> Ce magnifique cottage Tybee surélevé est situé près de la rivière Back, du quai public et juste en bas du pâté de maisons de lancement de kayak Alley 3.
Ce chalet possède une zone au niveau du sol avec un beau feuillage fleuri et une douche extérieure avec un espace à langer vraiment mignon. Il y a des zones de rinçage pour le matériel et des endroits pour suspendre / sécher le matériel. Le chalet parfait (emplacement et commodités) pour les amateurs de kayak!
En montant à l'étage, il y a un magnifique porche avec moustiquaire avec lit double pour de superbes siestes sur la plage! Que peut-il faire de mieux dans une maison de plage ?? !! Quoi de mieux qu'une sieste avec une brise océanique salée! En outre, il y a un porche supplémentaire non blindé avec beaucoup de sièges extérieurs confortables.
Entrez et vous êtes au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a 3 chambres à ce niveau; chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bain attenante, 2e chambre avec lit queen et 3e chambre avec lit double. Également une 2e salle de bain située dans le couloir à ce niveau. Au dernier étage, vous trouverez le magnifique coin salon / salle à manger / cuisine du chalet. La maison est configurée de cette façon pour profiter des vues impressionnantes du dernier étage!
Mobilier décontracté confortable, télévision à écran plat ainsi qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée et un coin repas pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Il y a une 4ème chambre au dernier étage avec lit queen. Également une salle de bain complète à cet étage qui est aménagée comme une baignoire semi-attachée à la fois pour accéder à la chambre à cet étage avec un rideau séparant les zones et également accessible au public. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat.
Stationnement hors rue gratuit pour 3 voitures.

thank you for staying with us! The home does have parking for 3 - 4 cars depending on how big they are and if they are trucks or large SUV's. The City of Tybee restricts how much cars are allowed to park at Vacation rentals based on the number of bedrooms so we certainly comply with the city ordinances.

We had a fantastic time at this house! It is beautiful and clean. Plenty of space for our group of 7. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating when I made a special request to adjust the check-in time. Would absolutely stay here again when in Tybee Island!

Great location. Very clean. Would stay there again. Only that would have been nicer were some update towels (1st world problem) also some travel size shampoo/conditioner. Other than that perfect stay.

Vitamin Sea for the WIN

The house is gorgeous and spacious. Great location, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Only suggestions would be to update the beds, provide more towels (washcloths and hand towels) in bathrooms and perhaps a bigger water heater. If more than one shower being used at once, water is lukewarm. We loved the outside decks with seating and the open concept on third floor.
