Échappez au stress de vous assurer que vous avez tout emballé avant de partir à la plage. Cette propriété est aussi pratique que le front de mer mais sans les prix élevés en bord de mer!

Asseyez-vous sur le pont pour regarder le beau lever du soleil sur la plage, puis promenez-vous à Granny's Country Kitchen pour un délicieux petit déjeuner copieux le matin. Passez la journée à la plage à vous détendre, peut-être une ou deux vagues, construisez des châteaux de sable avec les enfants, puis promenez-vous au bar Tiki de Ocean Grill pour quelques boissons relaxantes. Découvrez les manèges, les arcades et la gamme de plats délicieux au bord de l'avion en début de soirée.

Dimanche soir en été, Carolina Lake en face de la promenade offre des films gratuits au parc en été. Sur la courte promenade jusqu'à la promenade et le lac, passez à la glace Pops et prenez un cadeau spécial pour la famille. La vie peut-elle s'améliorer?

Il s'agit d'une maison de ville de 5 chambres à coucher, 5. 5 salles de bains, située à l'océan, à North Carolina Ave. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bains, de sa télévision et de son placard. Internet sans fil gratuit.

The location of this beach house is perfect! So close to the beach and restaurants. Love that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Lots of games and a large table to play and eat at.

Really loved the convenience to the beach. Plenty of room in our gathering space. Easy to get to State Park and other attractions but away from the crowds. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials Found it unusual to make our own beds but knew we had clean linens that way. Only surprise was not having a sleeper sofa but the sofa was very comfortable

Leeward Cottage was perfect for our family. Right next to the beach, very family friendly, easy for our dog, plenty of space. We had a little trouble with the keyless entry but Charo was very responsive and helpful and it was taken care of. Highly recommend for a young family.

This house is a dream - it was absolutely the best stay. We enjoyed the house & the closeness of the beach. Walking to the boardwalk and other must see's was alot of fun. The house was Nice and clean. Talking with the host was flawless. Any question was always answered in a timely manner. Would stay here again. Thank you Leeward for a wonderful couple days.

Perfect for Family Gathering

We were in Carolina Beach to celebrate our daughter's graduation, and this was the perfect house to fit our family and friends. The pure fact of having 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths allowed us to never feel like we were on top of each other. It also had a nicely stocked kitchen, which was convenient since we did cook a few meals. I highly recommend this house, and I hope to rebook it next summer.

Close to everything!

We had such an easy walk to the beach or to Granny's for breakfast, ice cream shop, or a tiki bar. Or jump in the car and in a mile you can be in the center of restaurants, rides, shops. Traffic wasn't so bad and everyone is friendly. The house is roomy so everyone can spread out.

It was perfect

Great house especially with everyone having there own bathroom. Minutes to several things to do and shopping. So close to the beach u dont even have to cross any roads. The house being build inches next door is the only downfall. It blocks most of the view but still a great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again

Perfect for families

This house had 5 bedrooms and each had its own bath. That's a great feature. House stocked with everything we could have wanted and needed. Many extras that most rentals don't include. Very short walk to the beach. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Great location!

The house was located perfectly for our large group and small kids since we didn’t have to cross any roads and we’re right by the ocean! You could hear it from the deck at night and see it during the day. My only small complaint was the downstairs bed, it was hard as a rock. Still didn’t stop us from enjoying the place and having the best time!! Property manager was easy to contact and super nice and helpful. We will be back again!!

Great family gathering

Our group of 12 adults and 2 youth found Leeward more than met our needs. Large enough that we could spread out, also space for us to gather together. The short walk to the beach without having to navigate road traffic was a blessing. A rarity, the kitchen was well appointed with pots/pans and dinnerware sufficient for a larger group. Kure/Carolina has been our choice for more than 40 years, and Leeward helped continue that tradition.

Spacious and Immaculate!

We were so pleased with our recent stay at Leeward! The house is huge (we had 5 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of room!) The layout is great, and the house is beautifully (but practically) decorated. It is a VERY short walk to the beach - you can see the waves from the porch, and the Tiki bar is just a few houses down the beach (try the "Sucker Punch!") We loved it, and we were all very sad when it was time to go! The owner of Leeward and the folks at United Beach Rentals were friendly and very easy to work with. We hope to stay again next year!

Spacious house close to the beach

My family of five and a friend’s family of four stayed for a week. The house was very spacious and we all had our own personal space. Loved that all of the bedrooms had a bathroom. The proximity to the beach was amazing. Just a quick walk with no busy streets. Perfect for the little ones (and parents lugging wagons ). The house also had everything we needed. Things that were forgotten were already at the house. Communication with the owner was easy. We would love to stay again sometime!

First the pros- the kitchen was well equipped and there were several cleaning supplies which was nice. The proximity to the beach was ideal. It was great that each bedroom had their own bathroom, and outdoor shower great. Cons- there were tufts of animal hair and sand throughout the house and biggest con- they were doing construction on the house that was literally inches from our balcony. Hammering and banging all day until 5or 6pm. We couldn’t enjoy coffee on the balcony with ocean view because workers were right there and loud!Overall, we had a good week- not happy with construction noise. Still gave a 4 for beach proximity and supplies

Carolina Beach 2024 family weekend

Excellent host with friendly and thorough communication. Our family had an enjoyable couple of days. Great location and convenient although it wasn’t on the beach but had easy beach access and view of ocean. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. Could have used a few more paper products but what was there was adequate. Key pad instructions could have been a little clearer for those unfamiliar with key pads but all good. Great selection of beds and variety of sizes but some not as comfortable as others. Overall great selection and likely to consider again in the future. Thanks for everything!
