Notre emplacement est pratique pour explorer tous les domaines du Haut Pays, offrant un excellent accÚs aux restaurants, à l'université, aux activités de plein air, etc. tout en offrant un emplacement "loin de tout". Profitez de vacances de retraite sophistiquées de type complexe.

Les lĂ©gumes Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison et les arbres fruitiers de la propriĂ©tĂ©, disponibles en saison, peuvent ĂȘtre cueillis sur demande. Le ruisseau au bas de la colline est accessible. Blue Ridge Parkway est Ă  environ 1 mile via l'accĂšs Phillips Gap. New River pour le canoĂ« / kayak est en baisse de 1 mile sur Pine Swamp, puis Conley Cheek Road. We loved this home and the hosts so much! The home was pristine when we arrived and truly had a stocked kitchen so that we were able to prepare full meals easily! The drive up to the house is beautiful and the roads were in great shape and clear. The location of the home was great for us to visit several towns like Boone, Banner Elk, West Jefferson, Elk River, Valle Crucis and so many more! I have to say that the entire family thought the trash compactor was so cool! Thanks for a great trip!

Awesome!

We stayed at Spring Lodge for our niece’s wedding at Wonderlust Acres. The house was great, the porch was awesome and Pat and Rich were fabulous. When I called them to let them know we had gotten in early and was wondering if we could get an early check in they did not hesitate to accommodate my request. My only complaint is
our stay was not long enough.

Mountain getaway

Was great to get a mountain getaway with the family. This property gave us a secluded location, but close to the places we wanted to be. The hosts were great and kept great communication during our stay. The experience exceeded our expectations.

Relaxing place

Perfect location for R&R

What a special place!

We really enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful spot. We were with good friends, and we remarked over and over about what a special, comfortable place this was. Our hosts were very attentive, and we were so sad our trip was cut short by us leaving quite early the last morning, because we missed their offered homemade chocolate croissants ❀ Do yourself a favor, and book this incredible Spring Lodge.

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful home and location. More space than the pictures do justice. A bit off the beaten path, while also close to great towns like Boone and West Jefferson. Already thinking about coming back in the summer to see the gardens in full bloom.

Great Holiday Stay!

We enjoyed our Christmas getaway in this lovely home! I’m a cook and a baker and they definitely had just about everything I needed to make all of my holiday meals and baked treats. I appreciated the Christmas greeting call from the owners and all of the prompt responses to our questions. The house was clean, well appointed and a very joyful space to spend time in. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful setting

My husband and I loved the Spring Lodge! Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, relaxing front porch - what more could you ask for! The woods around the cabin were so pretty and peaceful. Rich and Pat were great to deal with. We want to bring the family back when we can.

Mountain Escape

This is the second time we have stayed at Spring Lodge. It is simply wonderful. Rich and Pat are great hosts, and the home has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a porch with a view that is peaceful. We will definitely be back.

long weekend with friends

the house is very clean and decorated tastefully. it is fully renovated and beautiful. kitchen is huge, amply furnished and makes cooking easy. owners very responsive and close by if needed. off the beaten path, up the mountain. so quiet and peaceful. very enjoyable trip with our friends.

Hobbies: gardening, woodworking, sailing, camping, travel international & domestic, reading. Traveled and worked in Europe for many years, Pat , the wife, studied in Italy and speaks basic Italian. Both enjoy hiking in South America and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sailed from North Carolina to Carribbean Islands for 14 months on personal boat. Reasonably fit for old guy, active non smoker, enjoy meeting new friends. We live in a modest log cabin in a small remote North Carolina town in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We love the quiet beauty of the Blue Ridge Parkway and the NC Mountains. This home is located on 4 private acres with a rushing stream on the property. This is a special place and we wanted to make sure that this 20 year house was preserved and properly restored to reflect the charm of the life that we enjoy here in North Carolina
