Ce 2BR, 2 Bath est une merveilleuse escapade située sur la rivière Tennessee avec une vue majestueuse. Vous vous sentirez loin du monde mais à 18 minutes de la ville. Que vous souhaitiez simplement profiter de la rivière ou de l'aventure en ville, c'est l'endroit parfait. La maison est bien approvisionnée pour votre confort. Pas d'animaux, adultes 21 ans ou plus.

Cette maison a été construite à l'origine en 1910 et se trouve sur la rivière Tennessee avec une belle vue sur la rivière, le paysage montagneux, le lever et les couchers de soleil. Nous avons gardé une partie de la beauté et de la caricature de la maison d'origine avec les commodités actuelles et sommes entièrement en stock et prêts à vous faire profiter de votre séjour. Cafetière, micro-ondes, grille-pain, mixeur, gril à gaz avec la plupart des nécessités et articles de toilette nécessaires pendant votre séjour. Smart TV avec Netflix et paquet de câbles en fibre optique EPB et WiFi gratuit. Nous sommes à 13 minutes de Racoon Mountain et de l'autoroute et à 18 minutes du centre-ville de Chattanooga et de Lookout Mountain. Que vous soyez ici pour une aventure en plein air ou des attractions touristiques autour de la ville, cet endroit est parfait. Apportez votre propre kayak, planche à pagaie ou canoë pour profiter de votre séjour à la maison ou en louer un lors de votre visite au centre-ville.

Beautiful setting, wonderful home exceptionally well cared for and clean! Lesa & JD were a delight to meet & it was comforting to know they were only minutes away if needed. From the Deer visits nightly to the birds and the river no-one could ask for more. Peace and tranquility abound. We have stayed at many properties; however, this is top of the list for feeling right at home! We cannot wait to go back to their little piece of paradise.

Had a great time. We have been friends for over 30 years. We try to get together every year for a fishing trip. This was one of the best places we have stayed. Hosts were extremely nice and helpful.

The Little House on The River is amazing! Its secluded enough to have some peace at the end of the day but a quick drive to the city if you want. The hosts were amazing and so kind. The house was clean, stocked and beautifully decorated.

A much needed getaway at the perfect river house

The property was amazing, only surpassed by the hosts Tena and JD.When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tena and JD who gave us information about the area, resturants and nightlife.The Little House by the River had everything you could ask for in a vacation house. It was spotless, well stocked and had warm touches, such as our names on the welcome board, a bottle of wine, a basket full of snacks. We were so impressed.Nightly visits by "Birdie" a Doe who visited the bird feeders every evening, just added to the charm of this getaway.We spent about week enjoying the peace and quiet, the river and the area. We would definitely rent this property again. 10/10

Best vacation rental!

We were so sad to leave. We're already checking the calendar for a return trip. Five nights was not long enough. JD and Tena are terrific hosts! Their "Little House on the River" has everything you need to feel like home. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing home on the river

Tena and JD have completely outdone themselves with creating the perfect getaway! As soon as you walk in you are welcomed home. We loved everything from our morning coffee on the back patio watching the river to our fires in the firepit to end each day. The house is so clean and well maintained. Anything you could possibly need, it’s there. We have already decided we will be back soon! Thank you Tena and JD for all your wonderful hospitality. I can’t wait to tell friends about our stay.

Perfect getaway

We could not have asked for better hosts or a more perfect house. All details were taken care of, down to flowers and champagne for our anniversary. The house was spotless and well stocked. Charm and Hospitality in a Beautiful Setting

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Stunning scenery, the best hosts, and a property equipped with everything we could need during our stay. We so enjoyed our time at the house, tromping down to the river for swimming and fishing, enjoying a glass of wine from the deck, and making s'mores around the fire pit after a swim on our last night. When we ventured away from the house, we were pleased to discover just how convenient the location was to downtown and local attractions. Much gratitude to Tena and JD for their friendliness and thoughtfulness. We found ourselves wishing for more time at the Little House on the River and can't wait to return!

A little piece of heaven!

My family and I enjoyed staying at “The Little House on the River”. It was without a doubt the most beautiful scenery that you could imagine. From the deer that visited in the mornings to the rabbits, squirrels and birds we saw, the mountainside across the river and so much more! It was the perfect place to relax and spend some time outdoors. Tena and J.D. were wonderful hosts and provided everything we needed. The house is immaculate and perfectly maintained! The interior is beautifully decorated and has a very homey feeling! Thanks Tena and J.D. for your kindness! We will be back again!

Relaxing Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for two nights to decompress after all of our wedding madness. It was exactly what we needed! Tena and JD had left us a few bottles of champagne and orange juice in the refrigerator and the rest of the house was stocked extremely well. They had thought about EVERYTHING: cooler, cooking utensils, river towels, bath towels, fire cushions, etc. So much attention to detail. They were even kind enough to let us stay a little longer as they did not have anyone coming in directly behind us. They have a well-run operation that is extremely inviting. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Serenity...

We spent 4 nights at this little Oasis on the River. Beautiful peaceful setting, very clean, well presented, and fully stocked with anything and everything you may need. So enjoyed the little deer that visited each night to empty the bird feeder of grain, and the squirrels at play during the day. Even saw some little chipmunks bouncing around. JD set up the firepit for us a couple times....we really enjoyed that as well. Tena and JD are the perfect hosts, and we thank them for sharing this little beauty with us. They are very personable, and always available if needed, and they have definitely attended to every detail to make your stay absolutely perfect. If you're undecided on this property, all I can say is just book it! You will not regret it, for sure!

Wonderful place and owners

This property was even better than we anticipated. Not only was the view of the river spectacular, the home and property were immaculate and cozy! The care that the owners put into the place and the supplies they provided were so impressive. It is obvious that Tena and JD care about their place and about the renters enjoying their stay with all of the special touches. We certainly did!! We got to watch boaters and paddle boarders. AND a bald eagle flew by twice. And JD set us up with a very nice fire in the wonderful fire pit. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place. We didn't want for a thing! I would definitely recommend this place and hope we can go back ourselves!

JD and I are from Chattanooga and have lived on the river for 31 years and every day feels like we are coming home from work to vacation. We enjoy boating, fishing and just hanging out on the banks of the Tennessee river. So, we thought what a wonderful experience to share with our GUEST! We hope we leave every guest with the feeling they can't wait to come back and refer their friends to enjoy the experience.
