! The layout was ideal for friends/family to vacation together— plenty of shared and private space for our large group. The towels and linens were clean and new. Some downsides—the pots/pans were heavily used and difficult to prepare meals with. The house has been updated but some door handles/TP holders/blinds were not functional. The house is a rental of course, but several areas of the house were quite worn. When we arrived, the property was completely dark. Unfortunately, we arrived after sunset which made it difficult to see the name of the house. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Great spring break with family

Overall, this was a good property with great proximity to the beach. Nicely decorated and beautiful. The property management company was great and very responsive and helpful. However, for the price paid, the owner needs to pay attention to details such as better quality and larger pots and pans to accommodate large occupancy for cooking. The electrical outlets needs changing as plugs easily fall out of them. A bathroom on the lower level of the carriage house would have been nice and convenient for guests stay in the lower room. A larger golf cart would be nice to accommodate more guests. An outdoor shower instead of a hose would be great for rinsing of sand from the beach. The third floor room needs a nightstand and something to hang clothes on.
