Beautifully furnished with views across Goodrington Boating Lake and out to sea, 3 Goodrington Lodge is a charming retreat perfect for family adventures by the coast.

The elevated ground floor apartment makes the most of its coastal location with large patio doors leading out to the balcony where you can take your time over your morning coffee or enjoy balmy summer evenings admiring dreamy sunsets with a chilled glass of wine.

Inside, you’ll find a relaxing home from home with a pristine modern kitchen that will have budding chefs eager to create holiday feasts and comfy sofas to sink into after busy days exploring.

For those who like to stay active or simply start the morning with a gentle swim, the onsite swimming pool is a great addition for the whole family to enjoy.

Goodrington’s sandy beach with its colourful beach huts is a short stroll from the apartment, perfect for bucket and spade days and playing in the waves. The nearby boating lake is a wonderful family attraction where you can glide across the water in a gentile swan boat or splash around in one of the bumper boats for hours of family fun.

Paignton is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of The English Riviera, with Brixham and Torquay just a short drive in either direction. Here you’ll find all the charms of a traditional seaside holiday, along with boutique shops and harbourside cafĂ© to sample a true taste of Devon.

Pre Christmas break

The apartment was immaculate throughout. We had a slight problem with the TV in the lounge but this was sorted very quickly by Linda, who could not have been more helpful

High spec - very nice apartment.

A perfect location for a holiday by the Sea in Devon. We enjoyed sitting on the Sofa looking out at the view - Wasn't too remote, and it wasn't too noisy. Although the bedrooms are small, the beds were comfortable. The Kitchen was very adequate. The only negative about this property, was the very "tight" parking ( but parking is a premium in this area ). Lack of local shops, but overall this is a lovely apartment for a holiday in South Devon.

Spotless Apartment

Just back from a week at no 3 Goodrington Lodge. Apartment spotless on arrival, everything and more in there for you to use, the little things like dishwasher & laundry tabs plenty of cleaning products. Milk, tea, sugar, coffee and biscuits. Apartment itself is top notch, all fixtures & fittings to a high standard, in an excellent location with lovely views off the balcony which is a sun trap. Big shout out to Linda who texted to say the apartment was ready 1 hour early and her cleaning was 10/10. Would not hesitate to recommend and will hopefully be returning.

May Day Bank Holiday week

A lovely apartment with fantastic sea views. 7 days of sunshine, and a lovely balcony to enjoy it. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, really well kitted out. Lovely comfy bed. We really enjoyed our holiday.

Lovely apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment. The views are lovely from the balcony and we even managed some sunshine (in March!) the balcony is sheltered and even in the poorer weather it was nice to look out through the patio doors. We took our elderly dog and it was ideal to take her on a little walk to the park just a few yards down the road and then onto the promenade and beach. There is a lovely walk through the cliff gardens over to the harbour and we enjoyed a coffee and cake at the little cafe there (cant remember its name!) there are a couple of nice pubs there too. We would definitely stay at this apartment again if in the area, it was very well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Excellent

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location. The standard of this accommodation was amazing, the open plan kitchen and living room area with the views out the the park and the sea were great. The location is perfect for a quick walk out to the beach and also a 5-10 minute walk into Paignton. Both us and our kids did not want to leave.

Holiday at Goodrington Lodge

Lovely apartment very clean and tidy with excellent view of the beach and just a short walk to the beach too!! The only gripe I have is the parking situation. On arriving I could not park my car as not enough space for me as i have a large car, ended up parking it on the roadside. But overall an excellent accommodation
