Notre CondoTowers est situé dans le meilleur quartier d'Isla Verde. Le condo est l’un des plus beaux de la région et dispose de multiples installations, d’une excellente sécurité et d’un excellent entretien. Notre studio a été rénové dans un style de luxe moderne. Tout est neuf !! Le bâtiment comprend une piscine de taille semi-olympique, une piscine pour enfants, une salle de sport (gymnase de longue durée uniquement), un terrain de basket et de tennis. Accès direct à la plage (pas de marche). Nous fournissons une place de parking gratuite (sur réservation). Dans le cas où vous n'avez pas de voiture, il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant nous.

The condo is just as advertised. Loved the pool and beach access. The condo is equipped with a beach umbrella, cooler, 4 beach chairs, and beach towels. Makes it very convenient to go to the beach. A shame there isn't a washer & dryer in the apartment. It would definitely be more convenient than going to the lobby.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay even with the island wide power outage on new years eve into new years day. Frances called to make sure we were ok and stopped by with a lantern and extra batteries for us to use. The condo had everything we needed and there was a lot within walking distance. The local residents were super sweet and amazing as well. We had a wonderful time

The property was a convenient location, easy access to restaurants. Pretty clean older unit, for us a king size bed would have t better but worked out fine for us. Administration Office was hard to find had a wait until next day to ask questions of them. We had a comfortable stay!

My birthday

When pulling up, the building looks a bit dated, but it is clean and rather nice. This apartment looks just like the pictures. It was clean and had all you need. There are beach towels, chairs, kitchen needs, and all. We had a wonderful stay.

Great condo on a beautiful beach

This is a nice cozy condo with great views that we enjoyed during my family’s one week stay. It’s located on a beautiful stretch of the beach. The condo is within quick walking to grocery stores, fast food places and restaurants. The unit is cozy but comfortable enough for 4. I think it’ll be ideal for 2 people as the sofa bed isn’t as plush and comfy as the queen bed. Overall it’s a great condo and the owners are super nice and easily reachable and responsive.

This was a great little place for 2! Beautiful views from the balcony. We felt very safe on the premises. Having CVS across the street was wonderful. It’s just a short bus ride from Old Town San Juan and excursions picked us up at the hotel next door. Would stay again!

First of all, the listing is as advertised! Perfect for a couple but there is pull out sleeper couch but I’d think it would be crowded. Smaller kitchen but enough for making breakfast but difficult to make huge dinner! The balcony was awesome, great view both ways city and beach! Nice to eat your breakfast and drink coffee. The studio/condo was excellent, great set up, easy check in, parking spot close to side door to enter the complex. There’s s coffee maker, silverware/dishes for four, a blender which was great for pino colada’s we took to the beach. There are beach towels and cooler for your free use. Security is great, make sure to wear masks on premises! Host was quick on response, very accommodating and nice! Only suggestion is to have a toaster, I missed that but great, would definitely stay again!
