Ma famille croit qu'il faut traiter les autres comme on voudrait ĂȘtre traitĂ©, dans ce cas en vacances ou pour une courte Ă©vasion.

Magnifique condo situé au 15010 Iles Sous le Vent, juste en face de la plage publique. Ce condo d'une chambre à coucher a récemment été acheté par de nouveaux propriétaires qui sont fiers de rendre la visite de quiconque agréable.

Tous les nouveaux dĂ©cor et appareils. Wifi inclus. La chambre peut accueillir deux personnes et le canapĂ©-lit peut accueillir deux personnes confortablement. Nouvelle laveuse et sĂ©cheuse vient d'ĂȘtre ajoutĂ©e !! La plage publique est juste de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue sur l'Ăźle Ă  Corpus Christi. AprĂšs une longue journĂ©e Ă  la plage, dĂ©tendez-vous au bord de la belle piscine.

Nous voulons que tout le monde profite de ses vacances ou de son week-end autant que moi et ma famille le ferions si nous louions un condo. Nous avons dĂ©corĂ© et prĂ©parĂ© ce condo comme si c'Ă©tait pour ma propre famille. Ma famille et moi croyons qu'il faut traiter les gens correctement. AprĂšs votre sĂ©jour ici, veuillez me faire savoir s’il manque des choses qui auraient rendu votre sĂ©jour plus agrĂ©able, afin que nous puissions amĂ©liorer le condo pour la prochaine famille.

Great location and value

Properties listing was very accurate. Perfect place to go for a beach trip. Super close to beach access. Property manager was quick to respond and was very helpful. Only complaint is that we didnt find the back of the couch in the closet to fold it out into a bed until we were packing up to leave.

Perfect spot

This is a great spot for quick trips to the beach. It's close to gas stations and restaurants. The place is very clean and the area is quiet at night. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location for those who primarily want to enjoy the beach at a reasonable rate.

The condo is small, but is just fine if you plan on primarily being out and about as we were. It has everything you need for cooking meals, the AC works great, and the wifi was great. It is only a short walk to a great beach as well. The primary downsides were that the water pressure is lacking in the shower, and the bed is very uncomfortable after a couple of nights. We ended up resorting to the pull-out sofa bed which was much better.

Weekend Getaway

This was our 2nd time at the Leeward Isle property. We enjoyed unit 608 much better. It has the comforts of home, very cozy, TVs worked properly, AC is nice and cold, shower pressure was excellent, quiet environment and nice view. The bed was a bit firm which I do not prefer however, my husband was satisfied. Looking forward to another getaway.

Great property

Loved the location (5 minutes to the beach). Had everything I needed for a 4-night stay. Nice quiet area. Very comfortable space and furnishings. I do think it's time for the carpet to be shampooed or replaced.

Great location

Very close to the beach at a reasonable cost. Everything you need except food and toiletries. The bed is VERY firm. If you have back issues, you may want to reconsider. It took me 2 days to not wake up eith back and hip stiffness because I'm used to a memory foam type mattress. It was just me, but the fold out couch would come in handy for a few kids. Super close to both the seawall parking lot, as well as the vehicle access for the beach. You could walk there easily if you weren't hauling tons of gear and little ones. It was very quiet at night.

Comfortable and very close to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet little condo very close to the beach. Everything was just as it was described. Super clean and comfortable. We hope to return soon.

Close to Beach

We enjoyed our stay, very close to the beach. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the bed was not comfortable, and I was expecting to have bathroom/Shower basics like other properties I’ve stayed at but that’s ok. I did find it odd that we had to wash all bedding, all towels and take out garbage before we left
.. I feel like we’re paying for a Vacation and that’s part of being on Vacation is to escape household chores so I ended up waking up early to make sure I had time to wash everything.

Home at the beach.

This condo is cozy and literally just like being at home at the the beach. Super clean and welcoming. We loved this spot, and we can’t wait to go back and take our kids!

Close to the beach

Super cool little condo, very close to the beach, we could walk And have our toes in the sand in just a few minutes. Nice and relaxing. I would definitely recommend to a friend or stay there again.

Great place, close to the beach

This property was clean and had everything we needed! It was close to the beach as well as close to Snoopy’s and the souvenir shops. There was plenty of room in the unit. The washer and dryer is a definite plus! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a low key getaway

This place was perfect for our short getaway. We loved looking at the bay from the porch as the sunset. The beach is just one block away, so you can walk over or drive to the lot if you have too much to carry. We lucked out and had the pool all to ourselves both days! The apartment itself was clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

The property is in a great location - across the street from the beach! It would be a bit of a hike with kids and all things beach, but we chose to park on the beach and walk back for restroom breaks, lunch, etc. The condo smelled and looked clean when we walked in.

Nice weekend getaway

We had a great time staying here. The location was perfect and very quiet for our impromptu beach weekend in October, away from the city. We will definitely be back!

Great property

Great property. The listing says just a walk across the parking lot to the beach which is true. However, if you plan on taking kids, a cooler, etc. it’s a little far. The property though has a great pool and has a pull out bed and queen air mattress In addition to the queen bed, and has all the kitchen utensils you could need even a blender. John is very easy to communicate with and the property is very clean. Even a grill!
