The property is a 2 bed both en-suite apartment located on Playa Grande beach. The property was clean, well equipped with panoramic sea views. The property sits above several bars which do play music well into the early hours. If you enjoy a party vibe holiday this is definitely the place to be. Plenty of bars shops restaurants all at hand. Communications from the host was excellent. Peter answered my queries straight away. Overall the experience was one of the best we have had in 20 years of holidaying in Lanzarote. I would highly recommend this apartment. Just be aware the bars are just below and can be lively at night. This has not put us off and will be booking again soon

Fabulous apartment so pleased we found it. Everything you need in the apartment it’s like a home away from home. I could sit all day and look out the window out to sea. It’s in a perfect location, literally on the strip but with very little noise. Beach is on the doorstep so you have choice of beach or pool. Sun on the outdoor space by late morning into the evening. Peter was great and very responsive to messages answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend.
