Plusieurs destinations de restauration et de divertissement sont des activités proches et populaires telles que la pêche sur la plage et la jetée; surfer, faire de l'équitation ou simplement se détendre et profiter du soleil sont au bout de vos doigts. Le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn est maintenant ouvert et se trouve à seulement 5 km. Si vous apportez un bateau, vous apprécierez l'accès à proximité aux rampes de mise à l'eau et au système de canaux, ici sur l'île.
Ce magnifique complexe offre également l'un des paramètres de piscine les plus sereins que vous trouverez et la piscine est chauffée pour le plaisir toute l'année. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à faire des souvenirs de famille, vous ne trouverez pas un meilleur complexe en bord de mer que El Constante.

INTÉRIEUR
Vous pouvez accueillir 4 personnes dans cet établissement confortable situé à côté de la plage et doté de 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre principale et d'un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Cet appartement confortable situé au rez-de-chaussée offre une superbe vue latérale sur la plage. Il comprend une chambre principale privée, une cuisine ouverte, un coin repas et salon ainsi qu'une salle de bains spacieuse.

Pet-Friendly pour les chiens jusqu'à 25lbs seulement. Pas de chats autorisés, maximum de deux chiens à la fois.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L'invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable.

The location is delightful – right in front of the little porch are the dunes and within sight and a very short walk away is the gulf. For those who prefer not having buildings right next to you while you walk on the beach, turn to the left from the sweet condo and there will be ocean to your right and dunes to your left; the fishing jetty is less than half a mile away on the beach. The condo itself was so homey and comfortable! And as someone who cooks, the only thing I had to bring was a vegetable steamer – this condo is outfitted with knives that actually work and multiple pots and pans so you can cook a real meal. Our hosts were so patient and accommodating in addressing my questions, and the process was smooth for access and for understanding our part in the arrangement. We will definitely be back!

This condo surpassed my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was closer to the beach than what I was expecting. The property is well kept and beautiful. The only negative… I was looking forward to spending time in the hot tub but it was closed for maintenance during our stay. It was communicated through text with updates that it would be unavailable though. The communication was great all the way around! We are already planning our next visit.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. the parking was the only issue. There was parking set aside for golf carts and buggies. Since there was limited spots for cars. The enforcement of the carts and buggies could be a little better so car parking is not being used up by the carts.

We booked for two nights, but had such a great time that we extended for an extra day. The location is great and the property management is amazing. The property has all of the essentials. Each unit seems self sufficient and there is very little noise.

Perfect Getaway Spot

My husband and I have been coming to Padre Island for many years. We wanted to try something different and not stay at a hotel. This was a perfect selection. The condo is on the beach, easy access to restaurants and affordable. We did not hear our neighbors during our stay. It was a tranquil environment, very peaceful. We would walk the boardwalk each night with the soft wind providing relief from the hot sun. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely return to this "gem"

Weekend getaway

We came to attend our niece's college graduation. Loved how close we were to the beach. Pool area is super nice, too. Had everything we needed in the condo. Bed was clean and very comfortable.

Great Location

This is a great little condo with super close beach access. The condo faces the dunes and the beach access road so there was some noise occasionally but nothing major. The beach is at the corner of the buildings so less that a couple minutes to walk. The bed in the condo was very comfortable

Reviewer Comments: Overall it was ok...I know this property is getting older so management needs to keep up with the various upgrades/maintenance/furniture as needed. I found dirty dishes in the cabinets and there were roaches which is a BIG NO NO for me! I love the fact it’s close to the beach! I have been staying here for years but next time we will be trying out other condos in that area even though we might have to drive back and forth! Not recommending until major improvements are made!

Upon entering this unit it was clear, that it was very clean. The kitchen was immaculate, well organized, and supplied. The bedroom and restroom were no different, being very presentable and clean. A nice aspect of this location is parking in front of the unit allowing easy and quick access while unloading and loading our vehicle. My only suggestion in any of these units is to provide a comfy sofa bed mattress. Thank you
