Warren Beach Rentals is proud to represent Ocean Reef 909. This 4 Bedroom condo is directly on the beach and boasts one of the largest balcony outdoor living areas in all of PCB. Spectacular views from this western corner unit. Sunsets, surf, and sand as far as the eyes can see.

Great stay

This condo is an excellent place to stay. The condo was clean and stocked with the essentials. Communication with the owners was great always sending reminders etc.

Beautiful condo and rental company was great to work with!

We come to PCB every year and have had many experiences with different rental companies, but Warren was one of the best! We love Ocean Reef as it’s on the quieter side of PCB, and this condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and beautifully decorated! Warren kept us very informed through the whole process and let us check in early when we arrived earlier than expected. Definitely recommend this condo and rental company!

This condo fit our family well. The balcony and deck furniture were great. The view was spectacular especially being an end unit. The rooms were nice and furnishings all good. The only negative I would say would be the housekeeping on arrival. A few hairs in tubs and water type food splatters on the walls I could see and sand on the rug in the living room but overall clean enough. Thanks for a fantastic place to stay for our family!

The condo was fantastic—especially the porch and view! It was so nice to have four beach chairs with two umbrellas. Our only negative was the elevators—only one was working and that elevator didn’t work for hours each day.

This was a great condo - exactly as described - and was clean and well stocked. It was also a good location, not surrounded by other high rises, which meant the beach was not too crowded. Unfortunately, one of the three elevators was out of service during our stay and we sometimes had to wait an extraordinarily long time for an elevator.

Short stay

Enjoyed out stay. Had trouble getting coffee maker and washer to work but once we did all was good. Elevators were not working almost the entire stay.

Mother's Day Getaway

The condo was very nice with comfy furniture and all the essentials for a home away from home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beach was pristine. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops which was nice after a long drive.

Beautiful view, clean and comfy beds

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Ocean Reef. Saw dolphins many times and wonderful sunsets. Walkable beach. Clean condo. Slept well. Management company took care of any fix it’s immediately. Our family felt safe there. Thank you!

The owner support staff fumbled the football, but good communication they picked the football up and ran it for a touchdown.

Great stay

Very nice location. I like that I had my own parking space and the garage was right below the condo. The only reason why i didn’t give it 5 stars, was that the dresser in my room was as very dusty. Communication with the property manager was awesome. Easy checkin and check out! Would stay again

We will be back!

Condo is in a great location and had plenty of room for our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 Teens). Having the beach chairs & umbrellas was a huge plus for us. The only “negative” was that there was not a cart for luggage but the assigned parking spot is close to the elevators so it was not that big of a deal for us.

Great View

Though the storm was expected during the week, the overcast skies for the weekend did not dampen the trip at all. The furniture has a musty damp smell when it rained, and water puddled on the balcony but still great overall. Highly recommend and will enjoy in the future!

Awesome Time with Family

This property was perfect size for our family. We LOVE the huge balcony and plenty of Chairs! The beds were very comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have coffee items ready for the first morning, since you don’t know what type of coffee pot is in the unit ahead of time. It would’ve been nice to have a couple more hand towels. The towels were pretty small and thin, but did the job We would definitely pick this unit again with our family! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Right on the beach with a great pool--exactly what we were looking for. Huge space and plenty of room for all staying there! Updated kitchen is a big plus--balcony overlooking the beach is huge! Had an issue with the toilet but the problem was resolved with relative ease. Communication was good. There is a good restaurant next door, and another .5 miles away, and still more as you continue west (1 mile away and you're at Pier Park). So I would say it's an excellent location. It's less commercialized than the hub area that is eastern PCB. I found the staff to be friendly. The parking is super easy, and there is even an ice machine on the ground floor right by the elevators. Cleanliness was 4 out of 5 only because of the toilet issue, and a minor food crud buildup under one of the chairs in the living room. NOTE: mattresses in the bunk bed room are wrapped in plastic and are therefore VERY LOUD if the sleeper rolls over during the night. I think that should be addressed and changed. I understand if young kids are staying there. But if not, it should not be kept like that. Overall, we were very happy with the property!
