This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Old St. Augustine, beaches and restaurants. Blackout curtains and smart TVs in every bedroom! Our fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, workspace and garage ensure convenience during your stay. Unwind in our serene oasis for the perfect Zen getaway!

Enter the property using a smart lock in the front door, where you’ll find an ample living room (with a smart TV, large and comfy sofa bed and yoga mats!) and access to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom (king bed) and bedroom #2 (queen bed) have a full bathroom each. Guests staying in bedroom #3 (queen bed) would need to go through either the master bedroom or bedroom #2 to access a bathroom. Each bedroom has a smart TV and blackout curtains. From the living room you can get to the dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, as well as the private pool and hot tub. Throughout the property you’ll find plenty of natural light as well!

Please note: Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house and the private pool area. However, the attached mother-in-law suite, which has its own separate entrance, is not accessible to guests and may be occupied at times.
