DON’T HESITATE! Impeccably clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and the perfect location with the Bay in your backyard and the beach across the street…LOVE LOVE LOVE! It’s everything you hope for when you rent.We grabbed our coffee and enjoyed front row seats to the most beautiful sunrises right from the dock (we may or may not have found ourselves going from coffee straight into fishing-in our pajamas). The manager/owners were very welcoming and happy to answer questions. They really want your stay to be wonderful. We took their recommendations for dinner and breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! Attaching pics of the fish we caught right from the dock (we were so lucky!)

We had a wonderful stay at the Bayfront home on beautiful Manasota Key. The views of Lemon Bay from both the house and the dock were amazing—photos do not do them justice. We are amateur birders and were lucky to see eagles, various herons, shorebirds, egrets, and more. We even saw a dolphin swim right by us!The sunrises were incredible, and it was just a short walk across the street to the beach for sunset. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The home was spotless and very welcoming. Overall, we highly recommend Bayfront.

We booked this property for the location and views and we were not disappointed! Most windows have water views in the home. We loved the dock and caught some sheepshead within a few feet of the dock. The beach walk is only a couple minutes and the beach was perfect. We prefer bayside properties and this one is like having your own nature sanctuary out your back door. We had temperatures in the 30s/40s with strong winds but the hot tub on the deck enabled us to still enjoy the view and outside. The house is well stocked and the host was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Manasota Beach. The house was perfect. Clean upon arrival, comfortable beds, private setting. Enjoyed sunrises from our deck and sunsets every evening at the beach. The hot tub was an added bonus during the cooler November evenings. Our host was quick to reply and happy to help in any way. A truly lovely stay.

This house is absolutely beautiful from the amenities to the views. It had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Our host was very attentive to all our needs and answered all inquiries in a very timely and courteous manner…We fished from the dock and walked across the road to watch spectacular sunsets each evening. While it doesn’t have a pool we had a lot of fun kayaking on the bay or just relaxing on the dock or in the hot tub.. We will definitely be back

We could not have asked for a better rental home (and we use VRBO homes for most of our vacations). The location was beautiful. The dock off the back of the house was peaceful, and the beach was right across the road from the front of the house. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The house itself was gorgeous. The views of the bay with crystal blue water out of nearly two story windows were incredible. The decor was beautiful with an ocean theme throughout. This is one of the cleanest rental homes we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is spotless and very well stocked. The porch off the back was the best part! Completely screened, a large table with four chairs for food and games, Adirondack chairs, and a lovely hot tub- all screened in together. There was also a small table with a fire pit, although we didn't use it. I could spend all day on the porch!! The beach was very nice and not overly crowded (weekdays in March). The home has beach chairs and also plenty of beach towels- much appreciated. The owner/host was incredibly responsive- so quick- and patient with my many questions! Thanks so much for a great stay. We hope to be back again!

Relaxing fun stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, very well equipped with a lot of extras. We enjoyed the peacefulness of just sitting on the dock and the ease of walking across the street to the beach. The area is slowly opening back up since the hurricanes, but we found plenty of local restaurants and parks to visit.

Great place on the water

The house is at a great location on the water with a dock and a very short walk to the gulf/ocean. The hosts were great with communication and meeting our requests. The house was clean and fit our needs to fish, kayak, paddle board, hang at the beach, cook for two families, etc. would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Island Home

This house exceeded expectations! The pictures are spot on and the location was amazing. My family loved being able to fish on the dock and the 2 minute walk to the private access beach was amazing! Also just a shirt ealk or trolley rode to thout favorite restaurant Lock N Key!

Wonderful little weekend away!

The highlight of this VRBO is the manager of the property. Always communicating and quick to get back to you with anything you may need. Thank you so much. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our coffee looking out to the water each morning! Which by the way the espresso machine and frother are a great addition! We had an incredible time during our stay. The home is stunning and the location is unbeatable. We were at the beach in 3 minutes. The place was spotless, spacious, and decorated with class. So much thought has clearly gone into making the space inviting and comfortable too. Can’t say enough about the owner’s attentiveness and thoughtfulness. Thanks to her suggestion, we got up to see the sunrise and ended up meeting a manatee by the dock. My family and I visit Manasota Key once or twice a year. This has been our favorite property and we are looking forward to going back.

Great house!

We were a group of 5. Very nice house! 3 spacious bathrooms and bedrooms with comfortable beds, cabinets/drawers in kitchen labeled and well stocked with nice dishes. Large table in dining room and another in the screened in back patio. Enjoyed watching sunrise on the dock, and easy walk across street to the beach.

Fun Vacation Home on the Water

We had a great vacation in this home. While it’s not top-end fancy and luxurious, it’s the perfect vacation retreat. The home is roomy with a large table inside as well as another on the screened in porch/lanai to gather or play games. There are bedrooms on the upper and lower floors giving different parts of the family privacy. There’s a large, well-stocked kitchen, a nice living area, lots of parking and a great hot tub. The new, large dock on the water is a great place to relax and fish! The vacation was topped off with very kind, helpful hosts that made sure everything was right. We would definitely book this home again.

Plenty of space in this house on the bay side. Enjoyed all of the amenities and the host was responsive and easy to connect with. The house came stocked with everything that we needed (coffee is a must and was included in our stay). The private beach access was right across the street and an easy walk. There was a little bit of a challenge with beach access on one day (the property manager across the street was confused about the access) but nothing that hampered our stay and the owner readily assured us that we had access and provided contact information just in case we had any more issues- which we didn't. We collected plenty of shells and shark teeth at the beach too! My husband enjoyed the kayaks and the many visits by a certain dolphin that begged for the fish he caught. We also saw manatees, iguanas, and other wildlife from the peaceful back porch and dock.
