Situé dans l'emplacement idéal de la région de Fariones à Puerto Del Carmen, notre appartement offre une oasis de paix et de tranquillité, tout en offrant un accès direct à la ville principale Avenida, où vous trouverez des restaurants et des bars proposant une cuisine locale et internationale. Il y a quelque chose pour chacun.
La vieille ville est à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Cette région est très populaire pour son atmosphère locale.
L'appartement a un balcon privé orienté au sud avec vue sur l'océan et est un bel endroit pour se détendre.
Le complexe dans lequel se trouve l'appartement est petit et bien géré.
Les jardins sont bien entretenus et la piscine est vierge et chaque appartement a ses propres chaises longues

Fantastic apartment!! Sea Views are magnificent and apartment is well equipped for u all ur needs..easy correspondence with Dean the host if u need him..would definitely recommend this apartment as restaurants and bars are right on ur doorstep..hopefully we can get booked again for next year!!

Amazing Appartment

One of the best appartments we have stayed in, close to the bars, beach and the old town. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the sun shone on the balcony all day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent apartment with great facilities including full tv package of sports/movies UK channels, bit of a steep walk to apartment from gate which you should be aware of if you have any mobility issues.Nice sea view from balcony, quiet in the evening despite being so close to main area and beach.Highly recommended.

This apartment is amazing, one of the best we have ever stayed at in PDC. The location of the apartment is so close to the sea front, bars and restaurants but despite this, very quiet and relaxing. The apartment has a King size bed, fully equipped modern kitchen and a nice light and airy living area. The balcony gets the sun all day long. We enjoyed our stay here and already booked to return later this year. Home from Home.

The location is key to the entire complex. Front line yet so peaceful. Set in beautiful tranquil gardens with a pool area and only 50 metres from Playa Grande beach.
The views of the sea and the mountains from the terrace really gives it the WOW factor. A relaxing afternoon can be spent watching the boats sail by and holidaymakers enjoying all manner of water sports.

The entrance to the complex is on the main Avenida which boasts a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants catering for every taste. A short leisurely stroll will take you to Playa Chica and the fishing village of the Old Town.
