Cette maison privée calme est entourée d'arbres et se trouve à moins de 3,2 km du centre-ville d'Alexandria et de toutes ses attractions, notamment le Central Lakes Trail. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre vos vacances agréables, comme une plage de sable de plus de 110 ', 2 nouveaux kayaks de 10', une grande terrasse Trex de 300 pieds carrés donnant sur le lac, un foyer pour profiter du coucher de soleil, des feux d'artifice ou quelques des mœurs et un hamac accroché entre deux arbres sur le rivage. Il y a 4 chambres (2 à chaque étage-3 lits sont queen et 1 lit King size), 2 salles de bain complètes (1 à chaque étage), une baignoire jacuzzi dans la salle de bain sous-sol, 2 cuisines entièrement meublées (1 à chaque niveau ), salle familiale aux deux étages, salle à manger formelle sur les deux étages avec des tables pouvant accueillir au moins 8 confortablement ou 10+ avec les bancs disponibles, une laveuse et une sécheuse à chaque étage, Internet haute vitesse, téléviseurs LED HD dans les deux familles chambres, un garage attenant à utiliser pendant votre séjour et un hangar au bord du lac qui abrite des chaises, des jeux d'eau, des jeux de jardin et à peu près tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter du magnifique lac Cowdry.
La plage est de sable dur avec une rive bordée de rochers. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour attacher votre bateau à notre nouveau quai en aluminium en utilisant les crochets à pattes fixés. La pêche est excellente dès la sortie du quai en aluminium où de nombreux habitants pêchent régulièrement. Vous allez adorer les magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le pont, comme vous profitez d'un repas grillé sur le barbecue à gaz Weber ou de l'un des nombreux fauteuils pliants au bord du lac, mais le foyer (bois de feu non fourni, mais peut être acheté à plusieurs endroits dans la ville à 2 miles de distance). Vous pouvez griller votre nourriture et siroter vos boissons préférées tout en regardant les eaux calmes et claires du lac Cowdry. Il y a l'air climatisé central au rez-de-chaussée et la fenêtre A / C dans le sous-sol mais il est rarement nécessaire étant donné la quantité d'ombre de notre maison et les nombreuses fenêtres permettant une grande ventilation transversale.

Beautiful home over looking the lake, plenty of sleeping room and everything you need, Rhett and Katie were wonderful hosts, only stayed 1 night but will definitely book for a longer stay next year. Highly recommend this home.

An awesome home… accommodated everything we needed! Beautiful clear lake, fishing off the dock was so fun for the kiddos… our hosts were amazing we had ZERO issues and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner!!! We highly recommend it! Love that they had condiments on hand, toys for the kids kayaks, balls, many chairs to put around the fire!

Great Lake house exactly as advertised. House was very comfortable for our group of six and we enjoyed the lake access. Location was great in that it was close to town but in the country enough to be really quiet.

Great location
We stayed here to go visit some wineries local and enjoy some lake time. It was a perfect location close to the wineries. The lake was clear and it was perfect to float and kayak. Recommend for a large group with lots of space

Wonderful VRBO
Beautiful lake setting and sandy shallow beach for grandchildren. Home has plenty of room and enjoyed the kitchenette in the downstairs area for daughter and infant and family.

We had such a wonderful stay in Alexandria. The house is filled stocked with everything you need, the outdoor space is beautiful and lots of outdoor toys to keep everyone happy. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful.

Beautiful lake home!!
The property had everything for us. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and there were every size life jacket needed. The lake was beautiful and weather was awesome for our stay. I would gladly book this home again for my stay in Alexandria.

Celebration of a 90th birthday
It was a great spot for 4 couples who came from out of state for a family celebration. It enabled us to have a place to bring the 90 year old birthday girl to join her family for evening meals and great family time. It was perfect for us!

Very comfortable stay!
This lake home is very comfortable, with a beautiful lake view! The home was stocked with everything we needed, the beds and furniture are comfortable. The temperature was easy to keep comfortable even for cool, fall nights. There was plenty of space for our group and the location was great for all of us coming from different directions. It was a great stay!

Great Lake Vacation Home
We had a wonderful time here with our kids and grandkids, ages two and four. The house and lake shed is very well-equipped and our son caught a lot of bass and a northern. We've stayed in places with pet hair and odors, so really appreciated the cleanliness of this home. Highly recommend!

Very well stocked home and quiet lake
The house had everything we needed for a great family get away! We loved the kayaks, hammock, nice kitchen supplies and a lovely view. The only con was sometimes the traffic noise from the county road was loud.

We have owned this property since 2006 and, due to a relocation to Sioux Falls, we started making our vacation get-away available to you for short term rentals. This is the place where we have gone since we first met to now with our two young children to enjoy the finest of Minnesota lakes where you can feel like you're "up north at the lake" while only being a few miles from downtown Alexandria. The city of Alexandria has so much to offer, during all seasons, with a quaint downtown full of local retailers and restaurants, to downhill skiing, to snowmobile and cross country ski trails, to some of the best pan fishing available on Lake Cowdry - where our lake home resides. We are not property managers, rather we are owners who are renting our home to you and your family to enjoy during the dates we aren't able to enjoy it.

Our home is extremely spacious, up-to-date and clean on one of the best level lots that Lake Cowdry has to offer. In addition, it is very close to the local Central Lakes Trail (walking, biking, rollerblading, snow mobile, cross country ski) and downtown Alexandria and all of the shopping and great restaurants that Alexandria has to offer.

Our lake home was formerly two residences with 2BR, 1BA, kitchen (full kitchen on upper level & well stocked kitchenette on lower level) and living area including washer/dryer on each level. We have opened our home up to a single-family residence with 2 attached garages, however, there are still 2 kitchens, 2 sets of washer/dryers and two full dining tables/living room areas which is PERFECT for groups who want to have the kids hang out downstairs while the adults enjoy each others' company upstairs. This home has a walk out lower level out to a level lake lot with a hard sand bottom. The water clarity exceeds 14 feet and the pan fishing off the dock is remarkable not to mention the kayaking in the two 10’ kayaks. There's a cozy fire pit by the shore near the hammock strung between two trees on the shore. There are ample chairs and water toys to enjoy (tubes, camping chairs, picnic table, floating rafts, pails, etc) in the shed by the shore.
