My second visit!

Cute and comfy house with decent sized fenced in yard if you bring any 4 legged family members. Super close to beach access and convenient to grocery, restaurants etc. Owners are very friendly too!

Nice getaway

Very quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Excellent location for riding bikes. Our third year staying there. The new entry stairs and rear deck remodeling are fantastic. Very enjoyable vacation.

Great stay

Second visit at this house for us. Adults, two grown sons, one daughter-in-law, and one two year old. The divisions of the bedrooms and baths make this house a really good place for us. Nicely arranged and great access to the beach.

Family vacation and family wedding at Brookgreen Gardens

We brought our family for vacation and to attend our daughter’s wedding at Brookgreen Gardens. We had a fabulous vacation as did our bulldogs! The backyard was perfect for our fur babies! We loved the proximity to the ocean. Nancy, the host, was always extremely responsive, and she made our stay great! We will go back again.

The house was perfect for our family of seven. Everything in the listing was accurate and the house was very clean. The kitchen had all of the dishes, silverware, glassware, and cookware we needed. The beach was a short walk and it was exactly what we were looking for. We will book again!

Needs upgrades badly.

Always enjoy my stay here, but house is in serious need of upgrades. HVAC went out twice during our stay for the second year in a row. Appears very little maintenance is done on the home. Beds need to be upgraded. Terribly uncomfortable.
