Ocean Reef 1609 est une belle unité d'extrémité, classée platine, avec une vue imprenable sur la côte depuis le balcon 10x28 surdimensionné. Détendez-vous sur votre balcon et profitez du coucher du soleil tous les soirs! Ce balcon privé est parmi les plus grands que vous trouverez dans la région. Depuis le balcon, vous pouvez voir l'eau se connecter avec le ciel, les dauphins sautant, les mouettes volant, les amateurs de plage marchant, le parachute ascensionnel, le canotage, la plongée en apnée et bien plus encore. Le balcon est entièrement meublé et offre un espace de détente pour profiter des couchers et levers de soleil. C'est aussi un endroit fabuleux pour rassembler et jouer à des jeux de société en famille! Si vous ne vous prélassez pas sur la plage, vous voudrez être sur ce balcon! Profitez de vos repas sur le balcon tout en admirant le golfe, la plage et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Par temps clair, vous pouvez voir plus de 30 miles de St. Andrews State Park dans la vue extrême-orientale à Miramar Beach dans la vue côtière ouest.

Pour le plaisir des invités, ce condo offre commodément de très belles chaises de plage en bois portatives. Asseyez-vous près du bord de l'eau, allongez-vous, détendez-vous et faites-le tremper.

Un décor côtier moderne et coloré distingue cet appareil de tous les autres. Le salon est joliment meublé. Il y a un canapé sectionnel qui se transforme en un lit queen size, des chaises d'appoint, des tables, des lampes, un ventilateur de plafond et une grande télévision à écran plat et un DVD pour le divertissement. Depuis le salon, la porte coulissante s'ouvre sur un balcon privé surdimensionné avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique.

La suite principale est aménagée avec un lit king size, des meubles d'appoint, un éclairage, des rideaux et une télévision à écran plat. La suite principale comprend également un accès au balcon où l'eau et les sons de la plage peuvent être vus et entendus! Attenant à la chambre principale, il y a une salle de bain privée qui est garnie de linge de bain et aménagée avec une douche à l'italienne.

La deuxième chambre principale est aménagée avec un lit king-size et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi une entrée à la deuxième salle de bain de la chambre d'amis. La salle de bain communicante offre une deuxième douche à l'italienne!

Les troisième et quatrième chambres communiquent avec une baignoire "jack and jill" magnifiquement décorée. Chaque chambre comprend un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat. Le bain jack et jill offre une combinaison douche / baignoire.

Pour un bonus supplémentaire, ce condo offre un espace de stationnement au rez-de-chaussée à quelques pas de l'ascenseur. Pas besoin de gérer cette rampe de stationnement de niveau en niveau. Wonderful experience

The condo was even better than described!! Everything about it was wonderful! We’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and this was definitely one of the best condos we’ve rented. Overall very happy!

Very beautiful view of the beach. The bed was really comfortable.. The condo was clean and smell great. My only complaint is we had to MOVE the luggage karts back in the Condo because we got a violation notice on the door for having the karts out side of the door. The karts was big and they took up some space we could have used.

The beds, bathrooms, and rooms are 10/10. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need for your stay. Luggage carts make unloading and loading your items very easy. Would definitely stay here again. Also comes with lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach at no extra cost. Don’t hesitate to book.

We had a great time renting this space. Lots of room for the whole family. Parking was onsite and the elevators were extremely fast. Lots of dishes and pans and utensils. This unit has a separate ice maker which was awesome for loading up the coolers for the beach. Unit has lots of extra beach items such as umbrellas balls floats etc. lots of balcony seating and it’s a corner unit so you have ocean view and street. But the bonus was the carts to load and unload your vehicle!! We had a great time and plan to book again

Condo was as pictured

My family enjoyed our stay. The only negative things that I would share is when we arrived there was no tissue in the bathrooms. When guest arrive the first stop is the bathroom and not to have the starter pack was disappointing. I didn't rate cleanliness at a five star because the oven was filthy and needed cleaning. In addition, it's time to upgrade the mattresses on all of the beds. Overall, the unit was amazing however some of the furniture is starting to show its wear and tear. Would I rent this unit again? Absolutely. Perfect location..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was ok. There were a few things in the description that were misleading. The rental needs a deep cleaning or a better cleaning company. The walls and baseboards were pretty dirty like stuff was spilled or thrown on the wall and never cleaned and one room had dirty linen. Under the beds were also dusty and dirty and had things that looked to be from previous guests. The shower in one of the bathrooms was missing part of the door. There were only 2 beach chairs that could be used, the others had mold. I expected the place to be spotless and at least be made aware of the things I mentioned before check in paying almost $5000 for the week. I did send pictures and an email to the company and they sent a cleaner out to change linens but we had already stripped the bed and replaced it all.

There wasn't a wagon in the condo for loading/unloading when we arrived and Riley brought one up right away! We used the office as a bedroom and after letting the sofa bed out, there isn't a lot of room to move around and the mattress on the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. We found a mattress topper in a bedroom closet and used it on the sofa mattress and that made it a little more comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and had most everything we needed to cook a meal. The only negative about the kitchen is there is no pantry and limited counter space. With that being said, we have already made reservations for a couples trip in the fall! We can't wait to enjoy this beautiful condo again! Thanks GBA for a great vacation!

The home was well appointed and the stay was responsive to our concerns. We had a problem with the TV and someone showed up promptly the next morning and serviced all of our TVs to assure that the cables were connected. Some areas of the home needed to be dusted but overall the home was clean. We all enjoyed our visit and would definitely rent this property again.

In the evening, the kids walked right across the street to shop for souvenirs, play mini-golf, and ride go-karts. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place-- however --TV service less than desirable-- tv in living room Had several channels on which sound was garbled ( ION and game show among them), tv in master bedroom not working ( no cable connection) and tv in bedroom just inside front door had sound but no picture. Also no beach cart in unit--U it very clean and well appointed but TV situation needs to be addressed as does the beach cart-- not only for transport to and from beach but loading and unloading luggage.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review and for rating the cleanliness 5 stars! We appreciate you choosing Greta's Beach Rentals to host your family's beach vacation. We sure wish you had called us about the TVs. We would have been more than happy to come by and set it back to its proper configuration. Upon your departure we discovered the Master & Front Bedroom TVs were not on the correct channel/inputs. As for the Living Room TV, we replaced the cable box and that remedied the garbled sound. Regarding the cart, it is located in the Front Bedroom closet. We keep it folded up so it does not take up so much space, we apologize for not making this clear to you. Thank you for staying with us.
