Manasota Key Beach Villa ” Pelican Nest”. Has 4 bedroom 3 bath sleeps 10 people ,with 2 pull up sofa in living arias, 2 full kitchen, jacuzzi .The open plan kitchens includes banquette seating and a large informal dining space opening onto the heated pool deck with open sliding doors for easy flow through to the family room and for entertaining! The backyard has a room for play and beautiful landscaping cover around as a privacy and living space in a beach-area home. We look forward to hosting you in our in Pelican House!

Manasota Key’s Finest

The house is easy to find and very close to the beach. Ownership has it very well stocked and it was as clean as anywhere you’ve ever visited. Having two kitchens was really nice and the private pool was a relaxing way to close out the day. This will definitely be a repeat vacation destination for my family.

Fabulous experience

We loved the house. There were fresh flower arrangements everywhere when we arrived. There were places to have privacy and many gathering spots. The house was spotless. Alena saw to a few minor issues right away and we were off hunting sharks teeth and living the beach life. We would return for a second visit Gavin the opportunity!

Birthday Weekend

We had a birthday weekend for our son his family and brother & wife. It was perfect, the house was so well equipped, clean, and great location. Hopefully, we can stay there again!

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked beautifully!The pool is definitely on the small side, but our five grandchildren and two adults were all able to be in the pool at the same time and play together.The devastation of the hurricane was still all around us, but the cleanup process was going full speed, and the beach cleanup was very nicely done and still in progress.We were sad some of our favorite restaurants were still closed, but the Waverly restaurant was open and it has excellent food and service. And there’s plenty of restaurants on the mainland.We still had a wonderful time in spite of the hurricane and highly recommend this house.

Beach Family 2023

We enjoyed our selves enough in this home to want to book it again next year for the same week if possible. I wish the pool had been a little bit bigger, but for our small grandchildren, it worked well. Thank you for a great week at the beach.

Family Beach Week

Wonderful time with family at my favorite beach in Florida. Calm, quiet, secluded, peaceful and very relaxing. The Pelican House is convenient to everything you need and want, including great restaurants, and has amazing bedrooms and bathrooms for all guests. It was perfect!

Breathtaking gulf views, water sports, quaint
shops, and exploring some of Florida's most notable cultural and artistic events are what put Englewood on the map. The courageous may enjoy spending the day parasailing over the Gulf of Mexico, while the adventurous may visit one of Englewood's many biking and hiking trails. The area is home to 11 beautiful golf courses, with the majority being open to the public year round. Sport fishing also takes a top spot for reasons that visitors choose Englewood, from backwater flats fishing to world-class Tarpon fishing, this area has plenty to offer for all. The Lemon Bay Playhouse, located on historic Dearborn Street, provides live community theater year-round. And numerous eateries offer Florida seafood and fine southern cuisine Manasota Key is home to four beaches that are accessible by two bridges: Tom Adams Bridge and Manasota Beach Road Bridge. Visitors may take in the Gulf of Mexico's serene beauty at Englewood Beach, Manasota Beach, Stump Pass Beach, or Blind Pass Beach.

The Villa has 2 levels. Each level has kitchen, living aria , dining table, both levels has blankets and pillows and on each level has pull up sofa to sleep. Beach towels, chairs , umbrella ,bikes, BBQ. Pool is heated. you just need let me know when you want open up prior your arrival.
We are 5 min walk to Manasota Beach , that will be on you right side on the house. And Bay access , that will be cross the street.we have other beaches around like Boca Grande maybe 25 min drive .Venice beach maybe 15 min drive.
