LA COMMUNAUTÉ

Seasons at Sandpoint est une communauté privée au bord du lac, gérée par des professionnels, composée de condos 1, 2 et 3 chambres ainsi que de maisons en rangée de 5 chambres. Il est niché dans la charmante ville de Sandpoint, directement sur les rives du plus grand lac de l'Idaho, le lac Pend Oreille, long de 70 km. La ville est également entourée de trois grandes chaînes de montagnes, les chaînes Selkirk, Cabinet et Bitterroot offrant des vues spectaculaires toute l'année.

Il y a un club-house situé au centre, également connu sous le nom de The Retreat, où notre personnel vous accueillera chaleureusement dans la propriété et vous montrera votre condo ou maison de ville. Ils sont également plus qu'heureux de recommander des activités locales pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable comme la randonnée, le ski, le golf, l'équitation, des expositions d'art, des spectacles de musique, des restaurants, des antiquités, des magasins, etc. Il y a aussi de nombreux équipements pour profiter directement de la propriété, y compris le spa Wildflower au Seasons, une piscine extérieure chauffée, un bain à remous, une plage privée, des foyers, des salles à manger en plein air, un centre de fitness et une marina avec des glissades de bateaux disponibles à la location.


LA MARINE

La propriété est située directement sur la rive de l'immense lac Pend Oreille de 86 000 acres. Nous avons une marina privée de 80 slip avec un docker pour vous aider à préparer une belle journée sur le lac. Vous pouvez amarrer votre propre bateau pendant votre séjour chez nous ou simplement louer auprès d'une entreprise locale. Nous pouvons certainement recommander des entreprises qui louent tous types d'embarcations, y compris des kayaks, des planches à pagaie, des bateaux de ski, des coureurs de vagues et des bateaux pontons. Les locations de bateaux sont limités pendant les mois d'été, alors assurez-vous de réserver le vôtre lors de la réservation d'un condo ou d'une maison de ville.



LA PISCINE ET LE SPA

La piscine extérieure chauffée au bord du lac et le bain à remous sont au centre de la communauté, directement en face du club-house. Ils sont ouverts toute l'année, vous pouvez donc vous rafraîchir pendant les mois d'été ou vous réchauffer après une journée d'hiver remplie de plaisir à Schweitzer Mountain.


PLAGE PRIVÉE

Notre plage privée vous permet de nager dans le lac et de jouer dans le sable sans avoir à quitter la propriété. Notre personnel peut également vous aider à faire un feu de plage au bord du lac le soir, vous permettant de vous détendre et de profiter de toute la beauté de la nature à la fin de votre journée.

Nous avons des salles à manger en plein air avec des grillades et des sièges pour que vous puissiez profiter d'un bon repas avec la famille et les amis tout en profitant de la vue imprenable. Vous pouvez réserver des incréments de 2 heures avec notre personnel avant votre arrivée ou lors de l'enregistrement.


LES RÉSIDENCES

Nous avons une variété de résidences de différentes tailles disponibles à la location, y compris des condos 1, 2 et 3 chambres ainsi que des maisons en rangée de 5 chambres. Chaque résidence a un plan d'étage ouvert et des balcons privés donnant sur le lac. Ils sont entièrement meublés avec draps, éponge, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle et une laveuse / sécheuse.

Ce condo de 3 chambres peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes avec un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen-size dans la deuxième chambre et un lit superposé dans la troisième chambre avec un matelas pleine grandeur en bas et un matelas double sur le dessus. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes, la salle de bain principale étant privée.

Beautiful lakeside condo close to town

Really enjoyed this condo and location. Clean and comfortable. With a nice sized balcony that we took advantage of. Right at the edge of the lake and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Loved having a designated parking spot. The spot assigned is right next to a pole but we were able to carefully back into it with a large pickup. The garage clearance is 7’ so no problem for large vehicles. I very much appreciated the normal bedding with a sheet, blanket and fully encased duvet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing

Walking into the property for the first time and seeing a view of the lake is something we will never forget! The Seasons is a great location right next to City Beach. NOTE - the private beach has better sand than the city beach! We learned that if we ask the property manager they would start a bonfire for us to make s'mores! Every person we met at the Seasons (owners or renters) were very friendly and welcoming! Oru littel girls loved the place, and we will be back! Thanks for everything!

While we understand that vacation rentals are a bit difficult to keep up, but the basics such as clean carpet, rugs and floors, working TV’s and internet access should be the standard. We’ll come back but perhaps a different unit?

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. We did stay for several days and the coffee maker was broken on arrival, they never fixed it or brought a new one. They did say they would. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely come back. The staff at the main building were so accommodating and friendly!

Imagine things were quieter than usual due to Covid. We enjoyed the fact that things were pretty mellow. Location is perfect particularly if you are bringing a boat and have kids. Fully stocked kitchen, unbelievably comfy beds, giant tv in the living room and bedrooms, ample space, high end everything, and the most incredible view in Sandpoint. We felt like we were living at the 4 Seasons Resort. I can not recommend this condo and the whole Seasons complex enough. Pool, hot tub, gym, private beach and marina, walking distance to town; this exclusive community has it all. Elite Alliance was super easy to work with throughout our stay. We are sad to leave this little paradise.

We tried using air fresheners but it didn’t helpvermuch. The oder was so strong thT when we got home we could still smell it on our suitcases and other belongings.we couldn’t believe that it would in bed it self onto our belongings.I love to eat curry,but not smell it in a condo or on should definitely be a concern for the owners if they are trying to rent this unit.We love seasons at Sandpoint and have been coming the last 3 years and we will definitely be back,but not in this unit 7205!

Our whole family had great time stay in the condo. Had just enough room for a family of 5. Great views of frozen lake and snow covered Cabinet mountains. The fitness center was put together nicely.

Lovely stay.

We enjoyed the quiet condo with lovely furnishings! The beds were very comfortable and the furniture seemed very new. Lots of dishes and pots and pans helped us prepare a meal as well. We went swimming, walked to restaurants and enjoyed kayaking in the beautiful lake. It was a relaxing weekend! Thank you very much!
