Perfect spot

This is a great spot for quick trips to the beach. It's close to gas stations and restaurants. The place is very clean and the area is quiet at night. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Weekend on North Padre

Great condo on North Padre! Spent long weekend here with wife. Condo was clean comfortable and had all we needed. Location is great close to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location and value

Properties listing was very accurate. Perfect place to go for a beach trip. Super close to beach access. Property manager was quick to respond and was very helpful. Only complaint is that we didnt find the back of the couch in the closet to fold it out into a bed until we were packing up to leave.

A Fun Getaway!!

This condo worked out great for our visit to Corpus Christi. It is very close to the beach, comfortable, well-furnished and equipped with anything you would need. John was helpful and responded quickly to our questions. I would recommend it!!

Wedding Weekend

Condo was as advertised. For 2 people it was plenty of room. Condo was within walking distance of the beach or short drive to several beaches. It was very good for the money. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

Vacation Condo Deserves Top Rating!!

This condo is very nicely maintained and super clean. The seascape decor isbright and cheery and the condo is very roomy considering it is a one bedroom. We were very happy that it was located so close to the beach. Condo owner, John Correu, was extremely accommodating. We would happily stay there any time!

Great deal

It was a great little place for a weekend getaway. Very cool air conditioner, well stocked with necessities such as dishes, cookware, utensils, etc, comfy bed, and good location. Beach access was right down the road, close to gas station and restaurants, and easy to find. Owner was pleasant to deal with and made sure everything went smoothly. He checked with us a few times to ensure wifi was working anf that we were enjoying our stay. It was very affordable and a nice place. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

This was our 2nd time at the Leeward Isle property. We enjoyed unit 608 much better. It has the comforts of home, very cozy, TVs worked properly, AC is nice and cold, shower pressure was excellent, quiet environment and nice view. The bed was a bit firm which I do not prefer however, my husband was satisfied. Looking forward to another getaway.

Convenient location

The one bedroom apartment worked great as an alternative to hotels for our wedding in Corpus. It is within walking distance to the beach, which has a public parking area and restrooms. The apartment was well stocked with everything one would need for a night or month. The location is close to several restaurants and grocery store. Easy to access the highway to Port Aransas or Corpus. It is on the second level, so must be able to walk up a flight of stairs.

I am sorry you misunderstood. I put that it is on the second floor I’m the description specifically so people know you have to walk up the steps.

Location!

Great location to beach and main road. Clean unit, old but fine for sleeping and a place to drop our things. Bedroom with large built in desk area leaves very little room to walk. Outdated but ok. Parking lot super tight. Got blocked in. Upstairs unit which felt safer but other units surrounding not picked up and lots of junk on peoples porches. Otherwise- all was good.

Great location for those who primarily want to enjoy the beach at a reasonable rate.

The condo is small, but is just fine if you plan on primarily being out and about as we were. It has everything you need for cooking meals, the AC works great, and the wifi was great. It is only a short walk to a great beach as well. The primary downsides were that the water pressure is lacking in the shower, and the bed is very uncomfortable after a couple of nights. We ended up resorting to the pull-out sofa bed which was much better.

Great property

Loved the location (5 minutes to the beach). Had everything I needed for a 4-night stay. Nice quiet area. Very comfortable space and furnishings. I do think it's time for the carpet to be shampooed or replaced.

Great location

Very close to the beach at a reasonable cost. Everything you need except food and toiletries. The bed is VERY firm. If you have back issues, you may want to reconsider. It took me 2 days to not wake up eith back and hip stiffness because I'm used to a memory foam type mattress. It was just me, but the fold out couch would come in handy for a few kids. Super close to both the seawall parking lot, as well as the vehicle access for the beach. You could walk there easily if you weren't hauling tons of gear and little ones. It was very quiet at night.

Comfortable and very close to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet little condo very close to the beach. Everything was just as it was described. Super clean and comfortable. We hope to return soon.
